Called in regards to an electrical issue. Was told they have a flat rate of $150 hourly and it would have to be paid for a 2 hour minimum. Why before even examining a single component on my vehicle would I automatically have to pay for 2 hours of service. Scamwow!

Let me put it this way - If these guys repair cars like they answer the phone, this is the go-to place!Javier and the boys over there at Unique Auto Care didnt even work on my car, but he answered all the questions, found out the answers I needed in a timely and orderly fashion.They were courteous and professional - if you are hesitating to come here for automotive repair, I wouldnt. Go see these guys!

While on a road trip, our cars transmission broke down about 40 miles away from Victorville. We found Unique Auto Care based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. They went above and beyond making sure we get the car in before they closed for the day, diagnosing and fixing the problem and communicating with us during the process. Very friendly and professional, highly recommended!

My car is older and the newer parts made for cars do not fit it. They went out of their way to get hoses required to fix my air conditioning. They stayed with it until it was fixed and I dont feel that another place would have been willing to put that effort in. With a newborn we needed our air fixed to travel anywhere in this summer heat. I would recommend them for any car issues.

I came in on a Friday at almost closing time with major car problems, I was still 3 hrs away from my destination point. This guys were not just able to check my car but were willing to stay open past closing time just to get me back on the road. These people were very honest and caring, they even hung out at the shop after I had left just in case my car gave me any problems. Would like to give Javi and all the workers a huge thank you for fixing my car and making it home safely. I highly recommend them, I would not think twice before taking my car back to these guys.

Went to countless mechanics and electricians and no one could help me figure out what was going on with my car. I was having issues with it not starting back up after driving for some time, but here at unique auto they figured out what the issue was and fixed it right! I haven’t had any issues since.

Amazing and honest people! I cant recommend them enough! Ive been stranded with car trouble far from home many times and it can be so stressful and intense, but the guys at Unique Auto Care gave me hands down my best experience! I came in with my Subarus transmission all kinds of messed up and they were so efficient and caring I was out of there in the same day! These guys are the absolute best! ( special shoutout to Javier for being so kind and wonderful and bringing me juice on his break and to my mechanic for working so tirelessly with my car ) The general vibe of family there was very refreshing. I dont live anywhere near Victorville but I would drive all the way down there just to get my car worked on by those lovely humans.

They put a starter in my car. It cost me $668.00. They made me sign that I agreed to the installation so i had to pay! But they did a diagnostic and he told me since I was getting the work done there that he would waive that. When I picked up my car he said no cause I wasnt doing the rest of what was on the list but I never talked to him ab the rest. And that was so much that I dont have that! So he couldnt have thought I was going to do the rest. I told him I dont have that kind of money so he lied about thinking I was going to do that. I was so upset that I left in tears. I called before I picked my car up cause I started to think it was way too much for just a starter but it was being done so i thought i would discuss that when i got there. And that was thinking i wasnt paying for the diognastic. Having to pay that is what got me so emotional. I checked other places and it triple the price of any other shop. No one anywhere charges $668 00 to put in a starter even for a Mercedes! And to boot, a lady comes out of her office to help them bully me. She was worse cause she was mean about it. At least they didnt get mean like she did. I understand I signed a paper but I didnt realize how pricey it was so I tried to reason with them and he also shouldnt have charged me for the dogmatic. They have always waived that charge at other shops if,you fix the car there. I thought thats why he said he would waive that. Can anyone explain to me if Im wrong about what Im thinking! Cause Im feeling like I was really over charged and Im still upset and I had plans for the money I spent. I know something always comes up and thats life but I think I was really over, over charged and that was way more than anyone would ever charge for a Camry just for a starter!! And thinking if I have to pay cause I signed ok but the diognastic made me mad, and emotional cause he lied and its hard when your on a fixed income already strugling!

Iexcellent genuine guys. Excellent family friendly business. I purchased a car in October the car had extreme issues I took my car to these guys when i started having issues . These guys from day one have helped me in so many ways that I can be grateful for especially with the Christmas season coming around they manage to work with the warranty company that I had they work extremely quick and also all the services they have provided was excellent I’ve been to car repair shops in my life but this is one of the best ones I have ever been to I highly recommend these people if I can give them beyond five stars I would it is very family orientated they are very honest and know their stuff about under the hood they also prove who they are by all the certifications that they have and they highly are recommended by me to anyone to use the guys I was really stressed out when the car had broke down but these guys have made it to where I wasn’t stressed out at all about anything getting fixed under the hood how they took care of the insurance warranty company and also how they handled everything professionally and proper

If I could give more stars for this review I would. Great customer service, knowledgeable, honest and got the job done faster than they quoted me. I cant say enough good things about Albert the Owner and mechanic! I took my car in because I threw some rods and I had an extended warranty through a third party. The insurance company turned my claim down because they claim they found a loop hole. This is when Albert stepped in and fought for me because he knew it wasnt right for the claim to be denied! Eventually because of Alberts expertise the insurance company approved my claim. Albert saved me thousands of dollars and got me a new engine for my car. I highly recommend Unique Auto Care because they put the customer first and their work is done right! Thanks Albert, me and my family appreciate everything you did for us!

I own a 2004 BMW 325ci with 175, 000 miles and needed to get it looked at due to overheating. After calling several shops and beingtold it sounded like a possible blown head gasket and most likely 2500 to 3000 dollars later, I lost all hope. Until I made one last attempt and called Unique Auto care. Alberto and Javier treated me better than BMW ever has. Turns out their honesty and integrity showed by telling me to not worry it wasnt a head gasket (3000) but a faulty thermostat. I saved thousands with them. Highly Highly recommend them. All I can tell you its extremely simple !! I thought better from the owner of Unique Auto Care !! Until he swindle my hard disability money!! Charging me 1,690.00 !!!! Charging me a new thorle body for my car that supposed to need. Charging me for a new dealer one, when he charged me and never replace! It. !!!!! @ a cost of $512.90 .... Put some other part !! And charge me for a new throle body !! Im taking him to court !! Unexceptionable !!

Sometimes you find a place that just feels right with GOOD people there. Thats what my experience was like at unique auto care. They didnt lead me on or play with me as a customer. They were very professional and managed to do a job that a few others had turned away. Not only was the price great but in the end i left feeling like it was meant for me to hear about them and take a leap of faith as a new customer. Now when i have any problems or have to refer someone i wont have to ponder about previous experiences at other shops, I will know where to go and can have the peace of mind knowing that i will get A+ service and an honest experience.
