Dont go here. The Arabs that work here are not only stupid but rude to their customers. I regret going here. They should go back to their country because they dont belong here doing and fixing cars.

I took my 2013 Terrain there to replace the radiator and they put too much oil in it. The engine was revving bad. Took it to the dealer and replaced the trans oil and it runs fine. When I asked Hussain how much oil he put in it, he said it was a closed system and that there was no way to know how much to put in. So he put 2 quarts. Creep could have told me to go to the dealer from the start.

Heard good things about this place from multiple people. Overall I was very pleased with their work and honesty. I will definitely keep bringing my car back when needed. Highly recommend:)

I have had the worst luck with cars but this place has always been so good to me. These guys are like family to me. They were referred by a family friend and I have and will continue to refer them to anyone I know. I see many reviews stating that customer service is a concern but when it comes down to someone who is going to do honest work for an honest price, these are your guys!

I got my brakes replaced here, front and back. About 6 months later they were grinding and squeezing and it was difficult to stop the car. Since I have a one year warranty, I went back there to try to use my warranty. The little man that is usually at the front counter and often rude to customers said the brakes are fine and refused to replace them. So, I left and one week later I came back and pleaded that he replace them bcuz they were still grinding and hard to stop my car and I told him, since I have a warranty, I didn’t understand why he couldnt fix them them the right way. So he said he will take care of it but he only ended up replacing the front pad (the rotors needed to be replaced to). I ended up going somewhere else and had to pay again for new brakes bcuz the work at Motown is cheap, low quality and didn’t last. I’m very disappointed that they didn’t stand behind their work and I will never go back here.What a rip off

The best place ever!!! They get the job done and dont over charge for repairs and go out the way to find a used part if you need it. I highly recommend this place for anyone that doesnt have money to waste. Dont bother with belle tire. And they sell tires. Used and new.

These guys solved my problem at half the price I was quoted elsewhere. Needed wiring work done and they did it in an hour. This is where Ill be coming for any future auto work

Wish I could give -5 stars, hands down the worse customer service I have ever experienced. My husband called ahead to inquire about a 4 wheel alignment and was told over the phone that this place could get us in today if we don’t mind waiting. I arrived to this location and after close to 15 mins waiting at the front desk Hussein came from the back and said begrudgingly “how can I help you “ I said yes “we spoke to someone over the phone about a 4 wheel alignment “ he then stated while looking down the entire time and shuffling through papers “we don’t do that, we only do two” I stated “ well, we spoke to someone over the phone and they said that you all could do it, I’m not sure if it was you, but it kind of sounded like you ” Hussein looking down the entire time at papers on the desk and barely acknowledging me began to raise his voice at me and said “ I told you we don’t do that, now have a nice day!” I said “ there is no need to raise your voice, this is not how you talk to customers, and I don’t like the aggressive tone you are using with me” he then flat out said “ you don’t like how I’m talking to you? I don’t care, bye have a nice day “ I was shocked, I’ve never experienced such a disrespectful interaction in a place of business. Before leaving I told him that he was very rude and disrespectful. Im not sure if Hussein is rude by nature or just has no respect for women, either way I would not recommend this place.

They GET IT DONE, and they dont rob you to do it. The service is great, the mechanics are great. This is my go-to place for repairs and preventive maintenance, and I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This has been my go to place for many years (about 10), prices are the best around and they tell u all your options ( brought in a few older vehicles that werent worth new parts). I will continue to recommend the only place in Westland that hasnt said my fix will be $300+ .. My fixes have always been $50 to $200 tops per issue.
