Worst experience so far...took it in for a maintenance sensor that went off and after 24 hours nothing got done and wanted to keep it over the weekend to have another tech to tech for thw following monday. Not only nothing got fixed and any idea whats wrong but my windshield was broken and they didnt even seem concern enough to except the blame... they lost me as a returning customer and now I still have to pay for my windshield to get fixed 🤬😡😡😡😡

I recently bought a car at sunland Ford in Victorville. I have to say the sales team, the finance services and the General Manager have given me top notch 5 star service. JC is sales, Jeff in finance, and Was Canfield the General Manager have been more than awesome to work with. The car I bought is from the used lot. Its actually the car I wanted. Its a Chevy Cruze LTZ with the RS package. The car has been nothing but problems since I bought it. For the past 4 to 6 months Ive had to take it in 4 to 5 times. Twice the regulator in the driver side window went out and my window would act up. Doing an up and down motion over and over and over again until the regulator went out completely. I also had a problem with the brakes making a buzzing sound as well as burning smell. I took it in to the service dept and they said they would order the part. That went on for about 3 months. The service dept kept me waiting all that time. Until I had to contact the sales man who sold me the car, the finance manager, and ultimately the General Manager. They finally got on it and got the parts for me. They fixed the window. Finally. So I thought. And checked the brakes. They said they could not find a problem with the brakes yet it continued to make the buzzing sound. A week or so later the window started giving me the same problem with the up and down motions until again the regulator went out. Again I took the car in and contacted the manager. This time I expressed my dissatisfaction with my service and that I didnt feel safe in this car. Thats when the general manager stepped in and personally over saw the handling of my car from the service dept. My car was sent out to Chevy and the window was then fixed properly and I was told that it is naturally how the brakes operate since they work off of a hydrologic pump. I have never ever had or have been a passenger in a car that has brakes that buzz every time you apply the brakes. But lets go with that. It natural for the brakes to buzz every time you apply the brakes. I doubt that but ok. Ill go with this explanation. Now on Saturday the whole inside door panel came completely off! I had to keep I it like that over the weekend until the service dept opened again. Im being told now that its not Sunlands fault its Chevys fault for not putting the door back on properly and bending the clips that hold the door on. Im being told ok well order the parts. See you next week. Here we go again. Lets see how long this will take.Almost everyone at sunland Ford are extremely nice and helpful. Such as JC in sales, Jeff in finance, Wes the General Manager, Raul and Lawrence in parts and service dept, Daniel one of the managers in the service dept, Kelly and Taylor in service. Have all been nice and helpful. With the exception of Sherri Price. Every time I have to deal with her she is rude or unprofessional. Today for instance she stood in front of my son and I and literally argued with another customer who was upset that he was being charged for service that was not performed and the fact that they left a part off of his steering wheel when putting it back together. Another instance where a customers safety is being put at risk. Sunland Ford has exceptional sales, finance, and management employees as well as some of the service dept employees. They just take months to get anything fixed. Sunland Ford has 5 star sales and management departments but a 1 star service department. They have it posted everywhere that they have a 5 star service department which I feel is self proclaimed. Not once have I been there where I have received exceptional service in the parts and service department.
