Made an appointment for an alignment. They took the car in promptly. Identified some issues that I did know existed. Performed the alignment promptly. DJ and John were great. Real car guys. Honest also.

I really enjoyed talking with the Owner Abe, the Manager and the workers at Pioneer Auto Care. I got a good vibe the first day I walked in and asked about getting my brakes done. I will definitely choose them to fix my car when needed. They did an excellent job on my breaks both front and back. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs their car fixed.

Called in the morning and the person on the phone said I could pull in anytime. But was told that they were all booked up when I arrived. DJ was super helpful and scheduled me for the next day. Quality and efficient service by the mechanics. Would recommend this shop for auto services. Just make sure to have an appointment booked beforehand.

I called them a day prior and they got me in right away. Everyone was courteous, the manager (unfortunately whos name eludes me right now) was great and explained payment options for repair work. I would recommend my friends coming here

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I went to Pioneer first to get my car checked out for my brakes. I get a call and the manager said I needed over $3000 of work done and said I needed my car towed to my home because it wasn’t in good enough driving condition (mind you I drove there just fine). I told him I wasn’t expecting to spend that kind of money and he had an attitude. I also told him to write down everything wrong with my car so I could get a second opinion and he said he couldn’t do that because someone would always beat his pricing. Frustrated, I took my vehicle to another shop and half of the things they said were wrong with my car, didn’t even need work. I ended up spending $600 somewhere else where Pioneer was trying to charge me $3000. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THERE MONEY. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE!!

DJ was super helpful and friendly! The price was very competitive and the work was completed faster than expected! I definitely recommend these guys and will continue to trust them with my vehicles.

I lived in Westland for about 4 years now and its been hard to trust a mechanic or auto shop since I been living here. Other mechanic shops in the area are usually too booked to service you same day or some are just out right too expensive. Pioneer Auto Care LLC was the first place Ive trusted with my vehicle and they do an amazing job and are very professional. They dont make you feel like youre just a customer, it feels like when I walked in there they knew me already. Gained a long-time customer and will definitely be back!

My experience with Pioneer Auto Care was beyond excellent! I took my car in and explained my issues and they did not hesitate to take my car back to take a look. The owner even physically took me into the back to show me exactly what was wrong, which I truly appreciated. Everyone there was extremely nice. All around great place! Came in today and was in a time crunch to get my alignment done. Not only did they get it done in less time then they told me, they also were very nice and professional! Anyone with any auto care needs this is the place to go!!! They are better then Monroe,been there and they have NO CERTIFIED MECHANICS!!! Being a female it can be hard to find trustworthy car help but I did here.

First time in was this week and I must same Im impressed. All I got was small work done but still treated me like I was a major customer. They worked around my drop off and pick up schedule as well. Ive been going to Redford auto previously but I think I will give Pioneer another shot next time.

Had an 8:45am appointment for an oil change. Shop was closed when I arrived. Desk employee arrives around 8:50am. He does not wear a mask for our entire interaction and did not have one while I waited in the lobby. I used a Groupon and was informed there would be an additional $8 charge for a canister filter, and that it would be a 45 minute wait once they started. After some phone calls (with some language you shouldnt use in front of customers), the first auto tech arrives at 9:16am, the second at 9:25am. Only one wore a mask when in the customer lobby. My car was finished at 10:02am. The Groupon was a good deal, and the location was close, but Id pay more elsewhere to ensure my appointment and time was respected, and that the store followed the Covid indoor mask protocols they expect from their customers.

Called to try and make an appointment to bring my vehicle in and right off the bat the man who picked up sounded rude. As if he did not want to be talking to me. I said I wanted to bring my vehicle in for an appointment and then I got nothing but silence. I called out twice and still nothing so I guess we got disconnected. Called back immediately and after a few rings the call was ignored. I never got the chance to use their services so I can’t speak to their work but I will not use them at all based on the level of service I received over the phone.UPDATE:There was a misunderstanding with connection. ABE called me back and was very professional and attentive. He made sure to take care of of me and explained everything dummy style so I can understand. I understand the good reviews now. Thank you and apologies for being so quick to be negative.

The only thing I can say about pioneer auto is they do get back to you reletively quick. The big thing about them that would never make me go to them again is they lied about a part being bad that I know was not bad. I even brought it to another place to get the job done because they lied saying they couldnt using that as an excuse and the second shop had no problems and did it fast.

I went to have my brake pads replaced today. After looking at my car, they told me I didnt need new brake pads. Honestly is hard to find and I appreciated them not doing something that wasnt needed.

