I came to Royal Auto Care a few years ago and had my struts replaced. I came back because my car was making a noise and they helped me out again. Mo was very helpful and communicated well. Excellent service 👏🏼

Mo is a great guy and has great people skills! He took the time to listen to my concerns and when I called a second time to verify some things and he didnt get an attitude like all the other shops I called back. That is what got me into his shop, his understanding of me wanting to verify things. I went in on my birthday for a tune up with very little sleep and forgot to tell him about the stalling on starts, but I got the tune up I needed! I was going through gas like CrAzY before he did the work and now I am just down to 3/4 after going out to ann arbor and back and driving around town for the last 3 - 4 days! What a difference a tune up makes! Now to save up some cash for the evap issue because that tune up hurt a little. The cost of keeping up on repairs is crazy, I wish we all could go back in time when prices didnt cause us to choose between our new meal and the ability to get to and from.OVERALL: great place, great guy, place was clean, and even showed me the old parts!Thank you Mo!

Horrible service. I walked out.I went here to get brakes all around put on my Nissan truck. The young man told me they had to do brakes and rotors without looking at the vehicle. I know my truck and I only need pads. He told me they warranty their work so they would only do brakes and rotors. Again, he did not even bother to look at the rotors or the brake pads on my vehicle. I asked him what was the price for brakes and rotors. He tells me he didnt know what I would need? You just said brakes and rotors! He said front or rear? I said all around, but all you had to do was ask...as opposed to saying I dont know? It was at that point I realized this young man did not want to do the work at all or had a bad attitude for whatever other reason. I will never ever ever ever ever go to this place to have work done on my vehicle ever again. It was a happenstance that I was giving them a try and I would discourage anyone from going here! I did however go a block over to Z Gear Auto repair. The older gentleman Sam was kind and patient and went to look at my vehicle. He offered to do the work at one of the lowest prices that I have found. My car will be done in 2 hours... Sam will be paid well for his time and I will be on my way. Likely bringing another car to Sam at Z GEAR early next week! COPYING THIS MESSAGE AND POSTING TO SOCIAL MEDIA IN CASE THEY SOMEHOW HAVE THIS REMOVED.

Advised that i take care of a issue that I knew was getting worse but I was broke and had to take the cheap route but still I thank you for the advice, I was able to get the problem fixed for a few hundred dollars less than this shop offered. nonetheless, the advice was priceless and had i driven like a man without a care, my vehicle would be trashed but thanks to them, I paced myself, only drove to and from work as much as I could and now the issue is resolved!!! I have took my 2010 SL 500 to get it right to a few shops!! I heard about this place fro m a few of my friend that they actually got the it right 👌🏼. Took it to a “Benz Shop” and they made it Worse side i needed 800 wroth of work took it to royal n they found one part bad... the guy in the front office I appreciate you for all your help and honesty hopefully I won’t be back but If somethings new happens I’ll be only coming to Royal Auto Care.... Charged $200 for a front end alignment that did not work, and then said additional Parts would be needed up to $500 extra. Most places actually all places will check out a front-end and see if it will even take an alignment before they do one! They say they will make it right after we put the parts on we will see.

I genuinely do almost everything myself but for auto care this is the absolute best place to go. Their prices are so very fair and their level of service/care is beyond outstanding. The look on the staffs faces all conveys a high level of care/concern for the customer. I have been a customer for over a year now and its very apparent theyre becoming more and more successful for the reasons listed above yet they can continue to make quick turn around times. Wishing the very best for this place but they wont need it. They will undoubtedly be successful for many years to come.

Came all the way from Roseville to have Royal Auto Care do a custom drag spec wheel alignment on my mustang. The guys made sure it was perfect even staying after hours instead of just rushing it and saying good enough. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any auto care needs.

The absolute only place I would take my car to get treated. From alignments, supercharger install, o2 repair, to brakes. They do it all & its all quality work. I originally went to Belle Tire to get my front end realigned and they wanted $731.00 to do it, so clearly I went here instead $140 out the door all within an hour, Ive never been so happy with a car repair than i was here, they even rotated my tires with out me asking. Theyre total sweethearts here, its hard trying a place that wont rip you off for car repairs now a days but i definitely found one that doesnt try to take avantage of their customers.

