They scheduled me 2 weeks in advance for a warranty appointment on a holiday. Then the day before the holiday they called me to tell me that they will be closed on the holiday. When they prior scheduled me they should have known that they were going to be closed that day. The service advisor who made my appointment in person, seemed overall that he didnt care about customers with warranty issues. This was my first red flag about this Service Department. The name of the Service Advisor: William the 3rd.
Called customer service for the service dept. Asked a simple question about AC service. Was put on hold for 22 min and 40 seconds, still waited so hung up and called back informing the lady I will be taking my business elsewhere. 4 KIA purchases from this business in the past 13 years and yet service like this. What has happened?

I’ve been going to get my oil changed at Kia bc I have a prepaid plan, most recently in February SO I THOUGHT. Mind you I have not been driving my car more than 2 days a week. I’ve recently notice that my car has been making weird noises. I took it to a mechanic and he checked the oil and said it has not been changed in a long time. He showed me the oil and it was dark! I’ve been wasting my time and money going to get my oil changed at Kia bc they have obviously not changed it ! Don’t waste your time and money going there.
Calling the service department and talking to someone about the status of my car after 3 weeks and then being told i’ll get some info and call you back then not calling back is pretty horrible. top it with i. ought the car with about 59,000 miles and i lost the motor after my second oil change
It was great, fast and friendly service. Only waited a few minutes.

I had such a great experience here. Vincent Roman was so compassionate to our situation. Wow...how often does that happen? I really felt like he cared and did everything he could to help us out in our unfortunate circumstances.I will def be taking my vehicle here for service from now on! Thank you guys for caring about people!
I got a new car and before I left the lot I told them that there were a bunch of scratches on the car, not only that the headlights looked foggy inside. I told the person who sold me the car and Victor did not care. He said I can talk to his manager instead. I wouldn’t recommend going here. They just want money and won’t even fix the details on car that you paid for. Never going to recommend any of my family or friends to go here.
Brenda at the service desk was very helpful and polite and everyone else too my car was done exactly the time she said 11:30
I tried to take my car in for the warranty and I’ve NEVER had such an issue trying to use my warranty. They very rude and not trying to work with me at all. Stacy and the manager were very rude when I explained to them I needed my car for work they pretty much said it wasn’t their problem. They were very unprofessional. I’m thinking of trading my car for a different dealership because they were just so rude to me all week. They didn’t bring me my car just pointed to it and said there’s your car they also left a tool on my seat.

Good customer service
Went in for a vehicle part recall at 7am on 11/5/21. The customer service rep checked in my vehicle and told me they would do an inspection and let me know if any repairs were needed. At 4:45pm I received a call that vehicle was ready. I get there and get a print out of maintenance that’s needed. I asked why they didn’t give me a call about the work (brakes, oil change, tire rotation) the young lady says “well that’s what we normally do” I have a blank stare. They kept my car from 7am - 4:45pm and didn’t do anything. I’m very disappointed with KIA here in the High Desert.
