I enjoyed working with the Dr. and Elia, when I called for my 3rd follow up about my glasses that were supposed to arrive (and didnt) that are fully paid for, I spoke with Julian who was very unprofessional, especially since Im the client. Hanging up on me when I asked to cancel my order is not only unprofessional, its not helping the business at all. Ill call again tomorrow to confirm my cancellation and hopefully Ill get a professional who understands waiting 6+weeks for glasses is the right reason to cancel the order and get something different.
Great experience. Great doctor. She spent the full 30 minutes with me for the eye exam and explained me the difference between lenses and prescriptions, etc. I felt like I got my moneys worth. The ladies in the front retail area were just absolutely awesome. They helped me pick out a frame and they were very patient and nice while I was trying to decide between 4 frames. Will definitely be back. Highly highly recommend this place.
As soon as I walked in with my daughter we were greeted. The girl at the front desk was very helpful, and actually everyone was excellent!!! Dr. Kirchner was so very nice. She took her time to explain my retinal exam and also what contacts were best suited for me, which I purchased!!! She was excellent in explaining everything to me.. My sample contacts were spot on!!! Perfect! I’m finally driving with contacts on and without those glasses!!! In the past 2 years I went to 2 different eye doctors, and the contacts they thought were best for me, were actually the worst. I couldn’t even wear them!!!So now you know how grateful I am to come into this office!!! This was the first time I been here, and I definitely will be going back! I recommend this place for your eyewear!!! Thank you so much!

Had an eye exam today and every single person working went truly above and beyond. Dr. Megan was excellent and I will only ever go to her for eye exams from now on. From start to finish, this was a seamless process. I needed to get an eye exam ASAP and called 3 other places before them. I was able to schedule my appointment online and choose from 3 different same day appointments. Staff was helpful and efficient. Definitely will go back.
This place is the worst. Ive been with them for 3 years and I dont even know why I stayed that long. Staff are extremely rude and Dr. Badowski is extremely unhelpful and provided poor guidance with selecting contact lenses for the first time. Ive never witnessed such unprofessional behavior at a medical office - the owner was down right rude to the doctor and everyone there is just rude.
Been going here for 3 years and never had a problem til this week.Good doctors, bad staff. They billed me an additional $74 for a contact lens appointment, only to copy my contact lens measurements from the year before. RIP my Christmas gift budget and my desire to go back to this office. Times are tough for people right now and charging them for services you dont provide is immoral and greedy.
This place was very disappointing this visit. I went in for my yearly eye exam and asked to get contacts this year. The doctor never explained the $74 additional cost for contacts and she just copied the same prescription from last year. Last year the doctor I had explained the cost for the contact fitting and asked if that’s something I wanted to do not just charge me and catch me off guard. Also when I did my cost estimate on EyeMedS website the visit copay and Contacts exam plus supply came out to $45. I walked out paying $115 and they said they didn’t claim medical.... I will be reporting this to my insurance company because they seem to charge you and not explain the charges correctly... this is an eye doctor that accepts insurance why don’t you claim medical? What does that even mean? Terrible customer service.
All of the staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. As soon as you walk into the office you are greeted with a smile and feel very welcomed. The doctor was great and explained everything in length. Julian helped me select a pair of glasses that best suited me and the staff was eager to assist in providing an opinion to narrow down the frame selections. Hands down the best experience I have had during an eye appointment. I would recommend the Westminster Pearle Vision,especially the one in Westminster. I used to go to a Pearle Vision back in Florida and it was great as well, but this one is better starting from the eye doctor to the sales staff upfront.

I got my eye exam done here and purchased my glasses. Ashley was fantastic and I would highly recommend working with her! She gave excellent suggestions and I love my new glasses.Edit: came back here for my yearly new glasses and they took great care of me once again. Ashley was awesome! Elia was present but I didnt work with her. She did remember me though which is amazing considering it had almost been a whole year. Highly recommend this place! Horrible service! I called this location prior to purchasing two Groupon‘s as a Christmas present at for my wife. I was told after being put on hold several times that I could use two Groupon‘s towards one pair of glasses. Today my wife goes and pays $115 for an eye exam and then is told no sorry we can’t honor both Groupon‘s. I called the store while my wife waited there just to be told a manager would get back to me within a few days. I honestly can’t believe it. Owning multiple businesses myself this is completely unacceptable!
