I came in on Friday and talked to Mitch. I have Ford expedition that needed major repairs done to it. The check engine light was on, suspension was shot, needed whole engine flush ( oil, radiator and brake ) and some other work that needed to be done to it. They had it done the next day. The service I received at Tire Choice was outstanding, from start to finish. I sustained tire damage right at closing time for most tire stores. The staff at Tire Choice was more than happy to accommodate me after hours. When I pulled into their facility (on run flats) they were eagerly waiting for me, with a shop door open. After a quick inspection and due to the uniqueness of the tires, it was determined that Tire Choice would have to rush replacement tires to their facility. I was allowed to leave my vehicle inside their locked shop overnight, adding peace of mind and security. My vehicle was ready for pickup the following day.The staff at Tire Choice are very professional and they focus their attention on the customers needs. The facility was very clean and they go above the guidelines set fourth by the CDC, regarding COVID19.Friendly, professional, and customer oriented business. I would recommend Tire Choice to any and all with tire needs.

I had been to Tire Choice 2x previously re my tire issue. Each time they explained what could be the problem, options to fixing the problem and what to do if the problem persists. They fixed it, I received an invoice. This time they reset the TPMS, checked the tire pressure in all 4 tires again and its All Good.VERY SATISFIED....

Solid shop the 3 guys that work and manage this place are straight up, honest and deserve your business. They will never tell you one thing and then try and sell you more then what you came in for. We were headed down the hill on Sunday morning when we got a flat tire. After trying to find a tire company that was open on a Sunday morning, we came across this location.Dylan was awesome and got us in and out quickly. They checked everything out before letting us go, which we really appreciated. The lounge area was clean and everyone was so nice. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for outstanding customer service.

The customer service here is UNBEATABLE. I called on the 4th of July when everyone else was closed because my low tire pressure sensor popped on. Not only were they open but the guy kept the shop open and waited for me to bring my car by before closing. Checked all of my tires, added air, and told me to bring it back to get one of my tires checked if the sensor popped back on. Monday morning I notice there’s a nail in it so I came back right away and was treated with the same excellent customer service. I didn’t have an appointment or anything, just came by and they had me in and out. I won’t be going anywhere else!! So happy I found them. Bring your business here!! Jeremy has been the nicest guy I’ve ever experienced at a shop. Didn’t try taking advantage of me just honest, excellent service.

When I left my car with this shop I believed that my car would be taken care of because I have been here before with my other vehicles and never had a problem. This time around, Jeremy, (the manager) told me that he will get my have my car ready in 5-10 days, but that was far from the truth. I have a warranty on my car so there shouldnt be any problems getting the job done. Well, they had my car longer than a month and the last Friday Jeremy himself told me the small jobs were fixed (which was the A/C and windshield sprayer) and that the only thing that needed to be done was the new transmission needed to be reprogrammed, cause it wasnt shifting properly. Jeremy said, he will take it to the dealership to get that done for me the following Monday or Tuesday or by midweek. That was a lie because I called in for an update and the assistant manager told me Jeremy was on vacation for a week and he couldnt find my ticket for my car. Now, this was after a whole Month of my car being with them, OK! The assistant manager said he seen my new transmission sitting on the floor beside my car after they received it for two days and he was the one that made the workers put it in my car, finally. The assistant manager finally found the file in my car and said the reason he couldnt find my ticket was because Jeremy had cashed out the ticket before he went on his vacation (how ironic). Now, the assistant manager had no idea what needed to be done with my car because Jeremy was gone. So, he just put in a new gasket for transmission pan cause it was leaking after they put it in. Now, he told me I can pick it up but need to take it myself to the dealership to reprogram the new transmission to my car. So, when I pick up my car finally the only thing that was fixed was the windshield sprayer. The A/C still wasnt blowing through the front vents and my car was driving worse than when I dropped it off. So, I was lied to by the manager Jeremy himself and had false promises that the two minor jobs were fixed and that Jeremy himself was supposed to have my car ready for me in the beginning to midweek and none of that was true. Whatever the reasons, I was polite, respectful, and patient but once it was over a month thats when I had to start pushing back and asking questions because something was not right with this shop something shady is going on there and should be investigated. So, be warned!

We called for a quote for my husbands truck and they had the best prices for the all terrain tires. They weren’t in stock so they ordered them and got them in the following morning. Jeremy took care of my husbands truck and did an oil change on my car. First time here and it will now be our only spot we go to. Thanks for the great customer service to Jeremy and all the guys!

Amazing service I needed a new tire do to blowout. Called last minute because not many tire shops open on Sunday at 320pm they close at 4pm. Was told to come in and they would see what they can do. Was a Good year customer prior to Tire Choice change. Shawn always was honest and helpful. Went to dishonest and crooked Big Apple for 9 months or so because they were closer to our house and sons school. We do not have means of transportation if repairs are lengthy. They were very dishonest with diagnosis as well as prices. This led us back to Goodyear-Tire Choice. Walked in and saw change had been made. The associate ( :( can’t remember his name I’m sorry but he came from Apple Valley) was very patient, courteous, and explained everything. He even walked out to our truck to make sure engine oil was correct! He made sure our drive shaft comments were addressed. We needed/added additional things to the agenda. Saw that Dillon was still there and was promoted :) !! He is very honest and his customer service is genuine. Sad to see Shawn moved to a different location but happy this company recognized and promoted excellent employees. Dillon worked closely with us until we left. We look forward to coming back instead of trepidatious we will be taken advantage of. Also glad Reuben has moved on.

Friendly service, thorough inspection on my car. Was told of recommended services needed, for issues found on my car without an annoying push. I bought a set of 4 235/45/18 max life good year tires for my 2018 toyota camry on 8/17/20 and literally a week later i had a bump on the side of one of my tires. I payed for hazard insurance and was going to get my tire replaced but the tire was not in stock and was backed ordered. They told me they could install another diffrent model new tire while mine came in, but i told them to install one of the ones they took off so they dont mess a tire i was going to use for a couple of days which came out to about 1 month and 3 weeks. i was told that the tire might be on the shop 10/05/20 but never received a call to confirm. its 10/11/20 and they had the tire and got it installed but got charged the $30 for hazard and $20 for installation again for a tire that lasted me a week of usage. i was told that because it lasted me a week they would install for free and not charge me the hazard insurance again but they did. my compaint is i should not get charged for a tire that only last me a week.

Took my car for oil change, alignment n 2tires which they recommended. Two days later my car started shaking like crazy took it back n they wanted to charge me over 200dlls for 3 sparkplugs they claim were bad. Claiming this could happened anytime. They denied doing anything to cause this. Car was in perfect shape before oil change. Would never recommend this place.

Today I was in need of tire service. I called around and spoke to multiple different places. When I spoke with Jeremy at tire choice of Victorville on seventh street I was greeted with real concern and the best price. He did not want to lose my business and he genuinely wanted to help me out. Although close to close and with a valve cover job in front of me he kept the doors open to get me in and out. He gave me the best price around and assured me he just wanted to help me out before the day was out. When I walked in and met Jeremy my vehicle was immediately started on. While sitting, a couple different customers came into the store. As I sat with my back to them I over heard how Jeremy had gone way over the extra mile for each customer.
