Update: Ended up not being that great, the glasses I got hurt my eyes made me have problems. Also, my second pair of sunglasses could not be made by Oakley. It took a really long time for Look Optical to get back to me but when they did they gave me partial refund.Great experience! Young man helped me very polite and friendly, great guy. Answered all my questions and I got two frames I really like ordered. I forgot my vision prescription but they were very patient while I had it faxed over. They follow all the covid precautions which made me comfortable. Cant wait to get my glasses and try them on. Best experience Ive had getting glasses!!

I experienced my first eye exam here! It was such a success!! The ladies in the front were very professional, Gabby helped me first, she was explaining all of the machines and what they do and helped me understand everything, it’s very clean location, they consistently we’re disinfecting surfaces, while I was there, Dr. Alan Glickman helped me find my personal prescription quickly and efficiently. Jose Morales was my absolute favorite he helped me pick out my future glasses and made it so easy and comfortable to find frames that fit my face . highly recommend this location !!!

I cannot say enough good about this staff! The people there have worked there for years and know what theyre doing and they provide great advice to their customers I love this place and I hope it stays open for a long time. Walked in looking to have my prescription sunglasses fixed because they fit too large. The staff was kind enough to have it done for me on the spot.

My husband and I have been so pleased with our experience at Look Optical Westminster. The staff and Dr. Moore are courteous, professional and experienced. One of my pair of eyeglasses never fit right and was replaced at no further cost to me. These folks understand customer service. We are not likely to ever seek a different provider.

I’ve been waiting a while for this appointment but when you arrive you have to call the office # which I did 4 times. The voicemail goes on for about three minutes and doesn’t give you an option to speak to a live person but only leave a message and they will call you back. This is very unprofessional when you’re standing outside waiting for your appointment, and you can see somebody at the front desk not answering your call. I proceeded to call back again after I looked through the window and they answered. A few minutes later a man came out and told me that I had to reschedule as I was a few minutes late. I actually was not late at all, the front desk person just failed to answer the phone nor call me back. The man who came out actually made me feel like I was lying to him, and went back inside to make sure I did leave a message just to come back out and say I had to reschedule.Take your business elsewhere, this place is very unprofessional and unorganized. Terrible customer service!

Had my eyes checked today after 3 years of neglecting to go. The doctor gave me good advice to better my vision. She explained everything clearly. I was very pleased w my visit.

TL;DR: A must add to your yearly health and well-being appointments. Plus, great frames and staff!I have terrible eyesight, high astigmatism, essentially The Works when it comes to hurdles in the optometry world. Oh, and Im picky too.But! Dr. Moore and her team are just some of the most understanding and compassionate human beings in the industry. Really, I dont say that often. It normally takes a few tries to dial in my glasses, lens and contact prescriptions, but Dr. Moore anticipates the changes Ill need, and intuitively makes the adjustments.I go through glasses like a rich kid goes through iPhones (Im in the construction industry). I just call in when I need another pair, and a week later Im picking them up, vision even crisper than before.Highly recommend.

UPDATE: 4 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NO CONTACTS. Please please please stay away from this place! Nothing but issue after issue.PROBLEM: The only reason I went in for the eye exam is because you need to do one every year in order to get your prescription to order contacts. I gave them a chance to order them for me, instead of ordering on 1800 contacts, because they were helpful and nice, but it has NOT worked out.Since my appointment 3 weeks ago, I have had to follow up multiple times and now they say my contacts are on backorder for yet another week. They have to first get the trial lenses in, do a fitting, THEN order me my actual boxes of contacts. Were talking about 6+ weeks here to get a box of contacts when I have had the same lenses for years. I have always ordered them myself, and gotten them in 2 or 3 DAYS.Please just finalize this prescription and email it to me so I can order them elsewhere myself. I was going to order glasses from here too but now need to go elsewhere for that as well. Frustrating. UGH! Thank you.

We didnt see the doctor, we came in with an existing eyeglass prescription and just walked in. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. No insurance but they helped us walk out the same day with a nice pair of affordable glasses which were desperately needed. We plan to return in the future for any other eye care needs! Highly recommend!

We have been going to Look Optical for many years. Dr. Moore is very good at getting the right contacts to fit. I have many kids and they have different contact needs and she has always been helpful at finding the right contact eventually.I just had my own eye exam and it turns out my contacts were cheaper at Look than the other places I have previously purchased contacts. So I have VSP insurance and they take that too. The staff is friendly and efficient. I would recommend Look Optical for people that need contacts or glasses.

I came down from out of state and they helped me get my glasses prescription sent to their location. The front desk staff were nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. They have a variety of glass frames to choose from, from name brand to simple frames. Not only was I helped choosing my glasses out, they also helped me pick out from glasses that fit well with my face shape! The pickup process was quick and simple. They also informed me on how to take proper care for my new glasses ! Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to seeing them again :)

Everyone here is great. I didnt have to start wearing glasses until about 2 years ago. Then after a year I had to have cataract surgery. Then I needed new lenses. I dont have eye insurance, but they worked with me. I wish other companies would follow how this place operates. Customer care is priority. Its old school, but that is what makes it great. Thanks to everyone at Look Optical at 88th and Sheridan.

I’ve been coming here for 15 years and they’ve always taken care of me and my family. I recommend anybody needing glasses or contacts come here! They broke down the price with and without insurance and made it easily understandable!

