I LOVE AAA!! The people are so nice here. And they cut out on the time for going to dmv. I love the convenience and it takes valuable time away from my family when I have to go to the dmv for issues. Thank goodness for AAA. They are super nice and knowledgeable. Definitely and highly recommend!

I love this AAA office everyone in there is so nice there is just one little girl named Caitlin she is so sweet they are so helpful in there for no matter what youre going in there for I ended up having to pay for a locksmith for my car out of my own pocket and do you know that they actually reimbursed me $100 amazing AAA I love it I better remember for 21 years All five of my daughters all have AAA

29 years ago, I bought myself a AAA membership. Choosing AAA has been one of the best decisions Ive ever made! Not only am I protected from being stranded after a breakdown, but I have been able to avoid the DMV on many occasions, had help in trip planning, referrals for auto repairs, etc. If you are a single gal, you must have AAA!

I went in about 4:42 pm. 5/09/2021As at lady asked if she could help me and told me where I couldve wait to be help. The sweetest attentive and helpful lady came all the way to me from the other side of the offices and guided me to her station to help me out with my forms to get my handycap placard.From beginning to end she was lightning fast while keeping a warmth and great welcoming atmosphere, so efficient, professional, even though I made her do most of the process twice cause i didnt pay close attention she was the one apologizing and keeping a cool and beautiful smile always telling me not to worry whatsoever and she made right in just a couple of seconds not exaggerating at all.Im really impressed, happy and more than satisfied with her costumer skills and service.I just hope I caught her name right.. CAITLIN!She is a little, petite lady with short hair with a beautiful, humorous, amazing personality I mean,I went in a little upset mad and in lots of pain and she was making me laugh and brighten up my evening.Thank you so much for (ALL) your help.

I’ve never in my life been treated so badly by ppl I pay my money to for 2 years. The lady who filed my claim for my accident was rude, did not communicate how the process gose and then when I asked questions they was not properly answered. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she was no better. Instead of her being professional and just being understanding to my situation she decided to ask me, “isn’t your lawyer getting paid 30%? Then should t they work for their earnings. Which sent me through the wall. I have their names and I will be calling corporate and file a complaint. Because of these two sorry employees, I canceled my policy with triple A and now I’m with another insurance company. They made feel like I had done something wrong or I was trying to pull a scam on insurance company. 5 months later and my car still isn’t fix and did I mention it was the other driver fault which they claimed fault

Visited this office twice in the past week. Both time they got me checked in and process very quickly. If there is a line to get in, no worries as they move very quick.

I like how fast I can get my registration renewed and not have to wait hours like at the DMV. I was in and out in about 10 mins. Its worth having a AAA membership. I also save on car rentals.

It sucks no help at all. Had my car towed and they told me they would send a car to pick up the rest of my family. Never happened . I had to call a family member to pick up the family. Called 6 times to triple a on hold total of 1hr each time. Going to cancel.

My family has been a AAA members for 31 today was my first time as a member of the auto club I went in today to get my tags thinking I had to pay a bunch of money because there was something wrong with the vehicle time to find out if you go ahead of chicken on it or the $177 well since the vehicle was gifted to me they waved that ticket and gave me my tags which I only had to pay $15 for the paperwork Imma please proud member of AAA Auto services

I went in to get handicap plates and a placard for my cars. The represtatives were extremely knowledgeable and helpful to me. They were also extremely patient and polite.

For me I have spent money on a lot of things that frankly just werent worth it.Im 65 and I have a very small list (under 10) of over achievers. My 1998 Chevy Astro van is tied at the top. Number 1b.My Auto Club membership is 1a.So you dont have to read my long story below I will list what I love about AAA.The feeling of security.Being able to take care of most CA.DMV things.The trip interruption reimbursement up to $500 to help cover lodging and food if youre vehicle need to be repaired when away from home.The locked out service.The dead battery jump startThe help I ran out of gas.Depending on level of membership how many and how far the tows will be.Here in California one of the first things the CHP will ask is do you belong to the Auto Club. If not the pay me big bucks tow truck will be coming.But most important my oldest daughter got her drivers license. I gave her 4 main rules.Be careful and safe.If you have auto trouble call me first and then AAA.If you go on a date you go in your own car that way your not the one left on the side of the road unless youre date steals the car which is number 4.Which is call me first and I will call law inforcement.Next is some what long but:I first joined around 1998. I live in So. Cal but Im from Milwaukee Wisconsin thats where all my family lives. Starting in 1992 each summer up to 2004 I would pack up the family and make the trip. In 1992 I bought a used motorhome. My wife, I and 5 kids ages 2 to 10 made the trip. I had 2 weeks that turned into 5 weeks. (Boss was not happy). I wasnt a AAA member then. But being stuck in Amarillo Texas and telling the family this is it we will be living in Albertsons parking lot. So after getting home I dumped that motorhome and decided an auto and motels would be far less expensive. Still not a member. But after 7 more trouble filled trips I joined. I used the trip planner and got plenty of maps. I got the same feeling of safety and protection that I got when I had bought 4 new tires.While we never needed the services on the longer Wisconsin trips I have needed it on shorter trips and close to home.Im happy to say that my 5 adult kids who never seemed to listen to me did about AAA and joined.My youngest son and his wife have AAA auto and home insurance.I could only give 5 stars above but I give AAA 10 stars down here.THANK YOU SO MUCH AAA

I had a horrible experience with triple AAA and I have been a member for years. My problem was never resolved. Horrible customer service at the Apple Valley Branch. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Very good service and friendly staff. All Covid guidelines observed. Would highly reccomend it.

If you have ever been a AAA-Automobile Club member, than you know how great it is to have. This place is normally fast to get in and out. People are friendly and knowledgeable about your needs. Handicap parking is right up front. The place is clean and comfortable. If you want to plan a trip somewhere they can definitely help. If you have some vehicle registration to get help with. They can help you with that too. Always a great friendly experience at AAA - Automotive club.

AAA is a very convenient road service and insurance to have, it comes with many benefits, easy to take care of your DMV needs, insurance needs travel and more, at the reach in your local AAA in your neighborhood nothing but grate customer service.

Took me 12 hrs to get a tow. I put in 3 work orders and 2 of them said I was picked up when I wasnt. Every time I called AAA it took 3 to 4 hrs to even talk to anyone.

Lines way long way long for the DMV part. Rest is good. Ie ins.

Was able to take care of everything I needed to do right over the phone. The agent was knowledgeable, helpful and all was done in a timely manner.

Quick, fast and painless! They had great DMV service and the women helping us was very nice and understood our needs. Definetly recommend to anyone.

As a member of AAA they help with not only roadside services but DMV help, travel, insurance and more. Great club to be a part of. Avoid the long lines at the DMV. I wish they could do ID cards and Drivers license then what would DMV do?

I bought insurance for my 3 vehicles and they took my money out of my account the same day, the next day Andrea Delcid Jerez called me and said they couldn’t take me as a client and Told me they will refund my $250 back.Well they didn’t instead they refunded me $44 dollars only, she literally ripped me off what goes around comes around never will I ever trust AAA.

The staff and the service they provide is excellent. The major bummer is they make you wait outside in 100° heat before you get in. They have provided some shade and misters which help, but as a handicapped senior it was very difficult to wait in line. It didnt seem to bother the young people.I think they should have special provisions for the handicapped. For example, with a reduced staff they have allot of empty desks inside. They should store allot of those desks and workstations and put seating inside the air conditioned building at acceptable safe distances.
