Desi & Brisen are AMAZING!This is the best Verizon with Aloha and better yet no hours of waiting!

This store is really amazing! The first thing I walked in I was greeted and felt really welcomed in the store. The one I consulted with is Connor and my first impression on him is wonderful. He is very helpful AND informative. Went in to activate my phone and it was quick and easy (I have an iPhone SE 2020) Really awesome service and just a great atmosphere!!

The associate Desi L. was super helpful and patient while dealing with numerous problems presented to her. best verizon store I have been to this far!

I worked with Chris who is a sales consultant here. He knew exactly what I wanted to hear. He takes his time to get to know his customers, like how a proper salesman should go upon customers. He was the only one working at the time but that’s okay because it felt a bit more personable. This dude made me laugh the whole time! He didn’t try to up sale me on anything which I do like. (I kinda up sold my self on some phone cases) but He sold the phone withought having to actually sell the phone. Go meet up with Chris if you need a new phone! This dude is great at his job. I would recommend this Verizon, honestly.

I have always loved Verizon wireless, I am longstanding devoted customer. I had to upgrade my phone. I had been putting it off for a while. I happily discovered a new Verizon location in the Waipio Shopping Center. They had newly opened. In all my years of attending various Verizon locations for phone issues, concerns, whatnot I have never had the highest degree of customer service more than at this location (granted I have had many amazing experiences with other Verizon locations but none equal to this experience). The staff crew here are welcoming, friendly, conversational, and they really make you feel like you are at home with friends. What would normally take other Verizon locations hours to do, they did in minutes. Stealth and professionalism at its finest. Most places are too busy to care about personalizing their interactions with customers. However, I will call out by name those you should ask for who will undoubtedly treat you with the same highest degree of excellence as I received during my visit there. Kai, all around a sweet and knowledgeable gentleman who is efficient with your time and has your best interest in mind. Gayle - a beautiful soul who likewise knows the ins and outs of Verizon and is conscientious regarding your time and needs. Chris - what a standup gentleman as well who manages his team with incredible leadership and direction. And the wonderful Chris - who has mad skills for detailed work customized to your needs. All around - amazing location and outstanding crew. MUST SEE!! BRING YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Im a small town girl from Kauai and Im telling you this is the place to be where you can talk story, be a part of a family, and meet all your Verizon needs. 5 stars! (*seriously > check em out. Im making that location my personal permanent Verizon location)

Would never recommend this store to any one. I came in with a phone screen that would not display. I pay $15 a month for insurance so it only required a replacement from Verizon; get a new one and send the damaged phone back. The staff did not know how to properly deal with the issue and advised an Asurion insurance claim. Another associate, however recommended doing a 1 for 1 swap (proper protocol as Ive had previous done it successfully at the Verizon retailer in Pearl City). The staff associate never bothered to check and verify shipment address, it was shipped to the mainland address. Its an understandable error, and I was very patient begin. My attitude would change after being strung along with false promises. I stopped in the store on three different occassions, the first time to bring up the issue and have the phone rerouted. The staff claimed that it would be redirected from the distribution center, however this was not true. After it arrived to the mainland address, the staff then said they would send another replacement phone to the proper address, which never happened. Fast forward two weeks, I still did not have a replacement phone. The store manager gave the usual customer service verbatim vomit that solved nothing. Save yourself a headache and go to the real Verizon store in Pearl City. They actually know their job.

Paul was very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. He made my search for a new phone easy and stress free. I will send all my friends to GoWireless Verizon Waipio.

Chris Lennon at the store was more than helpful when we bought our S9 phones. Any problems we had he resolved and gave us good discounts on our plan and exchange of our old phones. Awesome!!!!