The whole experience was exceptional! I called around to several other offices before and Ashley was so sweet and helpful that I decided to make an appointment with this location. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by several smiling faces. Coming from someone who works in costumer service, I appreciated that greatly. Elia was very patient and explained all the testing as she went along and had a great sense of humor. Dr. Bannworth was very thorough and knowledgeable and I feel I was given the best eye exam Ive ever had. Ashley helped me pick my glasses and she was so sweet and helped me find a pair that I loved. I am very picky with my frames and always have a hard time finding something that fits but she was able to direct me to ones that were a good options for my prescription and face shape. Thank you, I will definitely be back next year!!
I had a great experience here from the first phone call to get amazingly good directions from a very patient and kind receptionist to very caring help from Julian who really got me and helped me pick out the perfect frame without rushing me or making me feel pressured. Walked into my eye appointment knowing nothing about eye Care. Ashley pulled me to her desk and promised I was in the best care. She was definitely right... She chose me a pair of glasses that I get compliments on, everyday! She also gave me a pair of lenses that protect my eyes from the blue light emissions on computer, tablet, and phone screens! Which is important because i work at a cellphone store. Pearle Vision is an excellent place to shop. They have name brand frames that will suit anybody. It was overall a great experience!
Being new to the area, I stopped in because of location. However... I will be a RETURNING CUSTOMER because of high quality care, excellent customer service, and friendly staff. I got exactly what I wanted, with a prescription that was corrected so that my vision is better than ever, and left smiling because they made me feel welcomed to my new city. This place is honestly the best vision place I have ever been to, with the friendliest and helpful staff. I recently broke my glasses while playing softball and I went there about 2 hours before their closing time and the doctor there was about to leave but did a last minute exam on my before she left, the staff helped me out so much ordering my new glasses that I felt very important to them. I will NOT go anywhere else.

I was in a total rush for an eye exam since I failed the vision test when getting my Driver’s license. After ~20 phone calls I finally found a same day appointment here! The staff confirmed my appointment promptly. The experience was amazing. I got checked in really quick, the wait was less than 5 min. The technician who checked my eyes was so nice and energetic with a big smile, she made my day!Dr. Whiteman was really professional. She addressed all my concerns and she made me feel super comfortable. She also explained my results to me really carefully(none of my previous doctors ever explained the result to me, they always directed me straight to the sales department). I will come back again for eyeglasses and contact even if this place is a long drive away from me!
The screw came out of the frame for my glasses yesterday and I went here to initially buy a repair kit to fix it. The guy working there fixed it immediately on the spot, even though I did not originally buy my glasses here. I recently moved to Denver and will go here next time for my eye exam and glasses due to the very helpful employee and service

I have too many wonderful things to say about this place! I’ve been going here for about 7 years now and their customer service is absolutely wonderful! I recently had a couple of issues and Elia truly helped me resolve them and even thought outside of the box to make sure everything worked out. They may be a little more expensive then most places but the quality and customer service is top notch. I am a customer for life!
Finally I found a eye care place that I actually love. I highly recommend this place and thats a lot coming from me because I am so darn picky. I own several businesses and I can tell you that THE most important thing in business is customer service and these guys have it nailed. I was amazed at the customer service in this place. The Optometrist, Dr. Schneider was just fantastic. She was very accurate with the prescription and as a person, she was kind and easy going. On top of it, she spent a full 30 minutes for the exam with me. The last place I went to, the Optometrist was not that friendly and he spent may be 7 minutes with me. Now, what kind of eye exam can I get in 7 minutes? And the clerks upfront were absolutely wonderful. Nothing beats a great smile and a welcome. Great job guys. You have a customer for like.
For the last 4 months I couldn’t find the right prescription for my contacts. I came to pearle vision after already having had an eye exam at another place. They helped me here so much and we were finally able to find a prescription that worked well for my astigmatism in both eyes. I even was able to get a great deal on a yearly supply of contacts and glasses together! I would definitely recommend this place. Everyone is so professional and helpful.
The customer service was good, the lady was helpful and friendly but the best part was the eye exam. The eye doctor they have working at the Westminster Location was professional and even did not have me book an appointment when I came in a few days later asking for more help on putting contacts in.Excellent service, Latest styles in just about every major brand name. Sunglasses and many options for types of lenses. No pressure sales plus they gave me all options available for my insurance plus helpful tips on getting the most out of my insurance. Told me a few options that my insurance company did not even give. Over all I enjoyed my visit.
I bought my glasses somewhere else and they were in a bad shape and so I took them I in to this other place that I bought my glasses from and they would not even try to fix them instead they were trying to sell me a new pair of glasses so I went to this Pearle Vision in Westminster and the young lady behind the desk fix them right then and there no questions asked. Now that’s Customer Service! That was a blessing for me because I’m on a fixed income but when I need glasses again I will definitely go back to this Pearle Vision in Westminster. I highly recommend them. I was very impressed.
