THE NICEST REPAIR SHOP!! They were closing up for the day, they listened to our sob story about driving cross country, being 2 hours from home when my car started to shake. They took us in and quickly diagnosed the problem! We are so thankful they were able to help us out!

FANTASTIC ASSISTANCE! At 8am on a Saturday morning, we came in with 4 separate warning lights and unsure if we could continue our trip. Precision took the car immediately, spent over an hour doing a computer evaluation and driving it. They determined the problem, and although the repair is only authorized for the dealer, were able to explain the condition of the car and that we could continue our trip. Most remarkably, they would not charge us for their time because they could not fix the problem, even when we offered to pay. HUGE RELIEF - VERY PROFESSIONAL!

The bottom protective shield in our car started coming loose and falling off in the middle of the desert on a Friday afternoon. These guys quickly inspected the car and got the bottom part secured so we were back on the road in no time. They were polite, professional, and dropped what they were working on to get us back on the road for the duration of our trip. They were kind and friendly, and we would highly recommend. These guys saved our trip to Disney!!! We broke down in the middle of the desert and got towed to here since they are the only place open on Sunday. We were on a road trip 200 miles from home when we started leaking oil. It was a Sunday and most shops were not open. We found Precision Auto using a google search and we called. They were busy, but they helped us and immediately found the root of the problem. They had to go and get a part but yet we were in and out in less than 2 hours. Every staff member was respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to continue our trip without much of a delay. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Precision Auto!

My truck has high mileage and began to run funny. I came to precision to investigate the issue and they quickly diagnosed a few moderate problems with a very fair labor charge. These days mytruck has never run so smooth! Seriously!! Thank you!

Car was leaking water. Paid for diagnostic. They said it was a water pump. Asked them to fix it. It took a week to fix and they broke something with the breaking system while fixing the water pump. When I picked it up the car wouldnt start. The answer I was given was well its an older car. The only problem the car had was the water pump. No overheating, no trouble starting but now the car has trouble starting every day and this shop refuses to do something about it. Customer service up front is good. Would be great if the repair work matched the service over the phone.Update 8/25/2021: My daughter went with her boyfriend for his car to get looked at because his dealership referred him there and Precision refused to look at his car unless I removed this review that was based on MY experience with them and IS ACCURATE. In fact, I am now changing my review from 2 starts to one but I wish I could leave ZERO stars. If I had known he was going to take his car there I would have warned him ahead of time.

Took my 20 year old Jeep in for some new break pads. We ran into some additional issues but these guys properly diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts without breaking the bank. Very reasonable shop with great customer service.

As a woman I can honestly say its hard to find an honest mechanic. Weve taken our vehicles to Dave several times and have had pleasant experiences. Honest, hard working man. Car had kept stopping on me in the middle of the freeway and I needed a mechanic to fix my alternator. I never been here before but man I tell you very knowledgeable guys there and great customer service . They were able to get me running in a couple days and were able to point out other problems ahead of time . Toke our car there, to get repaired, car has a problem with fuel injection, car was struggling on giers, felt like it wanted to turn off, they couldnt find the problem, they had it there for a day in a have, there not good macanics.

I have visited Dave at Precision Auto numerous times and each time I was treated with respect, the work was done professionally and at a GREAT price! Where one other mechanic quoted me $240 for a new part in my car that was making noise, Dave just tightened a bolt under the hood and did not charge me.I love dealing with this company and I highly recommend them!T. Went to pep boys to get an alignment,.was told it couldnt be done because my rack and pinion was shot. Brout my car here and was told it was just a bad lower tie rod. Saved over $500.00 talk about finding an honest mechanic!! This is the place. To bad they do ailighnmets here. Definetly recommend this place.

If you have a classic car never take it to this place. This review is mostly for the kid that worked in the office. I had a bad feeling when he asked me where the hood latch was on my 69 Mustang and then he didnt know how to put it in reverse. If he had no clue about the car he should have said that in the first place.
