My daughters iPhone 7plus battery inflated after having had it for 7 yrs. It was so badly inflated, the battery literally shoved the screen forward out of its frame and cracked it. Iphone appeared as if it had been thru a car wreck. Although she did get a brand new kphone, I wanted so much to salvage her 7plus for 1) memories 2) having a spar3 phone especially for my 5 yr old old nephew would be out and about with us.Entering the store, both guys working that day immediately greeted us. My daughter handed one of the employees her 7plus and the other too analyzed the phone. Both were so calm and simply said it was fixable-- WOW. I blurted out Really? Are you sure & they reassured me it wasnt a problem.I asked costs and was quoted $135 & all the more this astonished me in a good way. I told them I had previously been told wasnt worth it and just buy a new phone. I then made the comment Thats cheaper than what it would cost me to get another phone to which 1 politely replied Yes youll always be told by sales people. When I asked how long it would take, they said about an hour. Again, seeing how bad the phone looked, I thought it would take much longer. Told both guys we were pressed for time; had daughters to practice to get to. As excited as I was to get it fixed, I reassured them we would return another day.Before we left, both offered to at the very least to remove the battery so it wouldnt do further damage at NO CHARGE. We accepted the offer and this took no more than 10 min. In the meantime, we took notice of all the varioud phone accessories in the store with reasonable prices (sorry no photos taken at this visit). Once battery was removed, employee placed phone in a ziploc battery bag and instructed us to place it in a cool dry area to prevent any other damages till we bring it back.FOLLOW-UP VISIT to come.

I took my phone to TCA Wireless today to see if they could repair water damage. The technicians were very welcoming and happily offered to try and restore my phone. I left the phone with them for a couple of hours while I went to run other errands. When I returned, they were not able to save my phone, but did not charge me for taking a look at it! Now where can you find service like that?! Even though my phone is lost, I didnt have to lose money for trying to save it. I would Definitely Recommend TCA Wireless services to ANYONE else needing phone repairs. If I have any future issues, I know exactly where to take my phone again! On a overcast day in may I stopped in; phone in hand with a couple problem’s I told the man and we discussed how much it would cost. We tried to bring the phone back to life but to no avail. The technician; Isaac, was a calm, articulate and broke down the rather complex work that had and was done to the phone well into a explanation any simpleton that is not tech savvy could understand.When I returned to pickup the phone and upon hearing the disheartening news that the phone had given me it’s last charge I then decided to pickup a used phone that was a generation behind the phone I brought in to have serviced. That phone that I bought saved the day quite literally.What’s so special about this phone I bought from TCA Wireless? Well, you see them phone I brought in belonged to my brother, and he’s rough on his stuff. He works outer island and flies on a daily, but at this time when his phone broke weekly basis and it was a day before his flight. He needed something RIGHT NOW. His safe travel emails, of course his work contacts and other information was on that phone. Leaving the island to work without a phone was not a option. Thankfully establishments such as TCA Wireless exist, and partnered with there hard workers, my brother got what he needed and was able to make his flight and have a phone. I would like to thank the crew at TCA Wireless and would recommend anyone with phone trouble or inquires to stop on by.

Person was friendly yet he lied about a warranty. He replaced my I phone screen put on a little to tight and changed the color without asking. The screen cracked again 2 days after fixed even with screen saver..I brought it back before the month was up. HeSaid it was not on warranty and didn’t offer a discount to change it again. There was one person working phone and fixing most calls you hear was where my iPhone or tablet.. Not Aloha at all.. All about money.. thanks for rip off work

Called in and spoke with Kevin about a phone repair. Even though he advised the iPhone SE was one they did not perform battery swaps in, he did not hurriedly end the phone call. He took the time to explain why this was an issue with that particular phone, and I asked him about used phones on hand. Being only a mile away from where I was, I went out and checked out the selection.Pretty darn reasonable prices on some refurbished phones. I ended up buying a slight upgrade for my father-in-law, and Kevin insured the phone was functional before I left. Great service, great conversation, it is easy to see why TCA wireless has such a high rating. While I was there, at least three other people brought their phones in for screen repairs. I was able to observe these people treated very nicely, and the speed of the repairs is impressive.Mahalo!

Im staying here at Koolina and was referred to TCA for my iPhone when I dropped it on the rocks along the shoreline.