Came in as a walk-in customer and was immediately greeted with courtesy and professionalism. The initial eye exam forms were administered immediately and then I was able to see an optometrist after that. He performed a complete eye examination for a contact lens prescription for me as well as examining my eyes for disease. The customer service is wonderful...I also purchased glasses and Elia, in particular helped assist me in choosing frames, as well as working with me to properly mark the lenses and educate me on the whole process. She was courteous, helpful and professional. I had the glasses and contacts in several days and Ashley was so helpful when I picked them up as she did all the adjustments to my satisfaction. Again, great customer service! I found a new place for all my vision needs!
Had a great experience each time Ive been in. Dr. Wismann is kind & knowledgeable.The staff took the time to help figure out my complicated insurance. I took forever to figure out what I wanted. It is obvious they have a lot to juggle, so their patience is much appreciated. Only downside is the shipping time, but that is out of their control. Everything that is within their control was done well. Highly recommended!
This is clearly the best place in town to get vision services. I have acquired about 6 pairs of glasses from them in the last year. I acquired Two (2) pair that are custom tailored for me to fly my airplane. (Day & Night) This group of professionals provided excellence in service, integrity, products and value at every turn.As a New Yorker myself, it is rare that to find and be provided this level of excellence outside of Manhattan, yet, I return here to Westminster Pearle Vision for the excellence this team provides. Furthermore, I rarely if ever have the time to provide reviews, However, when people get it this right, repeatedly, I want to let it be known. They receive my highest recommendations herein.
Elia here was amazing, I was on vacation and had forgotten my contact lenses, but had my script with me, nobody else was prepared to help, but after calling around several opticians she gave me some trial packs and even some free saline packs. No trying to sell me products either - I offered to write this review - she did not ask me to, first time I have ever done this!!Highly recommend
Front office worker was not welcoming and acted like I was a bother to her. Mandatory $39 extra charge because of COVID. Despite being on the list for my insurance, they dont take it. I asked for the paperwork I filled out back with my personal information on it, she didnt want to give it to me, ripped it out of my hand and said no and put it on the shredder. I asked about the other two sheets, she had to go ask the doctor if it was okay if I could have MY INFORMATION I just filled out back and the cut off the top part with the business logo before allowing me to have it back! And all this after she made me fill it out despite having done so online. Said she couldnt view that one because it was sent to someones personal email instead of to their office?! The guy called and asked what to do with it while I was there. AVOID! Came for an eye exam and left with nothing but a headache.
I honestly can’t remember WHEN I last had such a pleasant customer service experience. Grady helped me pick out some frames, and was very patient while I tried them all on. He is thorough and really takes care of his customers. While I was at the store, I noticed that all other sales staff also have very strong customer service skills. It’s quite rare these days to find such great care. Over the past years, I have been buying frames online, but won’t do that again. Pearle Vision for me please! They have all the great designer brands, and last time, when I bought my frames, they had a special promotion on lenses, which worked out quite nicely. If there were 1,800 stars, this store and Grady would have 1,800 rating. This store has been outstanding in serving my needs. Three times, Ive gone to them to readjust my prescription. Each time, no hassle, theyve made the adjustment, providing stellar customer service each time. One more time, Im going to revisit them, and thats because Grady suggested I do so, leaving out any prescription provided by the opthamologist. I am so grateful for this store, for Grady and team, and the stellar help they continue to offer me. PLEASE visit this store for your eye care needs. You wont be disappointed.
Went to another “lens” place in North Denver for the eye exam but found the employees in the retail side of the store rude and not friendly.I decided to go to Pearle Vision in Westminster for the glasses.What a much better experience. This was my first experience shopping for glasses and Oliver helped me through the entire process of picking frames that best match my face shape to helping me pick the best lens for my situation. Based on the other reviews, i plan on going back for future exams and frames.
Ashley saved the day for my son! When the hinge on his glasses broke, we first went to his ophthalmologists office, due to my sons very high prescription. We left with tape and new glasses on order. Determined to find a better solution in the meantime, I discovered an older pair of glasses at home with a different prescription. We visited Ashley at Pearle Vision in Westminster to switch out the temples. She was very willing and happy to help us! She worked with care and successfully secured my sons glasses back together! I was so impressed that she took the time to fix my sons glasses, that we did not buy at Pearle Vision, and expressed genuine concern for his well being. Shes a gem!
