Horrible rude people answering the phone to service. I asked for a quote 2 days ago and no answer yet! I called back and they said they are to busy to help out. How is that a way to treat someone who has bought 4 cars from your facility. You have ppl chasing you down to sell you a car but you have no one to service the same car when the time comes???? If I can give zero stars I would. So unprofessional and rude. Lady was literally screaming at me on the phone. Hope she gets fired for being so rude and unprofessional.

This place is always very busy. It is always best to book an appointment online. Currently they are offering Uber or Lyft to take you home which is very nice if you have to leave your vehicle there. Overall depends on who you get for your service representative either stellar or very good. Overall Im very happy with their service in general. Ive been a long time customer.

In and out real quick for service on my truck took about an hour and they cleaned my truck love this place

Mike Purpura, Priscilla, and staff in the service department are top-notch! They know what’s needed for my heavily used, heavily modified, off-road specific vehicle. I drive well over 50 miles out of my way to come here. They know the vehicles and they know the warranty system. Customer service is high-quality here! I’ll continue to rack up the miles just to come to this service department!

Service is horrible, all the time, for simple service scheduled maintenance all ended up on 3 hr or more, this is not the only time that I have the same outcome, they make appointments with you, but they squeeze in many people between as possible and they screw you ( main reason because you are a customer with scheduled maintenance )“ THEY REALLY CARE LESS”Still I have pending issues with quality defects with my window mechanism, in my 2020 truck that do not work properly, and they do not resolve properly .I gave them 1 star rating, because system does not allow less than that.I just wish time go fast and scheduled maintenance ends and NEVER COME BACK TO THIS DEALER..!

Had an appointment for 8:00am for a tire rotation. Was told it be 1hr-1:30mins. Im going on 2 hours and 30 mins and continuing.This is the second time Ive had problems with this place. They dont accurately tell you when to come back for an oil change.

The techs that work there doesnt know what they are doing. They broke a part and they wanted me to pay for what there tech broke. They tried to get me to pay for a transmission that they said was bad, but I took it to a transmission shop and they said there is nothing wrong with it. I wouldnt take my vehicle back to them because they want you to pay for there mistakes. I would make sure it they only do what you want. They also do work on your vehicle without putting it on the work order. I would find another place to take my vehicle to.

The service is getting from bad to worst. Oil change, 3 hours, no response from service advisors when you ask them about the progress of your auto repair... I dont expect friendly smile or warm greetings,but the core of you being there! The diagnosis alone is somehow so slow, I doubt the qualification of the technicians...
