My husband tried to fix my broken driver side window regulator. In the process we broke a wire so my power window switch stopped working(and my window regulator was still broke). So I was driving around with my door panel off and my window taped up with gorilla tape. I didn’t know where to take my vehicle I’ve never had a good mechanic. Used to go to Harlo‘s, Belle tire, or the dealership. I found the Ford and Wayne auto clinic online. I called and talked to Mike. I dropped my vehicle off the next morning and it was fixed the same day. Best decision ever. Thank you Mike!

The crew here are unprofessional, took 3 weeks to replace a gas cap sensor, and a bumper. Every time they would give a deadline when I called to be sure so I could pick up my vehicle they had a new reason as to why it’s not ready. Monte is rude and dismissive, no one else acts as if they can help you. You always have to wait for him to get in or call you back.

I had my brakes and rotors replaced, they fixed my ac. They fixed my electrical problem other shops couldn’t fix it. Everything fixed for a good deal. Thank you

I had work done on my rack and Pinon, and steering. Well these guys do not put the car back the way it was. I have my steering fluid check about 7 months out and the guy ask where is your engine cover. I call up to this shop he goes that was a year ago..smh. he says you just not notice it was missing.. so as a woman and I dont know any man that will say let me look in the hood to see if any parts are missing. They did not put my original tire lugs back on my tires. I had to return multiple times for the work and each time over $1000.00 of work. Bottom line check to make sure they put on the parts. They do not replace everything. The engine should have went back when they were putting my car back together very careless work.

Had a major tune up did before they did an intake manifold and from them doing the intake manifold ford and wayne had my car miss firing and they ripped wires lose and did did not fix had to take my car to someone else because of the bad service they did for 700 dollars never again using them.

They are unethical manipulated me into paying them for unauthorized storage fees after they offered financing that never went through. I will be filing a claim for funds lost and issuing a complaint through the state, I towed my car from them because they increased the price in the beginning and didnt have faith going forward that they would repair my vehicle for a fair price. Steer clear not worth it.

One of the worst place that I had been there to fix the car! After they changed the struts suspension system which was the cost around 2000$, the alignment was not done which costed me to replace my new tires. I did the alignment in this place around three times and the car keep going to worst. then I went to a tires center and they did it in the right way. Also after fixing the radiator there, the A/C system got damaged, I went back to ask them to fix that, they did not make it for free and they charged me for that. If I keep listing the bad things, they wont end... THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING THE MONEY.

I have been getting my oil changed here for many years. They are efficient and always friendly. A pleasant young man named Moe changed the oil on my Focus today, 5/27/20.

I have a 2008 jeep grand Cherokee and I was having problems with my transmission and instead of putting it on the scope in the first place I do fixed my hoses and told me it was fine now the transmission has to be replaced once its repaired this time Im not going back to them.

First they Charged me 220 to fixmy no start issue, then 2 starts later the car doesnt start again. Then he Wants me to pay for tow back in but I refuse as the car is doing what was supposed to be fixed. Then tried to charge me 245 for a new starter, I refuse and we get down to 150. Get my car back and it starts worse then ever... Every start I pray cranks all the way. I thought they were fair from previous small fixes but thats before they had me in a situation I couldnt get out of. Now I have to pay more to go somewhere else to actually get the problem fixed.

Rude af people. Paid $1,100 to fix my car before i went out of town came back home tried to drive my car still hade the same problem took it back up to them and they told me they would not fix it because what broke was not what they hade fixed... I told them that they fix the wrong thing then and needed to make it right...they said no because i broke it when i was driving on it...... I said that was a lie because my car has been parked while i was out of town... They did not care they said it was my fault and was not going to fix it

This is a good company they are straight to the point auto service very helpful with cash prices very nice to consumers I recommend this company as a good auto shop.

So I drive a VW CC 3.6 4motion executive Edition and my driver side. Of course my car has HID Xenon lights. I take it to the Volkswagen dealer and they tell me that its going to cost up to $700 to change the light because they have to take the front bumper off. I take here and Mike does it for $35. No removal of the bumper. 15 mins and out. Of course the light bulb itself is still kind of expensive, the price you pay to drive foreign cars.

I often visit this shop, they do a great job and have a good staff. I would recommend to family and friends. Monty is very helpful.

Belt tensioner pulley for 2002 Chevy Malibu needing repair with less than one hour of shop closing on Sunday if at all possible due to Memorial Day holiday closures. Call was made, Mike said yes but hurry! Parts in hand and Mike had it done by closing. Very appreciative.

Only lasted a few months spent more than a 1000 dollars would not return calls

Put a engine radiator fuel pump and nothing still runs right and it cost me $3,800 and I month weight.