It seems like the only time someone leaves a review is when he or she is upset. Well, I am one happy customer. My husband goes to this Pearle Vision in Westminster and he has always had great experience and my husband is really picky. He loves the doctor and the staff up front. I go with my husband every time he goes there and the customer service is always great and consistent. These guys truly go above and beyond the call of duty. Keep it up guys. I’ve never had such a pleasing experience with such a routine thing like eye exams and selecting new eyeglasses. The eye exam with Dr. Schneider was as cool as all the music memorabilia in her office. Amazing professional! But even before Dr. Schneider, I was greeted by everyone but it was Elia who helped me with everything. Now, it’s truly remarkable how approachable and profesional Elia is. They definitely figured out the recipe to not only do the job but also ensure that people feel like they’re in good hands and, with that, eventually return. I certainly am.
I absolutely love coming here. I started coming here like 5 years ago after a bad experience at a dishonest chain who shall remain nameless. The exam itself is thorough and personal. The Dr asks many questions and makes many recommendations and is highly skilled and qualified. The ladies in the front are all really sweet and helpful. I swear they always remember me every time I come in. And the prices are super affordable. The value and service I get for my money has me coming back. And theres no ridiculous up sells, or hidden fees like at other places. I highly recommend this place.
I came in to see about getting two pair of glasses repaired. However they needed work that could not be done in your store. These guys went above and beyond to fix one pair so I would not have to use a 14 year old prescription. This store is a major asset to your company. I speak and coach on World Class Customer Service and these guys exudes what I coach on.
I work a lot so I am not really big on posting review on line. However, I feel like I have to in this case as my experience here was exceptional. Grady and Barbara were upfront were just fantastic. I had to go out of town on a business trip and my glasses broke the day before. I called this Pearle Vision and I got Barbara on the phone. She said the doctor was booked for the day but she asked me to hold on and came back to the phone after talking with the doctor and told me that she will squeeze me in for an exam. Dr. Susan Eissenberg was fantastic. I found out that I could not have my no-line bifocals today but they can make me a temporary pair of distance glasses today, which is what I really needed to get me by. Grady, the technician up front was very informative and patient. He helped me pick out a frame that I absolutely love. So, I walked out with a pair of glasses and a wonderful experience. It truly made my day. A truly great customer service experience really makes your day.
I ordered my contacts last week and they came fairly quickly, but I could not get to the store in time before it closed- my GPS told me I would arrive at 7:06 PM and it closed at 7 PM. I called ahead and asked if anyone would be there and they said the lab manager would wait. I only got her first name, Nadine, but she waited and had my contacts in hand as I arrived. I was so thankful due to being completely out of contacts. Her generosity blew me away and I was very grateful! Thank you Nadine and Pearle Vision for exceptional service!!
Sadly I lost my glasses and had to visit my local pearle vision. Nadine was awesome. I walked in and she had my last transaction pulled up in less than two minutes. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I asked her to give me a call once my order was ready for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised by the message in about an hour. Nadine was delightful and would return to this location just because of people like her. Thanks again
Ive been going to this Pearle Vision for over 8 years and Ive had a good experience every time. The doctors are all very knowledgeable and kind and dealt with any and all issues I had concerning my vision. The staff there is also very helpful and checked me in soon after I arrived. Ive had to visit the store a couple of times in the last couple of weeks because I could not decide on a frame and each time Ive been been provided with great service. Shout outs to Grady and the other opticians who helped me with my new glasses!!

We have been using this Pearle Vision store for our entire family for several years. We have teenage kids, so I had to bring in a couple pairs of glasses today that got pretty beat up from rough treatment while playing sports, etc.Julian worked really hard on the frames and brought them back into their proper shape. Every time I am in there, Julian is out front providing excellent customer service. He is consistently a standout performer at a good store.
I went to Pearle Vision this pass weekend, when my son accidentally broke my glasses and i was in desperate need of a new pair. Pearle vision was actually the second store i stopped by for help that day, now i know it will be my first. After being friendly greeted by everyone The Assistant Manager Elia was a great help to me. She understood my situation and how I was in need of a new frame ASAP. She was able to find me a perfect frame to fit my lenses and I was able to go home with a new pair that day. In addition she serviced me as if i was part of her family, meeting me on a very personal level. It is nice to see there are still people out there that are willing to help you. Her customer service was excellent!!!!! As i walked out with complete satisfactory everyone greeted me out. Overall, Great Experience. Pearle vision in Westminster will have my business forever.
At first you think yeah I’ll go here and get my eyes checked. Then you sit down to buy your glasses. The lady that helps she was very condescending. The frames and the lenses are very overpriced. I have had better experiences at Costco in Warby Parker. I do not think I will be coming back here to get my next pair of glasses.
