I have had great service every time I take my car in for service. Most of my visits to North Brothers have been for routine maintenance or recalls. I have worked with Adam and Joseph and both guys have been AWESOME! They have gone above and beyond for me. Making sure I have a loner vehicle, confirming my car will be finished in time for me to make it to a work meeting, calling me with updates, staying honest to their word, and at the same time being pleasant and friendly. Bought a certified used vehicle. a 2013 Ford escape with 57000miles on it and a clean car fax report. I was told by the salesman that it had a back up camera and a brand new battery was being installed that day!however, no backup camera and the next day I come out of work and the car wont start so I pop the hood and open the battery compartment and its NOT a new battery!the guy on the phone was very unprofessional and kept trying to get me to agree to a date.( I am a married woman)they did replace the battery free of charge that evening. this time I made sure.about 2 months later a check engine light came on. For the turbo cyllanoid. they had my car that I purchased in August 2020, from January21- end of April 21. near the middle of April I was contacted by enterprise rental to tell me i needed to return the car because ford ended the contract the day before.my car wS not finished, ford never contacted me.picked up the car, went to start it. 1st of all the interior was filthy, but also the car needed to be jump started.its now November 21. I called a few weeks ago because the car was acting up again and I fear its the transmission. I was told they couldnt get me in until nov 8th and a rental car although a part of said warranty is supposed to be provided i was told to call other service centers to see if they had a rental.today, TODAY was the straw that broke the camels back.driving to a Doctors appointment my exhaust SNAPPED in half! and of course its NOT part of the ford baseline warranty they sell you with OVER 1500 COMPONENTS covered... what components? if Anyone reading this is a Lawyer, or knows a lawyer that can help please contact me.. this car is going to be the death of me!buyer beware! make sure you have any car from this lot double checked by your own mechanic!!

Worst place to buy a car. They ONLY care about selling the car. Was told several lies by Jason. One was I’d “have free oil changes for a year” because I went in there knowing I drive for a living and needed a good warranty and it was a nice bonus. Well turns out I only get one because now their saying that it was only good for 15000 miles which is 3 oil changes. The car was in service when I went to look at it. Jason called and said it was “done” 3 months later I had bad back brakes and Rotors. After explaining to them and speaking with several managers that the car was taken out of service so I could look at it and never detailed or anything. I was convinced the rotors were previously bad. Finally some nice guy looked and seen they replaced the front brakes and rotors on 09/30 and I bought the car on 10/01. Looks like they never bothered to finish the job. Just let me drive off with it. Make sure you get stuff done BEFORE you purchase. They do not care to honor anything they promise after and have very little conscious

My daughter had a bit of a bad situation re: her extended warranty that was purchased from used cars there at North Brothers. After days of trying to get things resolved, the Service Manager, Devon Corby stepped in and took care of everything within a matter of hours! I cannot thank Devon enough for taking charge and getting things handled to get my daughter back on the road! There are no words! Highly recommend the Service Dept at NBF and a HUGE thank you and shout out to Ms. Corby for excellent customer service!

I had an 11:15 appointment for the service center to get my car fixed and an hour later I still hadnt talked to anyone. They only had one poor guy working to sign cars in. They need more staff.

North Brothers was able to get my vehicle in same day when the dealership I purchased it from couldn’t for over a week. Diagnostics were run and I had it an answer later that same day. Repairs were finished and car was ready to go by 1 PM next day. Jason was amazing and I would recommend this business to anyone.

I bought 2004 Ford Excursion from North brothers, and that very night a rusted hose clamp that secures a hose from the transmission rusted out and gave way leaving me stranded on the side. Now, I understand its an old truck, what I have a problem with is the service department not being thorough enough and checking the vehicle out before putting a 17 year old truck on the lot

Dont know if its laziness or incompetence or both, but he made every step of the process difficult simply because he refused to read. Our salesman did everything he could but Ken is personally responsible for us not buying a vehicle at North Brothers. Ended up going to another dealer and purchased a newer vehicle at a better price. Appreciate you helping us get the right car Ken!
My trucks engine finally died and I needed a new one ASAP. After going to a few other dealers and striking out with less than helpful salespeople I found North Brothers, and was so lucky to do so. I worked with Phoebe, she was awesome. She was very friendly and not pushy at all. She helped me find the perfect suv with all the options with the right price! I don’t expect to need to buy another truck in the near future, but if I do I would definitely recommend going here and asking to see Phoebe.