Went in to replace some sunglasses that were stolen out of my car Unfortunately they were prescription sunglasses at a cost of 500.00. The staff was amazing and attentive...Proceeded with a vision test and then ordered sunglasses.The older gentleman with a slight accent helped. He adjusted my new glasses perferctly.These new glasses and frames seem to be the same quality as Ray bans at half the cost!!!! Time will tell how well these hold up but so far pleased. I will go to look optical from now on for future vision needs..Best part of all is that you get good personable service and dont get ripped off like you do at LensCrafters, Pearl vision and other big chain optical stores....Ill be back.....

I have had to visit many optometrists over the past 38 years since my eye injury. I really have not been comfortable with an optometrist since my regular eye Dr. retired 15 years ago; that was until my recent visit with Dr. Sarah Moore. Dr. Moore made me comfortable and I was impressed with her knowledge and competence.

Have a special needs son who they refused to see because he wont wear a mask! Lost our business and have been going there for years!

Always vert polite and attentive to my needs!

If Hassan helps you, everything is outstanding. If anybody else helps you, do not expect proper attention, advice or care most importantly in the area of purchasing frames. I learned after spending $700 on glasses that were not for me and I hate.

Really friendly staff. In my experience, getting an eye exam or buying glasses can be rather annoying and painful but the staff here makes the process fun and easy.

Really kind of irritated that I had to call several times only to find out they have my glasses but they had to be shipped back because they messed up a lense. I have gotten no phone calls back and its been OVER 2 weeks, I should have had my glasses back by now. This is utterly ridiculous.

It is now going on 3 weeks and I still havent received my glasses.I should have shopped somewhere else.They blame the Holidays but I ordered my glasses 2 weeks prior.

After being a customer here for almost 10 years my wife went in for her appointment yesterday to be told they no longer accept her Cigna vision insurance or Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance(although both are still listed as accepted providers on the website.) When she asked what she should do she was told to Go somewhere else.

Great staff! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The doctor answered all of my questions and wa very imformitive. And the gentleman that called me back was very professional, and easy to talk to!

I called trying to get an inquiry about what benefits my insurance covered. It was through my medical insurance so it was a little bit more difficult to look up. The lady that I spoke to was very rude to begin with - she told me that with my insurance it only covered exams and contact lenses (I wanted glasses). I then called over to United health care to check on my benefits, they did state that I was fully covered for exams, glasses, and lenses and they showed in their system that Look Optical was a full service provider. Thinking that it may have been a mistake, I decide to call back to check again. I get the same lady, and she was even more rude that before, she yells on the phone that I already spoke to you and I told you that we do not accept your insurance for glasses I kindly told her that I called over to my insurance and explained to them what they told me. She still proceeded to yell over the phone and just state the same thing over and over again. I then asked her that UHC stated if I had any issues that they could get in contact with them directly - she told me that they had no interest in calling them because regardless it was not going to be approved. I then asked to speak to her manager because she was not offering to help me, she asked me how she was not willing to help and I respond with I asked her numerous times kindly to call over and help me understand, and even if they still were not able to get me the glasses through insurance at least update their company with UHC so it did not show as a full provider. She then hangs up the phone. I decide to call back again, furious, and she answers and I ask, again, to speak to her manager, she proceeds to tell me that their manager is on vacation and the person in charge was on lunch. I got her name, Cynthia, and just told her I would be calling back later to file a complaint. The funny thing about all of this is I had not even been into the store yet and already experienced one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I will never, ever be going here for my vision purposes.

After being treated unprofessionally the first time I was reached out to give them another try. I did go back because Hassan and the Dr I did like them. This time I actually walked out I never do that anywhere! Arrived early to my appt, again the girls and assistants in the front they are so unprofessional that it ruins the Drs office image! Made me wait and they were trash talking in Spanish right in front of me (obviously they didnt know I knew Spanish) they need to get it together. Never going back found a great new DR.. Everyone check out BEST IN SIGHT!

They spent my appointment time trying and failing to figure out how to use my insurance. They offered me another appointment, I declined.

If you need medical eye help or Glasses GO HERE!!!. I went into today assuming something was in my eye, turns out it was a little worse. They worked with me right away, with little wait and I private payed and felt it was very affordable but they take a bunch of Insurances too i saw on the walls. On top of that the eyes drops to fix the irritation were very expensive and they worked with the pharmacy to find me a great generic totally affordable replacement. I work in healthcare and you just dont get this kind of service especially after 4pm on a friday. Super Kudos to Look Optimal. Im really impressed, and Im usually pretty skeptical as i work in healthcare sale. Thanks

Customer service is bad, if you dont buy the glasses with them they are rude people, and they dont explain the prices to you from the beginning. Call first to schedule the appointment and specify that I only wanted an exam and when I went they were going to charge me even for glasses that I did not want or asked for. They dont even ask you what you want, they assume they can sell you what they want. And so then collect WHAT THEY WANT.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place because apart from everything they give you an insufficient and incomplete exam and you must pay in full. Oh, and I dont care if they call to ask for information about their own exam because they hang up on you.

I want to thank Dr. Moore with 5 stars for her excellent service, kindness and good treatment. Even though I dont speak the English language, she had the patience for me to examine my eyes and answered all my questions in detail.The ladies at the reception treated me in Spanish with kindness and the Mayra technique very kind and professional.They have a good variety of designer glasses. After my good experience I recommend this optic 100%.

My experience at Look Optical was spectacular. Dr. Moore is a person who takes her time, explains everything to you, and answers all the questions you have. I had an exam for contacts and lenses, the prices are very good and the customer service is excellent. The girl who attended me first was very professional. Her name was Mayra.