We have been to this Pearl Vision a couple of times. The doctor who we saw back in December was great and my husband got a pair of glasses. Due to his own clumsiness, the glasses fell off of his face a couple of days ago and broke. We went in today to get a new pair of frames and the gentleman there was able to quickly find the matching frame and switch out the lens and we thought we were good to go. We we asked if our insurance would cover this, the manager stepped in and quickly convinced the worker that insurance doesnt cover when you only buy frames. This seemed odd since the gentleman working with us had pulled up our insurance a couple of minutes ago and said that the frames would be covered. We asked a few questions and ultimately believed him saying that we would call our insurance company and double check if he would credit us. We left and immediately called our insurance company. They were pretty straight forward and said that they would cover $130 of the frames, same we were told by the non-manger. we had our insurance person talk to the manager directly twice and drove back to Pearly Vision. The manager kept blaming the insurance company for being wishy washy and ultimately gave in. He kept saying that we needed to fill out a form and when the worker asked him about the form, he made up some excuse and left the room saying he would just trust us. The whole situation was very shady. we didnt see him again while we were in the store and it was super busy. Then when they went to try and give us a refund, he tried to refund us less than what insurance was paying him. I asked him to explain how he got to that amount about 5 times. He kept repeating the same thing and finally got frustrated (since there was a crowd) and said he would just refund us about $30 more. I had no idea that the workers at Pearly Vision had the ability to change whatever prices they charged us. Because there was such a crowd behind us, and only one worker, we decided to just take what he offered and left. We still did not get the full refund and they def made a huge profit on us between what we paid them and what insurance will pay them. The manager who got schooled by the insurance lady on the phone never came out to help with the crowd either.Please only visit this Pearly vision if you want to get ripped off. When looking through reviews, seems like the manager has done this to others. I wish i had read the reviews before going here because we will never give them our business again.

They have a 30 day exchange policy so I went back to make an exchange. I fully expected to experience push back and pressure to keep the original pair. What I experienced was great customer service from Grady. I chose a different frame, paid a little extra, and Grady took care of the rest. I am very happy with the outcome. I went to buy my first-ever pair of glasses today, a bit nervous about what to expect. A friend told me Pearle Vision has better quality and selection than my first choice, so I went to the location in Westminster. Spent an hour with Julian, who patiently walked me through the process and explained everything clearly. He and another employee also gave me her honest opinion on which frames looked best on me! I look forward to my new, classy eyewear and had an excellent customer service experience.
My dad was visiting me from Florida and he broke his frame. He did not have a backup pair of glasses and he needs this glasses to see. I went to this Pearle Vision and the gentleman upfront Grady was so pleasant and helpful. He took the good lenses out of the frame and went around the whole store to find a frame that would fit the lenses. He found something that was close and told me that his lab tech will have to shave the lenses down as they were a little too big. 20 minutes later, they fixed my dads glasses and all I had to buy was just the frame instead of buying a whole new pair of glasses. Thank you guys. My dad is very happy. We went to Walmart prior to that and they tried to sell me a whole pair of glasses. I told them that there is nothing wrong with the lenses. My dad just needs a new frame. The lady working in the front did not even try to find a frame that would fit my dads lenses. I will always go back to this Pearle Vision. I highly recommend this place.
The staff was great. The doctor was really friendly. The two gals upfront spent a lot of time with me to help me find the perfect frame. Great customer service. The most impressive thing was that I was greeted right away when I walked in the door. I have been to some other places where you just stand there and nobody even says Hello to you for a while.
I bought a voucher for $200 off a complete pair of glasses. Intending to just go in and by a pair of sunglasses. I was told that I could not use it unless they made the lenses. TF? It says NOTHING on the voucher or FINE PRINT that they also need to make the lenses. There are lenses in it! It is a complete pair right off the shelf! Now Im out 40 bucks all around. After doing research, I could not find AT ALL their definition of complete pair of glasses. Not needing a prescription, sunglasses off the shelf would be A-Okay for me. Id pretty much pay the same price as for the frames to have them craft the lenses too. Total ripoff. Basically just gave them 40 bucks. Thanks Pearle Vision.
Walked in to find a pair of frames. At first glance I was a little overwhelmed because they had too many frames to choose from. However, the frames that they do have are really great. The saleswoman (I think her name was Elia) helped me find frames that worked with my style and my face shape. She even began pulling out new frames that werent on the shelves yet, some havent even been unwrapped from shipping! She took her time with me and found good looking frames that really fit me. In the end, I had a hard time choosing between some really great frames and had a wonderful experience with the very caring folks running this Pearle Vision. I highly recommend these guys.
Honestly this place deserves 8 Door more stars I have been wearing glasses for over 25 years and never have I had such a fast exam and efficient cost worthy experience in 25 years this business has clearly gone out of their way to please me my parents and my very unfortunate circumstances great job I say if your a living human being please do yourself a favor and go here and only here to this Pearle Vision in Westminster.

