WORST Chevrolet Dealer in the USA! After investigating, I have discovered that Most of thePositive reviews on Google & Facebook are from employees, their families, and friends. MANY are payed Positive reviews too. The entireservice department is horrible, Mechanics and all. I have taken my car here three times, and all three times they have broken something and then they gaslight me.I will NOT let it happen again, I have quit going here for good, and am extremely happy with a different dealership up here that me and my extended familyhave all switched to. Dont let the Chevrolet name fool you here, it means absolutely nothing. Just because they work on them mostly,does not mean they are any good at fixing them without breaking your stuff. The manager avoided me and forwarded my concerns to the headmechanic that said sometimes things just break..... WHAT!!???Out of desperation I called Chevrolet Corporate, and to my surprise, THEY DID NOT CARE! They told me I had to deal with the manager myself,that all Chevrolet dealers where independent......WHAT!!???In conclusion, The brand name means NOTHING, this place is the pits.... ZERO STARS!

I was referred to a different Chevy dealership in Victorville by a mechanic shop in Barstow. My Chevy 3500 had lost power and I was told it would take 3 days before anyone could diagnose it then an additional 5 to 10 days before they could work on it. I was in shock, this is my work truck ! I called Victorville Chevrolet and spoke w John I advised him of the situation and he immediately took action ! Needless to say I was back on the road before noon the following day . Because of John the loads I had booked to transport weren’t lost.His calm understanding demeanor was absolutely perfect in my situation. I cannot Thank him enough for getting my truck in the shop in a timely manner. Even when he explained the diagnosis he was very informative and kind . We had the pleasure of meeting Efrain the first time we walked in looking for a vehicle. They didnt have what we were looking for at that moment (due to high demand) but when we came back the following weekend (after deciding to open up our color choices), I was happy to see that he still had our names and info with him, many times sales personnel tend to discard info if the sale doesnt happen right then and there. Efrain go us into the vehicle we were looking for quickly, and was amazing at accommodating for us everything we needed. Thank you so much Efrain and Chevrolet of Victorville. I 100% recommend them.

I have had a few issues with this dealership but decided to give them another try,considering I am in one of their vehicles now.I drove through the parking lot as I have for many many many years. My husband and son got out to look at a couple vehicles and a salesman, about 22 or so, jumps(literally)out infront of my son to get to my husband to tell him he is a safety hazard being out there. So they want you to park out front and walk through so you cant just look without them catching you first? No other customers were there. We have been buying vehicles from this dealership for years. Now that they are under new ownership, it seems to be going down hill fast. I would not reccomend this place.😔

Waste of time. Got complete run around treatment from Service, Paint and Sales departments so much so that my only recourse was to call GM headquarters and let them get a solution. Will never buy or take my brand new vehicle to this dealership ever.*** Update***My GM Certified Used vehicle sold as no accidents did indeed have some type of accident/. damage to the tune of $4000 to get fixed.Claim is being filed with Better Business Bureau and letting attorneys handle the rest

Great turn around time. Was disappointed that the tire rotation and recommendations was not in color so I could not discern exactly what I needed to do and I didn’t receive a copy of the multipoint inspection. Other than those two things I was very satisfied.

I must begin with the initial phone call, the lady was a sweet person to deal with and was very helpful. The price was very affordable, she did not begin with this nonsense of well it may take two or three ours and could cost this much or this much, they know there stuff and was upfront with the cost. Also there were no surprises when my wife picked up the vehicle, what they say was what happened. Another blessing was their communication, I received constant texts about the car and was very happy with communication. I would decently recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

I just purchased my car Labor Day weekend and was told the stains in the car would be taken out and the car would be detailed. I was then told the crew that did detailing left for the day to come back later in the week. They were very unorganized and didn’t communicate I had taken my car back three times because they didn’t completely vacuum under the seats and detail. I also spoke with the sales manager after the second time I took my car and he told me he would get an appointment another day with the detailer and get back to me so they can have my car sent over. He never called back and when I took the car on Thursday as stated by Chevy employee there was no appointment scheduled. This is the end result of being “detailed”. Definitely won’t be doing business with them again.

