I didn’t have an appointment and I was only in town for a few days but they took my car right in, I have used them twice for my brakes and they have done great work, my Son recommended me to them and I am very happy he did. Bottom line is that unless you can do the work yourself I would definitely recommend Bobby and his crew here at Midas

I go to Midas anytime my car gives me problems they are very welcoming love the environment always professional gives break down of everything wrong with the car and explains in detail when I don’t understand the terminology. Love the crew that work there very nice and professional. Highly recommended to come to when ever your car is giving you trouble.

I took my car for conventional oil change and tires rotation about 45 minutes waiting one of the mechanic come to me and let me know that they broke a wheel lug in the front tire and they charge extra money to replacement when was their fault. This review is long-time overdue. Thanks to Midas partnership with Snap Finance... I know without a doubt I can get major/minor mechanical/maintenance work done with little to no money down.Not having to pay the total cost upfront or dealing with backyard mechanics at their schedule/leisure is a blessing. The work is going to get done/completed in a timely manner so I go back to other important matters.I was able to upgrade my gray stock 17” rims to black 18” ones. I am very pleased.

Bobby and crew saved us on road trip in 65 mustang. Brake problem-waiting for tow-only Bobby at Midas took on the repair. NOT the Ford dealer, NOT the classic car place. Traveling to LA to pick up a Uhaul to tow back to Omaha. We were on a very tight schedule. They got us right in and did brakes and rotors. We couldn’t find the warranty papers and they went the extra mile to call and get the details to save us hundreds of dollars. The whole crew was courteous and professional. They did a great job!

March was my first time ever doing business with Midas and it was amazing so I decided to go back and have more work done, like I thought same amazing service. The manager Bobby was able to take me to work and pick me up when my car was ready and THAT took a load off of me because I have no other transportation. He was kind and very professional didnt make the drive to and from my job awkward and he kept his mask on the whole time, of course. Bobby called me to let me know of anything major pertaining to my oil leak and how much it would cost to repair it before he started any work. I would definitely bring my car back AND recommend them to my circle of family.

My son was traveling from Orange County, CA back to Salt Lake City area with some college roommates. They had some radiator problems and pulled off the freeway in Victorville. The Midas guys looked at the radiator hose leak and figured out exactly how to make the repairs and did so efficiently and cost effectively. Let me start by saying Bobby (The Manager) is awesome. He really came through when we were in dire straits. Saturday I drove my 2010 Infiniti to Las Vegas from Long Beach, CA. Sunday afternoon my car overheated. I have AAA Premier and am allowed 4 service calls per year, and one can be a tow up to 200 miles.I had to find an auto repair shop that was 200 miles or less from MGM Grand. We rode with the tow truck driver from Las Vegas to Victorville to a shop I found on Yelp (next to Midas). After being towed there I expected to then tow my car home. This would have been the 3rd tow within 2 days, but thankfully the auto shop next door who could not accommodate us suggested we check with Midas.Short on staff and less than 1 and a half hours until close, Bobby inspected my vehicle diagnosed a busted hose, repaired and got me back on the road home all before 5pm.Thank You Bobby and team. You understood that we were pretty much stranded, 85+ miles from home and you took care of us quickly and very reasonably priced. I am so grateful that by chance we came upon your shop. The usual rigamarole. They tried to sell me new rotors and wouldnt just install brakes for now. I knew going in they were going to try and upsell but they quoted me 1000 for new front rotors and breaks. Dont fall for it people.

I would have given a higher rating but the first time I went there everything was great I had an oil change no problems had a chance to meet Marissa very nice young lady very helpful came back the second time because I need it my brakes done I was quoted 179 when I got there it end up being $230.80 I went about my way the brakes started scrubbing few days after.I was told to come back which was fine I waited a very long time Im thinking about 3 hours I leave my brakes are still in bad shape squeaking rubbing lets go back a little bit before I left the gentleman told me Id have to spend another $200 because he thinks my rotors need to be done and then he would change the brakes when I come back to do the rotors now thats a lot of money an extra $200 so now Im riding around with squeaky bad brakes I have to drive up and down the hill Im feeling very insecure but I cant afford to go back there and now I have to go somewhere else and pay more money to get them done correctly :-(

Step 1Did the most I can for a minute at home once I started the car my problem was knowing what had happened to my car “why it didn’t start” I’m not from the area and thought it was too cold for the motor to start? Went to Midas and and was welcomed in by Muritsa who was very open to why I had gone to them. I’m in need of a charging system test and had a no start in the morning. Her help was very comforting I new I could put some trust in them for being a first timer there. The work took a while but it was glad because they put the effort in why it didn’t start. Very honest tech, offered to explain my battery starter and alternator were all doing fine with no indications of anything testing bad I was happy to here that from the tech himself thank you guy. Midas I appreciate the service. Thank you very much for keepin it professional!

It was unprofessional. Im not certified. Iam very disappointed and sad because, i have no engine lights when i brought my vehicle in for tune up i came back with the engine lights on and my husband checked my oil the next day it was empty there was no oil inside 😰 they found out i had a brake oil leaking before then i rarely put brake fluid now i have to put brake fluid every day and they said they check my tire they never say anything about checking my tire i was very sad anyways im never gonna go to midas again in the future thank you for whatever you guys did to my vehicle😰

They go above and beyond expectations. Murisa has the best customer service. I went in for an oil change and not only was I out within an hour but they also did a detailed inspection and informed me of some things to watch for in the future.