What I experienced was great customer service from Meagan. I chose a different frame, paid a little extra, and Meagan took care of the rest. I am very happy with the outcome. Dr. Schneider and her staff went above and beyond. I wear gas permeables which are difficult and complicated and they worked so proactively to get me a good fit. The staff was incredibly patient with me and answered all my questions patiently. And then I took my son in for a contact lens exam and they were very patient when teaching my kid how to put in contacts, and they are very focused on and transparent about minimizing costs. All the staff is welcoming and kind and helpful. Dr. Schneider clearly really cares.
I lost my glasses over the weekend, thanks to my little spawns of Satan, who are like flies to poop as soon as they see me put them down. I called Pearle Vision on my lunch break at 11:30 and made an appointment for 12:00...30 minutes later! Dr. Bannworth is really personable and makes the exam far less uncomfortable than most doctors. The staff, I was helped by Elia and Ashley, were phenomenal. Elia is the one who taught me how to care for and administer the contacts, as I am a first time user. She was very hospitable and easy-going. Ashley helped me with finding my new back-up pair of glasses, unlike most places, she was not pushy at all with the added upgrades. I really appreciate the level of customer care Pearle Vision in Westminster conveys. I absolutely do not intent on going anywhere else from this point on.
I hate shopping for glasses! I cant tell what looks good on me and what I will still like months down the line. After checking out the competition, I went to Pearle and had a very satisfying and successful experience. The manager made some really good suggestions based on my face shape and coloring and then let me ponder over my choices for as long as I needed without pressuring. When I thought I had decided, she let me know that I would be able to change them to the other pair within 30 days if I changed my mind! I would highly recommend buying eyeglasses here.
I have been coming here since 2011 when we moved to this area. I have seen both Dr. Wismann and Dr. Badowski, they are both great at what they do. The opticians are experienced, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. A great place. I would definitely recommend.
I love going to this Pearle Vision. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. My insurance didnt cover this for a while and I had to go to different optometrists. I didnt find the value or customer service elsewhere that I did here. Once my insurance covered Pearle Vision again, I came back, and Im so happy I was able to. They might be a little more expensive than some cheapo places but I am not going to trust my eyes to those kind of places. I was born with one set of eyes only and I want to give them the best I possibly can. I dont understand when some people cut corners when it comes to their eye care and then spend a boatload of money on a car.
Had an optometry appointment that went smoothly and quickly, with glasses afterward. Was able to tell me exactly what my vision plan would cover and what I would have to pay, got my new set a few days later. Few months after that I needed frame adjustments and was able to bring them in and get the adjustments on the spot at no charge. Very happy and will definitely use them again in the future.
Today I had a terrific eye appointment with Dr. Michael Wismann...He explained my eye condition literally until I totally understood what he was saying to me...He was personable, friendly and patient...I was very impressed with his service today and he is a good doctor...I recommend him to anyone...Needless to say I was completely satisfied with my visit, my eye exam and the prescription for my glasses....Thanks Dr. Wismann. And special Thanks to go out to the young man who helped me pick out my glasses. I am sorry I forgot your name.......
Dont listen to the 1 star reviews where people dont understand their insurance coverage. This place is the real deal. I went to 2 other shops before buying 4 pairs of glasses between 2 people at this Pearle on 88th Ave in Westminster. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and had my insurance company on the phone within 5 minutes of arrival to iron out the kinks caused by the optometrist who issued the prescriptions. The prices here are FANTASTIC. I have never seen these kinds of prices on top brand frames before. Even if you wanted a pair of non-script sunglasses, skip the mall and Sunglass Hut and go straight to this Pearle Vision. I will be back.
I made appointment because I have a floater/cob web effect in my right eye that is bothering my vision making things blurry. When I went into Dr Lisa Badowski office I began to tell her my reasons for coming in. She abruptly cut me off and said were not talking about that right now. Throughout the exam she was just nasty to say it nicely, I was so ticked off I shut down and didnt say anything. I have never been approached by any Dr In such a condescending way. And to top it off she couldnt see anything really wrong with my eye, still walking around with a blurry eye. Never will return back. On the other hand Grady out in front was funny nice and very kind. Thank you Grady for great customer service.
Generally have a good experience every time Ive gone here. Theyre very friendly and helpful in assuring you like what you pick. I do have very good insurance, otherwise I would not be able to afford the glasses here. It came out to $800 for one pair, but with my insurance they were $92. Contacts are also a little pricey, mine cost $80 online and $124 through Pearle Vision.