The multi-point inspection of 5/oct informed me of a couple things that needed attention. The recent 19/oct multi-point inspection shows an under hood situation that I am having a little difficulty in understanding why or how a radiator core or AC condenser could go that bad in 14/days or 300/miles? This dealership is Amazing, they have great vehicles and great deals. Right now a lot of dealers are marking up their vehicles and thats not what they did to uu0010s. This dealership valued us as customers and gave us such a great deal and a good value for our trade. I suggest you ask for Enrique he is great and very friendly and he has an awesome truck himself. I also talked with Dustin such an awesome guy to deal with. If you meet Jack than you are on the right track, he will present the deal to you then go back and fight for you to get the deal done. This dealer really knows the meaning of customer service. I was a long time customer of another dealer and they tried to charge way over MSRP but I guess I should thank them because I found my new home.

For the most part I have no complaints. Staff was nice and helpful. My only complaint is the multi point inspection sheet that is printed in black and white. I cannot tell what my Truck will need in the near future. A color printed sheet like the Honda dealer (my vehicle I traded in) made everything so clear and was helpful.

As always my experience was AWESOME! I took my car for an oil change and to have my brakes checked out. I found out I needed new brakes/rotors in rear and front. There is so much I can say about my service Advisor, Victor. I’ll start with his professionalism, timeliness and transparency. He was thorough and told me everything that was going on. With my experience in the past, I would be left in the dark and get a call saying my car is ready. Get there and to a bill, not knowing how much it even cost or what was done. He told me what was wrong before I even asked what Kovu (my car’s name) would need done and the cost. Never did I have to ask how things were going, how much longer or even check on anything. I was prepared and ready for everything. I tend to overthink and stress about things but this was such an easy experience. And to make everything even better, I got there at 7:45am, he made sure I was out and headed to work on time despite my car randomly acting up. He’s the best Advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I’m a Chevy person, so knowing my vehicles will be taken care of makes me feel even better about buying and servicing close to home! He is truly a blessing!

I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and filter change. I was told it would take maybe an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. I sent text messages to my service rep for updates and received nothing. I tried calling and she did not pick up. Eventually at the 2 hour mark I asked the cashier about the status. She went outside to speak with the service rep, who directed her to the garage. My car was still up on the lift waiting for the oil and filter. I was told it would still be another 20-30 minutes.

I had seen a 2020 Equinox online that I really liked but wanted to look at it more in person and maybe finance it. I walked in with my two rambunctious children and was greeted immediately by Miguel Morales. I told him everything I wanted and he went above and beyond to make my dreams come true as quickly as possible for me. He was even very patient with me and my children and always asked if wed like anything while we waited each time. I was in and out of the dealership within three hours which was nice because my children were getting very antsy towards the end. After my purchase, Miguel made sure I had two key remotes, that the car was detailed and the gas tank was full before we left. He also followed up with me via email to touch base and make sure I was still happy with my purchase and if I needed anything more from him. I really enjoyed my experience at Victorville Chevrolet and really respected Miguel Morales as an employee. I would and already have recommended to several friends and family to come here for their vehicle needs and let them know how nice of an experience I had with Miguel as well.

Mike and the team were awesome. Only thing I was disappointed in was that my vehicle was there for 2 months and when I finally got it back, it was completely filthy. The floormats were also in the bed of the truck. No car wash was done and as soon as I left the lot, my gas light came on so chevy didnt bother even filling it back up to where it was at forcing me to drive to nearest gas station after literally just paying almost 6k in repairs. Ford did it for my wifes car after a 3k repair job and washed hers so I feel chevy needs to quit being cheap and help customers out some. Make them FEEL like they got a new car and the customer is valued. Not, oh heres your truck, filthy and out of gas have a nice day. If it werent for mike I most definitely would have pulled a Karen and asked for the manager. Its a simple courtesy chevy could do better on.

The sales reps where very respectful and helped they best they appeared they could do.The major issue is, the primary sale rep, advised the Level 2 house charger would be part of the package when I purchased the vehicle. I received the quote from the contractor to install the level 2 charger and received a bill of $3,248.04 Dollars. The dealer only covered $1,000 of the installation.The sales rep did advised this was his first electric car sale, so I do not believed he lied, I believe he didnt know.Great service though, just misinformation.

Came in for recall, I asked rep to check out why my airbag light comes on and quote it out and request was ignored. I got text from rep I could communicate with him by texting him directly, I texted him to get me a quote for my truck as I wanted to sell it to dealer, after 3 hours he never texted back until truck was done with repairs. He apologized that he just had read my text and that I could bring my truck to a sales representative later. Thanks but no thanks Ill take my business somewhere else.

