Very poor customer service. As lady called Miaza was very nasty. There’s no management after 6pm according to her. Forget asking for baskin Robbins the lady said it’s not a baskin robbin even though the website states that. Mind you she is not a manager. I drove 30 mins bc it said 24 hrs drive thru and have never experienced this from a baskin Robbins so if you would like late night snacks please do yourself a favor and go to the baskin Robbins in Hyatsville. They have great customer service there.

The employee didnt speak English very well, and got out soft serve order wrong. Then lied and told us it was the last one as if the machine broke on our order....do better! Definitely my last time going there

They were lazy. They switched the flavor of my order. When I asked them to correct it, they told me they were out of soft serve icecream. I feel like it was an excuse...that they just didnt want to fix my order. Overall poor service.

Summer day and I wanted something sweet and cold. So cam to BR. And found that they now have an attitude. If you are having a bad day, maybe dont come to work today.

Dont even come tomorrow this place if you want ice-cream... All they have is soft serve. It shouldnt even be call a Baskin Robbins!

Just left there they had no hard ice cream no toppings. The 1 star is being nice...

Not a good selection. Drove 7 miles to only have a very limited selection. If you are looking for an ice cream sunday you wont get it here. No selection of ice cream. They use one machine to make only shakes with. That is not a baskin Robins. You are better off getting that ice cream fix from a grocery store compared to this location.

The visit was okay... the only thing was they didnt have banana splits

BR Express. Went there on Fathers Day afternoon. No ice cream just frozen custard or frozen yogart, whatever it was supposed to be. There was just one machine and it wasnt working. And how does this establishment carry the BR name? A half- or no-star would be a more accurate rating.

Baskin robins is not open 24 hr. Only the Dunkin Donuts part is. I waisted a trip

NOT open 24 hours. Its also a BR express, not an actual Baskin Robbins. Was told they closed at 9pm, after driving way out of the way.