I have always bought my glasses at Pearle Vision. I was driving by and decided to stop by this Pearle Vision in Westmisnter to get my glasses adjusted. Boy, it is nice to see a smiling face when you walk into a retail place, let me tell you. These days, it is such a treat when you get a smiling and attentive retail person to wait on you. The lady adjusted my glasses and told me that she tightened up one of the side piece that was loose. No charge. The lady did not even ask me if I bought the glasses at a Pearle Vision. She just fixed them without any questions, just with a smile. Made my day.
My experience with the optometrist was great. She was thorough and communicative. The lens fitting process went easily and I left pleased and anticipating my glasses in about a week as my invoice stated.A little over a week had passed, no call, so I called them. The glasses werent ready, and the representative bluntly stated that my provider, VSP, can take a while. I should expect them in about two weeks from the initial order. OK, understandable. Two weeks have passed, no call. I call them. The same representative answered, told me the same thing as before, and then added a weeks time arbitrarily with no explanation for the delay. Frustrating.The order was billed on the 1st. It is now the 27th. I have checked in multiple times, the same representative was just as dismissive and withholding of information each time. Still no glasses, waiting for a resolution.
If you are looking for a knowledgeable but passive aggressive eye doctor, see Dr. Susan Eissenberg. I had my yearly exam today and was told “Happy birthday you have eye damage from the sun. You can thank yourself for that.” Straight faced with no emotions and it isn’t my birthday. I really do not know what is wrong with people today. I would rather get a filling at my wonderful dentist’s office than see her again.
Curbside service! Wow. How about that? My mom is in a wheel chair and her glasses were totally out of whack. I happen to be driving by this Pearle Vision in Westminster and stopped by. The nice lady at the front desk came out to the car and adjusted my moms glasses while I was parked at the curb. Wow. Stuff like that does not happen any more. And there was no charge. I told the lady that my mom bought my glasses at a different place and she said it was ok. I will definitely go back for my glasses to this place. Its too bad I forgot the name of this lady. I just wanted to let her know that you made my moms day. Thank you once again. And I went back there yesterday just get my glasses adjusted and same great service.
I came here a year ago and got the ‘mid level’ coating which you have to pay extra for....I was getting severe migraines after spending way too much money on glasses and the mid level reflective coat is why. Places like this need to look into just having the high quality reflection coating (I mean even children use computers) and not even have the other two options available. That way you have satisfied clients and you don’t have to pay for stock of the lower grade coatings. That is what Costco does and that is why they will forever have my business. I bought glasses from here and spent a lot of money for them to collect dust over the year while I wore an outdated prescription. Vision is important and I wish companies weren’t so dialed in to making an extra buck versus doing it right. I gave 3 stars because the people there are fine, it’s the slimy business ethics of having different grade coatings (to make an extra buck) that left me feeling unsatisfied enough to post this a year after the fact. Anyhow, there are better ways to make money and do what is right. I hope this corporate entity gets with it before they lose their business over greasy ethics.

Easy to make appointments. First appointment there the staff in front gave me so much time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses for me. They gave fun advice (seriously, did we really talk about the relationship between brows and frame?), they gave votes, and found better and better options for me WHILE STICKING TO MY BUDGET**. Good experience. Second trip there, the doc did everything she could to make sure the contacts Im getting are just right, which they are. Their glasses maker made some adjustments for me. Glad I found this place. Honestly, I found them one day on a whim...I was driving by and wanted to get my glasses physically straightened out (werent sitting on my ears right). They did it in a minute and for free. Give these guys your business!
I have been going to Pearle Vision since I was a youngster. It was time for new glasses again, and this time there were some hiccups. But the staff was very helpful with fixing the situation. I would recommend this Pearle Vision to anyone looking for glasses or contacts.
The front office staff is friendly but the doctor cancels because she is tired or it is snowing or the weather is cold. She feels no need to provide good customer service. She cancelled twice in one week and then wanted to reschedule for 20 days later. A very frustrating experience.
YES I AM TAKING TIME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW which is very rare for me. THis is my way of saying THANK YOU FOR DR. Wismann and his team. Dr. Mike Wismann takes his time on his eye examinations which I LOVE ABOUT THIS EYE CLINIC. He is precise to make sure our eye get diagnosed properly. Before I would not use my glasses because they made me dizzy and doesnt improve my vision. But since I got to this clinic, DR. Wismann made my life great by having better vision. Julian the store manager is awesome, I remember our first time here back 3-4 years ago, he took his time in explaining their services, how our glasses works, and how the insurance works. WHAT A GREAT TEAM!!! PLEASE KEEP up the good work. THis clinic is reffered by my parents, (we were on a different clinic before). Im glad that I walk-in here one day, and now my whole family get see by Dr. Wismann. THANKS AGAIN!!!!