The whole staff that I dealt with were very friendly and answered my very many questions. Even once I went into the signing of the papers, all questions were answered. If I could leave a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. I have been coming here for the better part of 5 years. I went two weeks back to get a oil change. The process was routine, I left satisfied. No more than a week later (7/26), I notice oil drips on my garage floor. I took it in to get looked at and the professional technician said i needed to replace my oil pan and everything was going to cost $1000. So I got a second opinion. The mechanic showed me that the threads for the plug were completely destroyed. Keep in mind I have ONLY been coming here for oil changes and I dont do them myself, so theyre the only ones who could have destroyed it and THEN wanted me to pay to fix the damage they caused. Still havent heard back on how they are going to rectify this problem.Now, I was looking to get my car appraised to maybe sell, and I recieved texts from Kristine and calls and emails from Amber. I had a scheduled appointment at 1:15pm (Im currently writing this at 1:30pm) so I show up. Scott comes out, not friendly at all, to ask what I was doing. Once I mentioned I had an appointment with Amber for an appraisal, he turned on his salesman vibes. I walk in and he asks the receptionist to phone Amber when another person comes to mention that Amber has stepped out and is not currently there and if I wanted to look around for the car Im going to buy like a bunch of vultures. I scheduled an appointment for no reason, my time was wasted, and youre assuming Im going to buy from you after all this? What a terrible dealership. Avoid at all costs.

Maribel was awesome. She was courteous and attentive. However there was a saleswoman who met us when we got to the dealership and she left us hanging out in the parking lot waiting for her to bring us the keys to a truck to check out. We waited for 15 minutes and then she walked out with another customer. I think her name was Aly, not sure exactly because we didnt even give us a decent greeting. Needless to say my wife and I felt disrespected and like she didnt think we were worth her time which we felt was a reflection of management. We were on our way to another dealership and the manager stopped us and convinced us to stay before we could leave. If it wasnt for the manager and Mariel another dealership would have had our business. We left satisfied customers.

If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. I went car shopping yesterday and everything seemed fine when looking at vehicles. I knew what car I wanted but hadnt decided on a package. The lady who helped me showed me the cars and did her best to answer my questions. Although I found out later some of the information was misleading and or incorrect. ( I am not sure if she was intentionally giving me false information or just unaware of the specifics of the vehicle). When I had decided on a car and decided to test drive the vehicle it was time to talk about cost and financing. When we sat down I wanted to know how much out the door for the car before discussing financing. She was not only unwilling to give me an out the door cost but said it wasnt possible. She wanted me to apply for financing first. I wasnt interested in financing until I knew exactly what I would be paying for. She became very rude when I refused to give her my social before she gave me more information. She was rolling her eyes and left to speak with her manager. She came back with the same attitude and was unwilling to give me the cost out the door with rebates, taxes, and fees. I wasnt however willing to proceed without more details about the cost of the vehicle. She said it was impossible without my financing information. I reiterated the cost of the vehicle does not change based on my financing. Anyway, I left disappointed but I called a few other Chevy dealers who had sales associates more than willing to give me cost out the door over the phone since I knew what car and package I wanted. I purchased at a Chevy Dealer in Covina! Ask for Chris he was amazing! I would NEVER recommend Victorville Chevy to anyone. I had a terrible experience and apparently their process is to keep the customer blind until they can get you to apply for their financing.

Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of service provided. I had an appointment to drop off my vehicle at 7:15 AM for the standard 15K miles service (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, etc). Additional, the lane assist was not working.Timeline:--Dropped off vehicle: 7:14 AM--Called to check status of vehicle: 3:25 PM (service rep at lunch, left message, NO call back)--No contact from service rep: 7:15 AM - 4:27 PM--Spoke to service rep: 4:37 PM after 10 minutes on hold--Status of vehicle: I have to go check will call you back--Service rep called with status of vehicle around 5:39 PM--Status of vehicle: Low battery; battery charged which fixed lane assist issue--Status of vehicle: Oil change NOT completed--Question: Did inspection, tire rotation, etc., happen? Yes--No reason to question the service rep answer, but I am very skeptical that the other services were performed.Not sure if you would be frustrated but I was. They had my vehicle for at least 10 hours.Was offered free oil change if brought back. The oil change is the major part of the 15K service.One star for fixing the lane assist issue.Will not recommend to anyone.

