Today I went to this store which has a sign thats reads . Masks are strongly recommended. After I entered to begin my shopping I was approached by the woman woman working and told to put on a mask to stay. When I pointed out what the sign read she still insisted. So I left. I came to purchase 3 things. I bought them at another store instead.

The best game stop around. Very informative an knowledgeable. Good crew all the way around every year. Customer since 2011.

Taylor was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get our Switch replaced under our warranty. Other gamestops had previously told us that they were impossible to get right now and left it at that. She sent an email to have a replacement sent to her store for us. We got it within 2 weeks! I will definitely be doing all my gamestop business at this location now on

Gotta admit, my average opinion of gamestop is just okay, but I had a very good experience this time. The employee was very helpful in aiding me to find gifts for my nieces birthday.

Ordered something online and they stayed like 30 mins after closing to allow me to pick it up! W in my book for customer service here.

Was made to wait in the cold for an exceptionally long time while watching the employee inside laughing on the phone. I called the store and knocked over 5 times over the course of that time before i recieved my game.

Patrick is a wealth of knowledge! This GameStop is the place to go in Hampton Roads for games and info. Very patient, very concise and up to date on all games coming out across all platforms. Best help I’ve ever had at a GameStop anywhere in the US. Helped us buy the Nintendo Switch and make good choices regarding games to look for.

Patrick is awesome! Originally came into get a gaming console since my Dads would not play his online game. Patrick looked at the tablet and told us that it just needed more memory. He even cleaned the screen and installed the memory card. Great customer service!

Had to go there twice to get a game because they gave me a faulty disk. I do not recommend this place, they are known for scamming people.

I always go to this Gamestop. Ever since Patrick took management the place has really gone uphill. I highly recommend this location. He is knowledgeable and friendly.

This location is very nice. The manager, Jeremiah runs a tight ship. Hes very friendly and helpful even after tirelessly dealing with savages he has to face day in and day out. When you go in here, greet this man and his staff with a smile. You have no idea what they have to deal with.

The reason why this place got an immediate 2 star review.Trying to push a higher cost product when there was a lower cost option available.I understand businesses want to turn a high profit but if there is a lower costing product that will get the job done the same as another more expensive product please offer that product. I would keep coming back to a store if they did this and in the long run of shopping there more, would spend more money.