Every time I go there lately I get treated very poorly. I have been talked down to every time Ive gone here. Today I went for an estimate on some lenses and the employee helping me just kept arguing with me and telling me that I didnt know what I was talking about. He raised his voice at me and was extremely rude! The employees dont put forth any effort to educate you on things, I guess youre expected to just know everything when you walk in. I will be switching to another company for my vision needs. There is no excuse for treating a customer with such disrespect.
Ill start off by saying that I like the glasses and contacts that I ordered, and my wife is happy with hers. The problems are the cost (a shady buy-one-get-one-free deal that only offers a slight discount to the second pair), the time (it took 2-3 weeks to get the glasses, and then they hadnt even ordered the contact lenses - another 3-4 weeks for those to finally show up), and the communication. I will take my business to Lens Crafters or a private optometrist next time.Seriously... we couldve had the contacts in 2 days through 1800 contacts... why nearly 7 weeks?
I will never go anywhere else. I am a customer for life now. I am leaving for Hawaii tomorrow morning and my glasses broke today. Murphys law. I needed an exam today, but they were booked up today (I can see why; this place is just awesome). Since they could not get me in today for an eye exam, they read the prescription off my old pair of broken glasses, and made me a pair. Not only that, they told me that when I come back and get an eye exam, they will put the new prescription in the ones they made today, for free, as long as I come back within 30 days. Wow! I have never had an awesome experience like this before, anywhere. The guys at this Pearle Vision made my day and may be even my vacation!!
The gentleman upfront was wonderful. My company keeps changing my vision insurance company all the time so it is hard for me keep track of what my insurance company is, for the given year. But, the gentleman truly went out of his way to track down which vision insurance I have and verified my benefits and explained everything in detail to me. He must have been on the phone at least 30 minutes trying to figure out my insurance as seemed like he was getting the run around. I just wanted to get on line and thank him for everything he did for me. And the doctor was very professional as well. She took her time and did not make me feel rushed. And as silly as it sounds, I like their parking. I just parked right in front of the door and just walked in. Gotta love it.
I will NEVER go to LENSCRAFTERS again. I walked into this Pearle Vision and was greeted right away. I bought 2 pairs of eyeglasses and I was in and out just like that. The lady was so helpful and pleasant. At Lenscrafters, nobody was around to even say hello to me. I saw 2 people working there but they were just talking to each other instead of me. I will always go to Pearle Vision from now on. I feel bad about posting this review but I wanted others to know.
The manager was very rude. They made a mistake with my mothers glasses in which the name of the brand of lenses appeared on the lenses obstructing her vision. In her profession perfect vision is a must. The manager ran on stating my mother was in the store yelling at his employee....that was false. See the employee told my mother in a rude tone that nothing could be done. But here she is talking to the manager stating the employee was right nothing could be done then contradicting what he said stating he will research it and find another brand of lenses to replace the defective ones. He then began to threaten my mom and lecture her on being a human being. Rude and should be fired.
The staff at this Pearle Vision in Westminster went above and beyond the call of duty. I am very impressed in how they managed to deliver exceptional customer service. My daughter got her eye exam and eyeglasses here. The doctor was great. We will definitely come back next year to see her. My wife saw her last year and she highly recommended this lady doctor and she was just fantastic. She took her time with my daughters eye exam. And we used our vision insurance to order a pair of eyeglasses for my daughter. The vision insurances name is VSP. The optician lady at Pearle Vision told me that they have to send the eyeglasses to VSP to be done. But, then VSP lost my daughters frame. So, the lady called me and told me that my daughter can just come in and pick out any frame in the store and they will make a new pair of eyeglasses for her, which they did. And then days later, VSP found our glasses. So, Pearle Vision gave those us to for free on top of it. Wow. Now thats what I call taking care of your customer. My daughter is very happy. Another thing I like about this Pearle Vision is that they were very honest and upfront with me. I highly recommend these guys to everyone.

Horrible staff and service. The physician was borderline abusive in her scolding about diabetes. The person dispensing lenses made me take someone else’s lenses after I insisted they were not mine, said I needed to take them anyway. Management refuses to return my calls, corporate as well. Have submitted to BBB and state regulatory boards for investigation
The culture of this office trickles down from the owners who refuse to deal with issues, complaints. Nobody in management returns calls. Dont buy glasses here. Service is awful!
Did not care for the eye doctor. Poor bedside manners, condescending, and in s hurry. Also could not be told what the differences in the progressive lenses so I did not know what I was getting. I won’t be going back or referring family or friends.
Rude charged me 200 over did not say anything till I question them about the when I got my glasses had the lens.