Did not flush my coolant system when I changed the radiator which caused my new 1 to crack still charged me labor to replace it again 5 months later. Then told me they repair my exhaust for $130 bucks an of course when I came to drop it off they tell me $250 be careful these guys only care about making money off you and not the quality or there work lasting

First time in, Mike and Michael offered great service. Great reception. Second time in, Monty took care of the front desk paperwork. He was very offish and a little pushy. Started off friendly but flipped fast. I noticed he offered the person ahead of me in the line to pay after the work was done to his car but was demanding I pay every last cent at the time of drop off! It wasnt such a big repair done. Went from asking for coolant repair and ended up with a270 plus some bill, which ihadnt prepared to pay at drop off! He was very pushy and inconsiderate to customer needs. This is not a bad shop to visit but the reception I got from Monty would not have me go there again. Ask for a Mike or a Michael. & Good luck!

The handsome gentelmen at this establishment were kind, respectful and so helpful. Derrick was extremely polite and professional. Ali was amazingly patient showing me how to change my spark plugs for future tune ups. I make a long drive for work and I know feel confident my truck will make it through the winter. Quoted a price on front brakes,the price went up by 80$. Brakes were squeaking for weeks afterwards. Also asked them to recharge freon was told they would have to take the whole system apart, repairs would be around $300.00. instead I bought a $40 can of a.c.pro and recharged it myself.never going back again.

I simply wanted an oil change, and a tune up.He came out with a long, long list of repairs.I spent over 600$.. needless to say I really didnt want to spend that. And gave me a longer list of things that were needed supposedly..Now when I press the gas after a stop. The car jerks.Never ever did that before..I am absolutely never going back.I am going to file in small claims court.I refuse to let them touch my car again..

We came here to get our exhaust pipes replaced and welded and we got a piss-poor job the first time went back the next day to have them redo it completely and got a second replace and repair job equally as bad if not worse would not recommend this place for anything we asked for our money back or a discount on the service provided and they refused said the job was already done and there was nothing that they could do about it told them we were going to leave a review for them and they asked us not to. Very poor decision on my part. Disrespectful and careless auto shop bc it was all about getting money and no pleasing the customer. Hopefully they really repaired my tie rods for $250 which I didn’t need at the time I’m sure. He told everyone this who walked in. I should’ve called a tow truck. I’m happy I kept my mouth shut praise my Creator. Make sure you tell them you only want an estimate and the cost before repair bc he refused to replace my parts when I asked and thought it was funny...said he can’t bc they were broke. I guess he means broken. SHOULD HAD SAID PUT THEM ON BROKE! Or as they were before taken off. Geeeesh... He laughed and said he was surprised I agreed to the $250 instead of $150 to do both sides of tie rods. Might as well!! And the Arab lol with another black female customer about this bull. His worker wondered why they pulled the parts off without having the parts delivered to avoid skipping over other customers...He lied about the parts being there also. I was a dumb joke and will never return to this place. This will never happen to me again. I hope who he praises return the deed upon him and he learns from it as I did. Long winded huh?...

I was recommended by a family member that goes there all of the time. My fuel tank was rusting out and leaking and I needed new shocks. They needed my car over night and charged me over $900. Now I have a P0453 error indicating the fuel pressure gauge problem. Now I need to shell out another couple hundred to have that fixed when it wasnt a problem before taking it in.On top of that Michael said that I have I serious coolant leak but theres never any coolant in the ground and my reservoir was fine when I had the oil changed a month prior. No idea what he was talking about but they couldnt give specifics because they said to find out where the leak was coming from it would require a 5 to 6 hour job. Nope! Never going to happen. My garage floor is dry and my car engine is running cool. Ill be going elsewhere for a second opinion when I take it to get the pressure sensor fixed (that they broke.)

I brought my car in to Ford & Wayne Auto because I had an oil leak. The worst service Ive ever had! They did nothing right. They hit on me.They dont keep receipts. They dont call you back, they hang up on you, they keep your car past warranty and try to upsell you. They put on the wrong oil filter! Are you kidding me!? I had to take my car up there 3 times and they had it for months, I would call and nobody knew anything about my car either. Isnt this odd??? So Finally I went up there and got my car and told them off! My car wasnt fixed and my motor blew because of them. I wouldnt take my car there if I was you.

I went in for a Alternator change under warenty and they messed Up my cars timing belt costing me money I wouldnt give that place any recommendations! Then on another occasion I had needed my tires rotated and balanced Monty said $35 then when I brought it in they told me it was going to be $65 and that my car needed a special kind of balancing and I went off on everybody in that shop! Montey is a CROOK!!!! I would take the one star away but I couldn’t they’re not even worth one star!

I needed work done on my car so instead of going to my usual spot belle tire i stop at ford & wayne even though the price were high they were cheaper then the belle also i didnt have to pay double for a part and they also allow me to buy my own part to repair my vehicle but what expressed me most the found what was wrong with my car the first time i say this because belle tire replaced my inner tie when in fact my lower control arm was bad so the new tires that i brought from belle tire were destroyed