Never been so impressed with an auto shop! Had taken my car to 2 different shops for quotes, one left it smelling of smoke (just from the short time they had it their for an estimate) and the other bordered on rude and the quote was unreasonable. From the moment I walked in they made me feel welcome and were respectful of my time. What happened next was what earned them 5 stars... once the issue was diagnosed the pulled up the needed part on an iPad to show me what they would be discussing THEN took me out to my vehicle and with a light took me under my raised car and pointed out what was wrong and why showing me the properly functioning part and how it works on the other side of my car. They pointed out parts that were in good shape and why and also things that I would need to keep in mind for the future. Never once tried to sell me something I didnt need, never once spoke down to me, never once became impatient or disinterested, never once hurried or rushed. Price was very reasonable, left my car overnight for them to fix the following day. They called me throughout the day to give me updates. Even though the part they ordered arrived hours later than originally anticipated they still had my car finished by the end of the day. Really impressed. In the future if I have another issue thats one they can fix, I will always bring my vehicle here and you should too! Pioneer auto care restored my belief in humanity in the car service shop industry.

Beyond satisfied. I came here twice so far and Im very satisfied. Each time I came here they were able to take care of my car needs / repairs very fast, even on a busy day. I am very pleased with their integrity, customer service, and pricing. They have a really professional team of people working at this shop.

First time there for inspection. Was very impressed with attention to detail. They went beyond and above expected service. Topped off antifreeze which other garage failed to. Everything was clearly explained. So far its great. Will return for oil change and tire rotation. Thanks guys!!!!

Tried to get a 4 wheel alignment done but when I went to drop it off they said I needed another part. I tried to get a quote for that additional part and they said they would call me back. I called them to get the quote and they still never got back to me. I ended up getting a refund on my groupon.

Ive been going to this shop for a moment now after driving past it everyday on my way to work and felt I needed to leave a review. The staff is very professional. The mechanics are very knowledgeable. The workshop is organized and clean. Jobs are completed in a timely manner. And my wife and I just love how cozy their lobby area is that we actually dont mind staying there until a job gets completed! A gem for an auto repair shop here in our community.

Very bad experience. Waited for 4 hours for oil change and had to return back home without getting oil change done. Called the owner one week in advance and he assured me that I can visit his store on Saturday with out any prior appointment. I believe professionalism was lacking. Very disappointed. Will never go again.

I brought my car in for one thing and he was honest with me and told me how bad my car was and it’s not safe. I knew the problems that was wrong they fixed my car and it drives like a brand new car. I am very happy with the service at Pioneer Auto Care LLC. The price was good and there were no surprises. The mechanic explained that I would probably need to get my brakes replaced sometime in the next year, but put no pressure on me to do it right away as some mechanics are known to do. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be using this place for my auto repair needs.

Very happy with all aspects of this repair facility from communication, timeline & quality of work. The warranty of work is a nice added bonus as is the possibility of a loaner / rental car to use while your vehicle is being serviced. Will certainly use Pioneer Auto Care again when needed.

This is my first time coming here. I am normally very iffy to take my car to ANY mechanics as many are known to rip me off/over charge me.I ended up choosing this place based on the reviews it has gotten and the fact that it was only a couple minutes away from my job. The girl up front went over everything with me very thoroughly as well as the pricing as well.The techs are very professional and seems to know what they are doing (unlike my previous experiences with auto shops)and how to fix any situation. They are a very reliable company and I will recommend to anyone who needs a trusted company with reasonable pricing.

Found this place off of Groupon since they had a pretty good deal for an oil change special. Came out here from Canton never knowing how many other auto places are in the same strip. But definitely happy that I came here. I knew I needed some other repairs on my car but was holding off because of quotes I had received from other places out here in Canton that were overly pricey. So when I heard of the quote they gave me, I couldn’t help but get my vehicle repaired. The mechanic here was very educated and actually explained things from point A to Z before I even agreed to the repairs. For an auto repair company and even a small business, this place has excellent customer service and professionalism. They will definitely have my business from now on.

So I called last Monday to see about a oil change that I got off of Groupon. I was told they only do oil changes on Saturday and I showed up on Saturday and guess what no one was there. The sign says 24 hours and I even waited until almost 9 a.m. before I went somewhere else to get my oil changed.

I went to another repair facility first and they lied to me a put what I needed. Plus, the wanted to charge an arm and a leg to do their imaginary work.Pioneer showed me what was wrong before doing any of the work and was completely honest about it. I stead of paying $2400 at the other place, I paid $385 and had it done the same day.5 out of 5 stars, all the way!I will be back and recommend to all my friends and family.Decole Harman

The manager is always trying to make customers wait for him to come to the shop, if something goes wrong even if it’s an easy fix. The manager always blamed it on the new kid who finally quit. The kid started working there as a body mechanic but the manager always put him down and under paid him. I highly do not recommend this place for anything. 0 out of 10. Unacceptable.

Purchased a Groupon to Pioneer Auto Care for a full synthetic oil change. Hubby took the car in and was told that he needed an appointment. So he makes an appointment for the following day. Only to show up on time and be told to come back in 2 and a half hours. They had badly underestimated the time needed for the jobs they already had. They had his contact info and knew he was traveling from Ypsilanti and didnt bother to call. Worse yet, they marked the Groupon as redeemed.
