Jonah was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I was able to upgrade, add a line, and adjust my current plan with ease. He made great suggestions and I would definitely return to this location.

Pretty busy at this location with 2 employees working. We were upgrading to new iPhone for my daughter. They somehow added a $200 bundle without really explaining it. Then had us pick out 3 products (Screensaver, case...etc) we asked of its additional and was told no, its included in Bundle.Not sure if its due to the masks (no hearing clearly) or just a sly add on but we declined after questioning.. its free, right?Otherwise seems to be a great store with plenty in stock.

Customer service was A-1!They are very knowledgeable about all the products in the store and aware of all and upcoming promotions that can save me money. Also even tho I had to wait outside, it was really great to see that they follow the COVID-19 safety procedures. I will be using this store as my home store in the future.

Our family signed up with this store specifically because of an incentive they offer, a reward for transferring to them. We signed up back in December and never received these rebate cards. Since then we have just been given the run around. “Only the manager can deal with this,” is what I’m being told but I am unable to get contact information to reach the manager. I have to wait for the manager to reach out to me. It’s now March. Manager has still not reached out to me and I just made my 5th attempt to deal with this company. Definitely do NOT recommend unless you enjoy being robbed.

I was short a few bucks and so Josh and the team their at Verizon helped me by adjusting my payment so I could get the phone I wanted.

I love this Verizon store. This store has hands down the nicest employes ever !!! They take the time to really help you and solve the problem. And its never a long wait.

The manager Britney at this location is the best sales rep I’ve ever dealt with. Anytime I have an issue with anything on my phone she’s always there to rescue me. If your looking for a Verizon store I suggest you go here and see Britney!

Came to the store on a Sunday which it was supposed to be open from 10-5 and there was a closed sign on the door. Took a 20 minute drive to come here which was a waste of time. It would be appreciated if there was a sign stating the reason why the store was closed at 1:30 pm when it’s supposed to close at 5 pm.

The clerk that helped us, Sharlynn, was very helpful. She gave us all the information and was very friendly.

I jus got a new phone today! The service was awesome and the people are soo kind and friendly! I walked thinking that I was gonna get an iPhone but instead I walked out with the latest Samsung S10+. Its alot for me to adapt to since Im soo used to using an iPhone but the way that they were taking about the Samsung and the fact that its pink, I seriously had to try it. They gave me 14 days to try it out and if I dont like it I can trade it in for the iPhone but as of right now Im starting to really like it. But anyways if your looking for a new phone you have to stop by there, its amazing!!