I dropped my truck off on Feb 23rd at 7am and never heard from anyone at the dealership. I called back at the end of day on the 24th to get an update and they told me it was a Temp sensor and they would need it another day. I asked for a loaner because i needed to get to work in the morning. A loaner was provided. They said my truck would be fixed in the morning. I never heard from the dealership until i called 4 days later. I even called the service manager a few times and never got through to him. Once i called, they responded that they would have someone jump on it today and have it fixed. Then the loaner broke down and left me stuck on the side of the road and not able to finish my jobs for the day. They had someone come get me and bring me to the dealership to get my truck. 1 day later my check engine light came back on again with a different issue. I have now scheduled my truck to go to a different dealership to see what the issue is this time. I have no faith that Victorville Chevy is equipped with the knowledge, manpower or management skills to get my brand new truck back in working order. I have experienced a complete lack of professionalism from this dealership. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to them. This is an added burden on me because this is my local Chevy dealership. This has been my second poor experience at this dealership. I tried to purchase from them and ended up driving an hour away for better service. Besides the poor experience I have had at the dealership, I am disappointed that my brand new Chevy is even experiencing these multiple issues.

During the initial viewing and talk about purchasing, I had a family emergency and they were understanding and agreed to meet me the next morning. If you go here don’t let ally the salesperson help you see what’s a best fit for your family. We went to go check out an Acadia to see if it would be a good fit for our family. Started explaining our finances to prepare for a good fit for us. She told us why don’t we just come back when we have our money. Never once even offered to let us look at the vehicle. Needless to say Victorville chevy will not be getting our car purchase now that were ready.

The Service Advisor was able to get me in and out within about an hour to replace a valve stem. Techs made sure my truck was kept clean. Left some valuables in my truck (not purposely) and they were not even touched.

You took a week and a half, to fix a simple power steering issue. Lied to me about the part being in route to the dealership ship when it wasnt. On top if me not trusting the truck, that broke down on me at 12000 miles, I have no faith in the service either. Im strongly considering selling it and buying something else( definitely not a gm). The only thing thats keeping me from doing it is that its already paid off, so thanks for setting my small business back a week and a half.

Would review process for oil changes. Drive up vs appointments. Had appointment for 9am, wasnt checked in until 9:26am. Customer services is a large part of returning visits this also would promote sales.

Drove about 80 miles because we had a text message stream going with the online sales rep. When we got there, the salesman was nice & a seemingly great guy, but the financial services guy (Jack Jerguson) became irate at us, told us they would not honor the price that the text messages from which was the reason we drove all the way down there, then told us if you dont like this price, then you can walk out that door and just leave, because youll never find a deal like this one. Even the salesman looked shocked at how the guy spoke to us, no respect, no care in the world. Then Jack got up as I scooted back and he walked away saying not to waste his time. There are tons of car dealerships out there with similarly priced cars all over southern california, however we only went there after seeing theirs first and we stopped looking. Now that we are home & online looking, we see quite a few of them. Dont expect the price online to match what theyre going to tell you & dont expect any discussed numbers to be upheld. Dont expect to have your own financing either because then the price increased by $6,000. The financing offer they presented to us with a 810 credit score was 6.99% compared to credit union of 2.44%. I even went with 30% cash down.Last point. The cars were completely dirty. interior had cat hair & spilled drinks in some of them and they advertised the cars as new because the dealership used the cars as service / courtesy vehicles. There was trash in the trunks, smoking smells in some of them. The outside was covered in dirt so you couldnt properly inspect for dings / scratches. I could look beyond all that stuff if they would have stuck to the price they agreed to us via text message or if the Financial Service guy was not such jerk to us.

Ashley was amazing to work with. She was very knowledgable about the Blazer I bought. I truly was there to test drive the vehicle and not buy it however the manager (sorry I forgot his name) honored the family first discount and offered a great deal on the Blazer. I also thought the process was going to take all day however everyone there seemed to move quickly and made my visit pleasent. The dealerships in Las Vegas were not even remotely close to being as helpful as this dealership was. I hightly recommend Victorville Chevorlet and would return for my next Chevy purchase.
