Place was well organized,and the person that was working was very knowledgeable and suggested looking at some clearance T-shirts, which I ended up buying and also renewing the expired membership. Will definitely be going back!!

The shop is clean and organized. The worker I talked to here answered my friend and Is questions in a professional and confident, knowledgeable manner. This worker is spreading the Aloha for a GameStop location that is in Hawaii. Ill come back just to talk to said worker one day...

Sadly the one of the last of its kind in Hawaii. Cant say Im looking forward to buy my games from Walmart ohhh how exciting. Ugh I have nothing bad to say about this place. The people here are super cool nice always willing to help you out. Please dont close this GameStop!

Apparently picking up the phone is not a thing the employees of this store have mastered, every time I call in no one picks up.EVERY TIMEAnd every time I try to call in I call MULTIPLE times.I understand that these stores can get busy but you have to pay attention to the phone lines too.

There was a Christmas sale going on and we decided to treat ourselves to a gift or gifts I should say. What a better way to enjoy the Christmas season. We purchased few games we wanted for Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Merry Christmas to us!

This is the gamers hub for now. If only it had a couch for gamers to game with their handhelds or just talk. Say about their purchases, products and games. I love how there is a library of older games here for systems. This place is very supportive of being your physical game pickup spot. The memberships are a bit sticky but it is bearable for good deals. I miss my towns gamestop so much. It seems that the generations games are becoming more digital. I grew up with discs and cartridges and I will cherish them for as long as possible before I have to get more digital shop money cards with the more technologically advanced kids. Good place. Can have chill gamer employees that talk games with you.
