You could just buy stuff online but this aint too bad either.

I dont know their names but the employees here were so cool, they really helped me with the tons of questions I had and kept a smile on there face.

Enjoyed looking around but couldnt stay too long because my twin 4 year olds were crying and begging me for a Nintendo Switch.

My son loves this place🤦🏾‍♀️ if they DONT HAVE IT they will make it (give you a paper copy) or ship it to you...Now thats selling and making your money!!

I called ahead of time regarding a price adjustment and spoke to who seemed to be the manager. He seemed nice on the phone. When I arrived at the store, a young lady who didn’t seem too friendly handled the overall transaction with his assistance. When it was completed I heard the manager say that “...that was a headache” . I thought that was rather unprofessional regardless of the circumstances surrounding the transaction...it is part of the job. I looked around some more and then decided against purchasing something from that location because of their attitudes. There’s another GS not too far so that is where I will go if I need to make a purchase.

Decent selection but a bit too cramped due to the bins and small shelving in the middle that they use to help make checkout lines. Staff is always pleasant and provides very quick service that will often get you checked out a lot faster than you expected.

Always have the best exclusives, and always have an amazing stocking of supplies. Then employees are always free to nerd out with you, and give you all the information you want to know. I suggested going to the Lynnhaven GameStop

Went there with my fiancé yesterday looking for an item they didn’t have, but Trisha was very helpful and found another store that had what we needed! Great customer service, friendly and also clean.

All the latest games and consoles. The location is great. Im not a fan of the overall company, but not any locations fault.

Staff was nice in helping me with the games and items I was getting rid of and staff was also very informative with games and consoles. They where also very helpful with pre purchasing a game.

As a casual gamer here and there game stop is a good place to shop reasonable prices and usually the occasional deal one of which was 4 games for $10 as long as all the games were $4.99 or less each

The mgr. Nina was helpful, knowledgeable, and very polite. A HUGE selection of items to choose from. Putting it on the map as my go-to stop for entertainment.

Love this place just very pricey but always has good deals and sales going so just keep your eyes out for something good

Preordered a game here and was called and told to pick up at midnight release at neighboring gamestop. Showed up and waited in 3 different lines do to staff confusion only to have to purchase the game again because this location didnt complete processing the funds. Why would they call me to tell me about the midnight pickup if they wont process my final receipt? My 3rd bad experience with this locstion.

Honestly awful. I expected more assistance. Walked around for 30 min without assistance employee talked with a pretty female and ignored me when I asked about upcoming releases. Left new frustrated. And now am just gonna buy the game on the Xbox marketplace

Great place to buy new and used, ps4, xbox, vita, Nintendo games. Also game consoles, accessories, used tablets, clothes, lanyards and other stuff. Reccomend getting a pro card here if you dont have one. It will save you money. Staff where friendly and helpful.

Bought COD BO 3 and the disc has scratches and smudges on it. When I attempted to play it the game lagged. Basically it is unplayable.

High prices, Low trade values, expensive prices for old items ex. Original Wii for $70! Pushy staff, aggravating rewards system. Would not recommend.