I would have put 0 stars if I could have. So this has been the worst of my short comings with with 3 different Ford dealerships. I will never recommend them for any type of business. I have a 2002 ford F150 super crew 4x4 that has a gas tank strap recall. At first I thought I finally found the Ford dealer that was gonna help me.How wrong I was about that, simply put,they didnt want to work on my dinasor. I have been to 3 separate dealerships in my vicinity and none of them went above or beyond to help me.i have had all faith in ford to help me with my dilemma.
Great variety of vehicles. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. We worked with Nathan in used cars. He was organized and ready for us when we arrived. Process was very easy and the wife loves her car. We will be going back again soon when my son needs a car.

Awful Experience! Beware!The first time I reached out to this dealership I thought I was talking to a recording. Sarah wasnt even listening to me and was asking questions I had already answered -- I honestly thought it was a prerecorded speech. Finally she determined that I needed to be assisted by someone who specialized in having a vehicle delivered. I was transferred to Tom. Tom clearly didnt specialize in this. It took a few days to get the information I requested. In the meantime, Sarah reached out again to see if I was satisfied -- how could I be I was still waiting on my information? Tom finally got my information and we negotiated a price, and came within $250 (mind you, I came up substantially, they came down practically nothing). Again, I was reached out to by Sarah to verify I was satisfied... absolutely not. She once again went to Tom and they renegotiated and came down by $12. At this point we decided to just agree and purchase the vehicle. I informed Tom of this and for the first time in weeks, he actually responded immediately. He notified me that there was an active buyer and he expected it to sell. I reached out 2 days later to see if it had sold. Once again, it took days to get a response. He stated that the vehicle had sold days prior. Two more days passed, assuming the vehicle was sold, and its still online, now with a $2k price drop. We reach out to North Bros again, now speaking to Jason. He informs us that the Expedition that was sold almost a week ago, is actually still there. He wont honor the price that wed negotiated and refused to even talk to us without running a credit application. We fill it out but immediately decide that we are not interested in pursuing a purchase with North Bros. due to the amount of LIES weve been told repeatedly. We call and inform them that we want to stop all of this, we are not interested in buying. At this point Jeremy puts us on speakerphone and starts belittling us for our decision, downright attacking at times. After we hang up, we get an alert from our credit union that our credit was just ran... meaning it was ran after we asked them not to proceed. And AGAIN, an email from Sarah asking what they can do to sell me this Expedition... the one Ive tried to purchase multiple times! Absolutely the WORST dealership to work with! Thankfully we dodged a bullet on this purchase. I now understand why this Expedition has been on their lot for over eight months. Its likely not the vehicle, its the awful, degrading, nasty people who work at North Bros.
I drove more than an hour to purchase my car, and it was worth it! Tom Luttermoster was so patient, he explained me every little button, key and special thing about my new Escape. His service went above and beyond my expectations. All the documentation was taken care of so I could drive away in just a couple of days. I will consider this dealership for future purchases!

My husband spoke a couple times with Brandy about a specific vehicle. Before we drove an hour one way to check out the car he called her to verify that it had things we was looking for and she replied YES it has them. So we drove there to find out she lied. Dont know why sales people do that, its not like your gonna buy something your not interested in when you specificly said you wanted these things on the car.

Bought a used Escape from North Bros in November. Next spring hatch started leaking. Took the car back to the dealership and was told by the manager Nathan Quimby it obviously happened after we bought it. Wanted to charge us Over 4000 to fix it. We have put less than 3000 miles on it. What a typical salesman. I thought North Bros was better than that. Really like to know how it passed their pre sale inspection?? We will never be back and I cant wait to tell everyone I know! You should be ashamed of yourself Nathan. Wonder how you got that promotion??
Service was great until it was time to sign the documents. Thats when Ken became rude. They didnt even fill the gas tank
I purchased my vehicle back in July during one of their events. After looking over my agreement, I decided I wasnt happy with the warranty that I agreed to. I decided to cancel it 31 days after I purchased the vehicle. After calling the dealership finance department sometime later, I was told that the paper work was sent the day I cancelled. So I wondered Why is this process taking so long? So I call both the lender (who I realized after the fact has nothing to do with this situation) and the warranty company roughly 6 weeks after the purchase of the car which was the time frame in which I was told by the dealer that the situation would be resolved. The warranty company said they havent received a thing and to check back with the dealer. The follow day I did just that and was told that they have been experiencing issues with the warranty company. I just called roughly 3 days ago and left a voice mail with my name and number to the finance department which is the same guy I have dealt with. My call has not been returned. This dealership, more specifically the finance department is what gives dealerships bad images.

I wanted to shout out Adam Damien and the service team. So i lost the only key to my fusion I had specifically the switchblade part that goes into the ignition. I learned that if there aren’t any additional keys you have to buy two new keys and get them programmed which would have cost me about 500. Adam worked with me and was able to find a solution and completed some recalls I haven’t been able to get done due to most dealers around me being super backed up. I appreciate all the help and getting me back driving.