The customer service and knowledge is beyond compare. However online it shows $29.99 for an oil change with free tire rotation, when I called and said I needed to know how much I would actually be charged they said $39.99, and when it came time to pay the amount I owed was $72.00. Yes I would still go back based on customer service, but maybe next time when I say How much will it cost for an oil change and tire rotation so I know how much to bring maybe I should say The exact amount, not the price before labor

Midas is still doing business safely and quickly took care of my car that had a loose catalytic convertor clamp and installed a new bolt and nut. Doesnt rattle anymore and no leaking emissions.

When you get my oil change for 40 bucks I am good for that friendly service quick service and highlighted other areas I had problems with my vehicle I highly recommend this place

I have to say that I didn’t have a good experience at this location. I’ve gone to Midas in Los Angeles and other cities and would’ve always gone to them but this one I’m extremely angry at. I took my car in for a nail in the tire and they had me change both of my front tires. When I left the sensor came back on saying it was those same front tires and they said it was a sensor issue. Initially they said that the right passenger side had a nail too close to the wall it needed to be changed but it would be wise to change both front ones to keep it leveled. We paid over $200 left and the same issue arose. At this time we called them and they charged another $60 some odd dollars to fix the same issue and it happened again. With Covid things have been hectic so I finally take my car to the dealership and they say that the tire that Midas supposedly replaced has a nail in the same back location by the wall and cannot he repaired so here we are having to pay them another $200 some odd dollars to fix just that one tire not both like Midas suggested. I’m just disappointed in its entirety at how this location failed.

GREAT SERVICE! Is too bad most people that write these reviews only do so when they have a bad experience. I was told by a local dealer that my vehicle needed brakes. I decided to go to Midas because they have a great lifetime warranty the dealer does not offer. I explained I needed brakes and they suggested doing their own inspection first, FREE of charge. I received a call about 45 minutes later from them explaining that my vehicle did not need brakes at all. They even left my car on the rack tell I returned so I could see for myself. Im certain most other shops would have just done the brakes that I had asked for. I went ahead and had some other services done since my car was there, including a trans flush that they offer at a GREAT $129! Is hard to find shops one can trust these days, but these guys I trust. This is my new one stop shop. Thanks for the friendly service guys! See you soon!

Midas Muffler Shop in Victorville California is a great place to get car repairs. The employees here are courteous, respectful and friendly. You can can get your car serviced here and save money on car repairs to. My son referred me here to get an oil change and tire rotation on my 2008 Pontiac G6 once and ever since I brought it here. I took my car here to get a Diagnostics and instead of them doing the Diagnostics they want to check my car for everything else well they fixed my back brake fluid caliber thing and now my car has extra problems are they messed up something on it and now my car has an electical problem my TC light has came on since Ive been to their shop my car has stalled a few times when I bought the car the car didnt have no problems. I like the only thing that was wrong was that my check engine light came on and I wanted to know why I end up getting other stuff done that I didnt need done so I do not recommend you go to this Midas.

Pep boys was charging me $700+ to do my front brakes and rotors on my bmw went to midas and ended up saving a lot of money and the customer service was excellent

I brought my van to get a alignment because it pull to the right. When I left I notice it still pulls to the side. The guy there told me it was a transmission problem? WTF! NEVER COMING BACK STRAIGHT RIP OFF.

I love this place, I have been a customer for many years. I schedule my appointment. I come in twenty minutes later, my car is ready. I dont understand why people go to the dealer for oil changes. When my car needs brakes or tires, they respectfully remind me. I am treated like royalty at Midas. I will return as long as I live in the high desert!

Took my car for a oil change, When I left my car just felt off, It had like a loud muffled sound and I felt so unsafe driving it. Come to find out they did not close and lock my air filter correctly and did not tighten my oil cap and didnt even close my hood where it locked. I will not be going back to Midas and I would not recommend to anyone.

We specifically requested that our leaking struts be repaired, but the attendant informed us that the struts were fine. Mind you, they had already been inspected and found to be leaking. The decision was made to fix the breaks, based on their inspection. Now, today, the struts were inspected because the original problem persists, and they were showns to be leaking and in need of replacing. The cost for repairs has doubled and has to be fixed because of the amount of use the car gets. Buyer beware: Get a second opinion when visiting this particular Midas Shop.

My brakes were squealing real bad so I bring in my truck. Rick shows me that my brakes are fine and explains the noise and how to handle it . Then he simply says I couldnt sell you brakes if I wanted to, youre quite away from needing new brakes. Honest, legit guy. When I do finally need to get new brakes, atleast I know where Ill be coming.

On 4/12/19 i took my 06 sentra in for a tune up, they charged me $185.33 for parts and labor. Today i discovered that they charged me $29.99 per Iridium spark plug when in fact they were only $9.99 each. Not only did they overcharge me, but they put a different/cheaper brand of spark plugs in..They put in platinum plugs instead of iridiums. Platiums are around 8 bucks a piece! And one of the spark plugs was loose! ...So i wouldnt take my car there if i was you.

These people are amazing, the manager (Rick) was very helpful in explaining what I needed to fix my car. He took me out to the shop and went over each item, answering my questions along the way. He made sure that the car was finished on time and for the quoted price. I cant see what else anyone would want other than for the car to not break to begin with.I cant seem to tell enough of my friends about this place, they all thank me and walk out happy.Its comforting to know that my car is very reliable due largely in part to their efforts. This place is closed every time we go, Google hours and hours on door are wrong . Do to our work hours Saturdays are the only days that work for us. Gone 2x (2 weeks) in a roll and closed!!!!! I dont understand how management could run a store like this and have wrong hours for customers .