This place is great! I was referred to Royal by local car enthusiast groups while I was looking for a place to perform a custom track alignment on my car. They worked fast and did a great job with my car, demonstrating a level of care that I have not seen in most other shops I have worked with.I returned to have a set of tires mounted and this was also handled quickly and professionally. All of their work has held up perfectly and my car has been a beast on the track this summer.Royal will definitely be my first choice moving forward, Im happy to have a found a garage that understands how important my car is to me.

Then learned alot of work & parts in front suspension were put on incorrectly! SmhNow I had yo pay again to have work done correctly after owner said we cant figure out why it still makes noise from the struts. I definitely feel ripped off now...

First impression was good but after getting my car back and still having same issues I found out most parts were put on wrong. After spending thousands Im now having to pay more for the same jobs being done again. Now I really feel ripped off! Lessons learned. Some places just wanna keep you coming back to take your hard earned money unfortunately....smh

Highest recommendation for this place, they will treat you and your vehicle with the utmost respect and take their time to get the job done right the first time. I recently had an alignment done at a local shop and they completely messed it up bc they aligned the front end with the axel lift engaged giving the machine an improper camber reading. The guys at RAC got it all sorted out for me and the car feels great so far!!

Ive been doing business with this shop since early last year. I was referred to these guys by Boost Controlled Performance to have coil-overs installed on my car. Let me tell you, Moe ( The Shop Owner) and his team are a great group of people. They work hard and stand by their work. I will continue to do business with this shop. Had the front end on my truck rebuilt and 4 new tires. Got my truck back and my truck pulled to the left after $2000 in repairs and tires. Was told to bring it back and they would take care of it. Had it from Friday afternoon to Monday late morning. Said it was done. Picked it up and its doing the exact same thing. Im having trouble believing anything was even done. I cant afford to keep bringing my vehicle back for the same repairs. Extremely incapable mechanics. I would not recommend.TO THE REPLY..Trying to justify your incompetent service by suggesting anything other than you failed to give me what I payed for and after bringing it to you more than once is an insult.I will now contact the Regulatory Monitoring Division of the Michigan Secretary of State’s Office and LARA. Im sure they would like to hear my complaints.AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Had my car towed there to possibly get worked done through my purchased extended warranty (Car Shield) (which by the way is a horrible company). Car shield denied my claim to do the repairs, being pretty costly to say the least. Unfortunately I couldnt afford to pay out of pocket to do the repairs so I had my car towed back home. Surprisingly enough, I received a phone call later that day from the owner himself and he expressed sincere concern and desire to help me out to get me back on the road. Instead of asking me to pay the full amount of the estimated cost to do the repairs, he asked me what I was able to afford, which under my current circumstances was far less than the actual price quoted and is at this point making every effort to help me get my car fixed for pennies on the dollar. Wow... Im not only shocked, Im moved. Thank you Moe

I installed a leveling kit with rear shocks and lift blocks on my 18’ f150. Needless to say I needed an alignment after install. Called royal, they told me they could get me in same day. Took about an hour. Tech was cool. No grief. And the alignment feels proper when driving the truck. Monro tire told me I couldn’t get in for another 4 days from now. So I’m happy with how royal treated me.

I had The owner respond to a bad review that I gave them about a frontAlignment and all he did was Lie.The truck was not kept for two days it was not driven around it was driven straight homeAnd their front end alignment was still off he neglected to put a cotter pin back in the tie Rod assembly.I would not let these people work on a bicycle they cannot be trusted.

Came here after taking my Evo X to the dealership three times for an alignment that they couldnt get right. Brought it here and they aligned it for me with no issues. Car drives dead straight with no steering drift on center. Great shop, great staff.

Amazing service, amazing mechanics. Very professional and genuinely caring guys. Came in the day before Thanksgiving with a error code. They quickly found the issue and spent a good portion of the morning tracking down my part so I could get it delivered and fixed same day. They were upfront about all the parts they were checking and needing to replace without having to unnecessarily replace anything. When it came time to pay, they didnt stick it to me or upcharge for all the extra time spent trying to get my part same day, price was on quote as first spoke about. Will definitely be coming back for future repairs and services!

Always super nice. Did alot of repairs for my grand prix. Recently i had a power steering pump replaced and something on the part failed after a month.( Not their fault at all!) I called and they checked it out. Had it fixed, replaced and ready the next day. No fee for anything to replace the bad part and install new one again.They dont try and push or sell any extra things on you to get done. Honest place.

