We are big fans of this place. The tips are always fresh and clean. It’s a good yogurt place in a sea of a bunch of duds.

Kind of like a dip n dots. Make your own ice cream/yogurt cup and pay by weight. The selection was good, but there was some flavors that they were out of. Im gonna give them a pass because its not really ice cream weather - if thats such a thing. Overall, staff was friendly and you really cant complain too much about desert.

Very disappointing when you come to get frozen yogurt and 5 of the flavors are empty. The worker didnt even know these machines and flavors were empty. When told she said oh yea we are all out we wont get more until the new year in a few days.

How is it even possible for 2 small cups of ice cream with hardly any toppings to cost $18??? this isnt LA! this is rural Pennsylvania!! I wasnt even gouged this bad at Disney! never again.

I love the frozen yogurt but not the attitude given by the worker. We walk in and we ask what was a certain topping was and got an attitude with the answer. Then paying she gave us more of an issue when we didn’t know we had to show her the coupon ($4 cups all day) we just assumed it was just a deal going on. Not an issue but when we said something about it we got another attitude with her stating we should’ve read the coupon. Simple mistake turned into an issue that should’ve never happened. I am a server and I know the issues working with the public and her attitude should’ve never came up over something so silly. Thanks Tessa for the awful service!

Such a happy place to visit for a sweet treat! Was out showing houses to a buyer and we stopped to take a little break and ran into one of my buyers from a few years ago with a new grandchild! We loved the refreshing treat and the variety of flavors and toppings!

I use nieces, nephews & now my grandson as an excuse to go- LOVE the little caramel turtles.

Lovely little place for ice cream. We usually go in groups with our friends. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Girl working was super rude and made it clear she didnt want to be there. ive never been treated badly at any other sweet frogs establishments, but she was nasty

I really enjoy frozen yogurt and this is probably the best place or the second best place for 20 miles around. The frozen yogurt selections themselves were unusual and different from what other stores have and they had a wide variety of toppings. Cute place but none of the seating was comfortable.

This place has really good frozen yogurt and a great choice of toppings. Add a friendly, wholesome, family environment. We will come again.

Walked into the store & it smelled like cigarettes. We walked out because it was so overpowering. I have been here in the past and it was fine. Not sure where the problem is stemming from...

Good yogurt and toppings,but tonight the employee hands me the to go lids. I had 4 cups and she just stood there. The price was ridiculous, cant afford that to much.

Kids love it but be prepared to spend a lot more than youd think. Paid around $30 for 4 yogurts and two of them were small, for young kids.

Very clean facility, friendly employees and lots of flavors and toppinvs to choose from! The young man ringing us out was very patient with my boys while they chose nearly every candy topping! Definitely likely to return and to recommend to friends

Unbelievable. prices are outrages. we had 2 things that weighed the same and one was $7 and the other was $14. that just doesn’t make sense. i’m outraged

Visited this place and the experience was great! The employee Shamira was very helpful on helping me decide which froyo I would enjoy being that this was my first time ever having froyo. She even let me know there were tester to use so I can try all the flavors I wanted😁.. when it came to my topping choices Isaiah helped me greatly! He made some amazing suggestionsOne was the cinnamon syrup So good! 🤤...overall these two employees made my first time experience wonderful. and not to mention the fun atmosphere it had to offer.. will be visiting Bert shortly!!!
