They immediately took my car in, work was less than an hour. I only paid $143 and change out the door for transmission service W/O filter change.Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.I would recommend Golden Wrench to anyone that wants quality car repair service at a great price and with friendly people helping you. 😃

Spoiled WD-40 on my trunk and didnt bother to wipe it off. Ran codes but didnt bother to list or tell me the codes. Had to buy a code reader and figure it out myself. Said they didnt wanna take my car cause its modified. I have coil overs and headers... basically refused to work on my whip either due to lack of knowledge/ experience or just picky

They charged me $71 for Smog check which normally is $58 and they tolled me the price after completing the service, not before that.their estimate for repair to pass smog check also was about 40% more expensive than other place by the same parts.

They had my car for 3 weeks and didnt even complete the second diagnostics that they said they needed to do. When I finally got an answer after multiple days of calling and stopping by to find a closed shop, I inquired about the status of 2nd diagnostics and they insisted they had to fix the first part before they could perform the 2nd diagnostics. I asked for an estimate and they said theyd call me back in a few minutes. 2 days later after no call back, I called them to say Im coming to pick up my car.

Was very unprofessional from the beginning then I get my car home to realize theres damage to the rear of it. Do not recommend this company

When I made my appointment for 8am & when I dropped my car off Juan said it will only take 2hrs but my car wasnt ready until 6hrs later which caused me to miss my doctor appointment and make me late for work. All I had done was brake fluid exchange & power steering fluid exchange. Id NEVER recommend this place unless its only for smog testing

Bought a tire and they put on Sunday. Monday Im driving around and tire starts coming off. They stripped the bolt and refused to fix it. When I demanded a refund or free repair for their incompetent work they refused. Said itd be$75 to fix their mistake or I had to give back the tire for my $45 back.Pathetic and disgusting workers.

Needed an oil change and saw flyer for this place so I decided to give it a try..was not disappointed..I was a walk in on a Saturday at around 4p (they close at 5p) the girl in the front was very friendly..took my car info down and grabbed my keys..As i waited for my car, the owner would constantly come out and explain to the other customers what was going on with their cars and the options they had..seemed like a very knowledgeable and honest guy..this place gives you the feeling that you won’t get ripped off like most other shops..will definitely come back for anything my car need in the future..

If there Dishonest the second you walk in, how truthful and honest can they be with your repairs or the cost? They replied to a bad review saying that Ca. State Regulations made them charge to much??? What a LIE! Anything to scrape up a dollar. Despicable & Dishonest. How do you sleep at night.

My transmission went out. I thought I was at Aamco. They mislead me to think I was at Aamco. I didnt realize until after they put a used transmission in my car. Im already having problems with it again. I should have known. DISHONEST!!!! NO INTEGRITY!!!

I went into the wrong door also. Those big open bay doors are confusing. You think your going into AAMCO. When I found out they lied to me, I pulled my car out ASAP. Went to the other door.
