The rep Maria remembered me coming to the store 2 years ago and that is the most gratifying of my experience. Not very often are you greeted by first name, from a rep that helped you years earlier. Definitely a gifted customer service agent that I hope is appreciated by Management. I was a Manager before retirement and agents with star customer service is the jewel of any successful business.

This store is fantastic the reps are really nice and truly focus on taking care of the customers needs.

Lisa is a very friendly and helpful sales consultant. She really helped me and my mom go through the process of upgrading and trading in phones.

We had a 3G phone and received a free phone so that we were updated. We were lost! Trying to set up new phone. We went to AT&T in Waipahu Town Center and met Lisa. She was a wonderful God send…she made us feel so comfortable and we walked out very confident with our phone. She was patient, respectful, friendly and so easy to talk to. I have never given a 5 star in any of my reviews because I believe you can always be better. Not today! MarC with a C not only helped us with a switchover to a different phone, he also found ways for us to save money. He took his time to make sure we were comfortable with what we were doing and understood everything. His manager, Jenny was also very helpful and super pleasant. We started with $240 in phone bills. MarC got us down to 180. Wow! Dont shop online. Go see these guys because you will leave happy and relieved.

I asked marc before he switched out my sim card if that would delete contacts and he said no, its just for network connection. When i got home later, 50% of my contacts were gone so i called att waipahu, but marc was out to lunch and they said he would call me back. So after an hour he called me back, he said he would look on the table for my sim card, 2 mins later he said he cant find it. So later i went to the att store and asked if i could look, but marc said they shred the sim cards. So after over 30 years with att im done and going to verizon.

Michael Ida was a wonderful representative for my needs today. He went out of his way to help me with the account and billing questions I had.He was so patient and kind.

John Carlos greeted me at the door and helped me with an issue regarding my mobile bill. I was being charged with Oregon services despite my being in Hawaii for nearly a year and a half. I think he was able to correct it. The he explained about a new promotion they had because I was complaining about the shortening battery life of my phone. In the process, he explained that the current plans are much better and flexible than what Ive had for many years. He was patient in explaining and sharing several plans. He gave excellent customer service, was patient, knowledgeable, and offered suggestions. Despite the issues Ive been having with AT&T, I am considering continuing mobile services with the company. The manager on duty, Jason, was also very helpful and they said they would help me with issues I had with the ATT phone dept. I appreciate their support and hope for a positive resolution.

We got greeted by JC at the Waipahu store as soon as we opened the door, his expert knowledge saved us $$$ bundling AT&T TV. We endend up foinf home with another new phone (2 phones) with accessories. Did i tell you about Jenny the store Manager, she helped us out too. Got us lined up to come back and get the new 10 Samsung table not even in the stores yet. Come to the Waipahu store they treat you right.

The service is really good and the people incharge are so very polite and very patient for handling our problems in At&t. In general well done.

I absolutely adore Jenny at AT&T! She has worked at multiple locations throughout the years and I follow her wherever she goes. She is always positive and warming and eager to help. The store is very clean and the rest of the staff are very welcoming. Never a bad experience. I will defiantly continue all of my cell phone care with Jenny at AT&T!

Marc greeted us swiftly. He made my wife and me feel comfortable from the time we walked in the door. He spoke clearly, and was diligent in explaining our phone and plan options. He was also a good listener. He understood our needs and did not talk any more than what was needed. His warm approach and ability to build rapport effortlessly, helped to establish trust. Due to his professionalism, we ended up buying two new iPhone 11Pros, and adding an extra line to our plan. Excellent service!

Was having trouble with my phone. The messaging, email and Google werent working. The apps kept shutting down. I took it to another AT&T store first and the rep couldnt fix my phone. Lexi at the Waipahu store fixed all three functions.

Lisa was great. Really kind and professional person. My situation was complicated compared to others but she was able to be patient and help out.

Michael provided great customer service. He was a great help with my phone and also assisted me with other questions that I had. Will return to this AT&T location.

Service here is SUPER SLOW! I was interested in one of the devices,but I was told by the sales rep the phone was dead.Ummmm why arent these workers charging and keeping up with these things.Im pretty sure the store isnt that busy.Where is the Aloha in this store?? I never get that every time I come here,which is the only store thats like this.Mililani and kapolei sales reps are Awesome!

Went in to inquire about getting new service and getting a phone iPhone x manager was not willing to help told me wait for his associate, then he helped me after but no good vibes poor attitude. So I decided to go to pearl city AT&T.

Service may have been great for the 2 people that came in after me and got helped before me. Gee some people no class. You know I was there before you and you dont say anything. Really classy people. And jeannie you couldnt see me waiting. Im sure you saw me walk in you acknowledged me. Oh I wasnt a guy thats why? Rick came from the back so he didnt see who came first.
