I have been going to Levin Eyecare for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every person who works there is so nice and helpful and I always love my glasses because they are always perfect! I highly recommend Levin Eyecare in Westminster.

Everyone here was just amazing!! I recently had a super bad experience with Americas best. My father in law told me to make an appointment here and Im so glad I did. I have my 22 month old with me and everyone was so catering to him and I.I will never go any where else!

I dont usually leave reviews but I felt I needed to because I cant say enough about this office. Never have I been at a practice that may be feel as if they truly cared. The ladies at the front were wonderful took time to answer questions and were so friendly. I have without a any question found my eye doctor care. Do not ever think twice about going here you will be extremely happy you did.

I have been with this doctor for several years and really like him! I am not thrilled with other services there. I scratched my lens and went in and they told me they would order new lenses and call me. Three weeks later, I called them again to check on the status and was told that the lenses were never ordered! Very disappointed!!! I don’t know if they will get any more of my business!!! Too bad because I really like Dr Waxman!!!

The ladies that were there that day were very helpful and friendly. Dr.Waxman made me feel at ease and did not make me feel bad for it being so long to go to eye dr. He is friendly and caring!

Busted my half-frame glasses and went here to Levin first time to see if they could fix em. A very nice lady named Mary not only fixed em, but they feel and fit better than when they were new. Went to pay her and she said ‘no charge - write me a good review’. Here’s the best I can do. Coming here from now on!

Levin Eye Care is awesome! I always see Dr. Waxman. I love him and so do my kids. He has been our doc for many years! The front office is super friendly and I love them!

I got a piece of cinder block in my eye because I wasnt wearing my safety glasses after I realized it wasnt able to get it out myself I started looking at emergency care places in Westminster After realizing they all had 1 and 2 star reviews I started looking at eye doctors and Levin quickly caught my eye with their 5 star reviews. I called to see if they would see me got there in 10 minutes was greeted by friendly staff Who didnt make fun of me for not wearing my safety glasses And after a little paperwork I was in the chair so happy for my decision to go to an eye doctor The care was unbelievably gentle and thorough and the part was quickly removed from up in my eyelid I was given drops to help me get over the scratch surface on my lense and a prescription for antibiotics. The care was wonderful and its easy to see why this eye doctor has so many 5 star reviews thank you again for your help

I almost never write reviews except if things are really great or really bad. My whole experience with Levin Eyecare in Westminster has been terrible. An $1,100 mistake. The glasses dont fit. During 1 of 6 adjustments they cracked the temples. I asked for the pd measures from my scrip they said no. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Levin Eyecare is, first and foremost, the home of very kind and helpful employees! They provide excellent service in all aspects of eye care! I highly recommend Levin to my family and friends!

TL:DR- Stay far far far away from this place!The only reason this is a 2 star review is because I think Dr Waxman is a very good Dr and I dont want this to speak badly of him. The girls in the front office however (with the exception of Angie) are totally incompetent. I ordered glasses last week and they took my money but didnt place the order. Later that same day when they got around to placing my order I got a phone call that said they didnt offer the style I picked in the color I picked. Even though they had them on display that way, and in the system that way. They said they could refund my money without me coming back in and I said ok sure I will come in and pick something else but for now please refund me. A week later and no money! I call and they tell me that they were sure I told them that Id come in to chose a different color and NOT to refund it. Then they said they couldnt do it over the phone unless I gave them my card number, which I immediately did and told them to refund it right away. An hour later I get a call from them saying oh now I remember, I did refund it that day when I asked how this was possible because I never gave my card number over the phone. She gave me some story and said I could come in to pick up the reciept for proof. I then asked them to email me a copy of my prescription so I could go somewhere else (for half the price). They said they could fax it but were unsure how to email a copy. WHO in 2019 doesnt know how to email an attachment in the business world? She said she would have to ask Angie and let me know. 3 hours later Angie calls me and says the email was not going through. I gave them my email and they said they had it wrong. Of course this is after I gave it to the other lady 4 times!!! And it should have been on my account anyway. 2 weeks later and I still have not got my refund from them. I will never purchase glasses or contacts from them ever again and I urge everyone to do the same.