Wow...what an experience. I can be a little protective over my car, but as soon as I talked to the guys at Royal Auto Care I knew she’d be in good hands. I came in for an alignment as the inside of the front tires got scrubbed away faster than I thought they should have. They took their time and checked and reached their work before giving me the thumbs up that I was good to go. Stopped in on a Friday morning to get my f150 raptor oil change and Chrysler 300 was no problem for these guys they did the work with pride and even checked on a noise from my Chrysler 300. I would like to start off by saying the mechanic (Kris?) did an excellent job. I recommend them for doing any lifted vehicle. I understand it takes a lot of work to get everything lined up and he perfected it. It drives great! Their end product is worth it. On the other hand, the communication was horrible. They called me with a quote AFTER stating job was done and failed to call me stating they made a mistake saying it was ready when it clearly wasnt. This wouldve easily gotten them 5 stars.I understand it was only one experience and that other people have had better ones. It happens.Explanation:I dropped off my lifted Jeep to get an alignment on a Thursday just before 3m. I talked to the mechanic (Kris?) and he said he would look it over and have the owner call me with a quote. I also mentioned I needed all 5 wheels/tires balanced. He wrote it on the sheet of paper I signed that had my information and alignment for lifted vehicle with a zero dollar value.I get a call from Mo on Friday afternoon stating asking if anyone called me and gave me a quote. I said no. He then asked me how much I thought it would be. I was a little lower than the price he gave me and said that is what they charge. I said ok. After that, he then told me the mechanic is going on the test ride and its ready to be picked up. I told him Friday evening wouldnt work because of the long drive and traffic after work and that I would be there tomorrow. He said ok.*** Why are you calling me with a quote after the work is done? That doesnt make any sense at all.***I asked to make sure the wheels/tires were balanced and said he didnt know about it yet clearly written on the sheet that was given to me the day before. He said ok and that the tires would be balanced for an additional price. Makes sense.I drive out there 45 minutes on Saturday morning with a friend to pick it up. As I walk in at 11am, Mo wasnt there so I talk to the mechanic that was working on it. My Jeep was still on the alignment lift right next to the waiting room and office in plain sight (still not done). He said steering wheel was a little off and still hasnt balanced the tires. I told him I received a call yesterday and that it was done. He wasnt sure why I was contacted because he still has to work on it. We drove around and waited at a restaurant down the street waiting for a call. I get a call at 1:45pm (almost 3 hours later) stating it was done .When I went to pick it up, Mo said that he wasnt expecting me until later so he thought he had time to finish it (rather than simply calling me right away after seeing that it wasnt done). He said it wasnt done because they didnt know the tires had to be balanced and it took some time. The real reason was that the alignment wasnt as well as the tires. A simple call to tell me that it wasnt done when he found out couldve helped me not waste half of my Saturday and my friends who took me out there. He also didnt have to blame it on tires being the balancing tires when the job itself wasnt done.

Amazing work, done quickly! The front end work just done on my vehicle and the work on 3 previous vehicles is by far the best. I would recommend Royal Auto to anyone who is looking for great quality work! Great service all the way around!! Thank you again.

Stopped by to get an alignment on my car. The waiting room is nice and the employees are professional. Offered water and to watch whatever I wanted. Few minutes later I was told that the car didnt need an alignment, and it was off the hoist for free.Their honesty is one of their unique qualities that differs them from other businesses. They wouldnt charge unless they actually worked on the car.Highly recommend for anyone looking to get work done on their car!

The big guy behind the desk was very nice and professional. After numerous trips to the Chrysler dealership they were unable to properly diagnose my 300. I decided to try these guys and I am glad I did. They diagnosed my car the same day, something the damn people who made the car couldnt do. I will certainly be a return customer.

I was looking around for a shop that would do an alignment on my lifted truck... I had been to other places but they had always seemed to complain with my other truck ( which had a smaller lift and smaller tires ). Royal Auto Care was recommended by a lot of people so I figured I would give them a call! The owner Mo is a super nice guy and is willing to help you out! They did the alignment no problem... since my gear box isnt the best and needs to be replaced the steering wheel was a little off... I told Mo and he was able to adjust it at my convenience! I would recommend this place to anybody with a lifted truck or a lowered car!

Jut brought my car here to get my power steering checked. Tried to pull out of the parking lot & due to whatever they did, my car will not move past 10 miles an hour. Before arriving here i had no dash lights on what so ever. When i came back to pick my car up i have a check engine light on and a flashing lightning bolt on my dash. The mechanic says “i did nothing to this car what so ever” so I’m not sure why i payed him????? Also, he broke my car door handle, can’t open my door from the inside now. My car was only here for less than an hour.
