Takes too long..took 2.5 hours for an oil Change, with an appointment.... if I were a walk in, yes... made an appointment for 7:30am...I was finished at 10:00am. Service people were excellent though, prices are great. But this is the second time, weve had an appointment and waited hours, very unsatisfactory...

Worst service from start to finish. Took my 2020 GMC Sierra for a simple fix, drivers seat back rest would not move up, that part of the seat was the only problem it had. Truck ended up being there for 9 days. Problem was fixed yet they messed up the lumbar support part of the seat. They would not take responsibility for the damage. I had to take my truck to another GMC dealer in Ontario to fix Greiners damage. They were unable to tell if the part Greiner put in my truck was new as Greiner had stated it was new. They did see the part was damaged and they had to order the part. This time the seat was 100% fixed. This is just a quick summary of my experience there was more the rudeness and unprofessional staff in this place is alarming.

So I had a check engine light come on after a minor accident. Upon getting the diagnosis it turned out to be a drivetrain issue that was covered by warranty. While the vehicle was in possession of the dealership they were very courteous and accommodating. While they performed a great repair and were very friendly there were a couple issues that really soured the experience.1. Almost every update on the condition and status of my repair I had to request. Communication could have been much better.2. While my vehicle was being repaired for more than 3 weeks I was provided a rental vehicle from Hertz. I was under the impression that it would be comparable to the vehicle I owned. It was not. I was provided a Chevy spark. While its a cute little car, I have a family of 5. 3 of them are children. I was told they would exchange the car once they had another larger vehicle available. I was finally provided with said vehicle(a Buick Encore) the day before my vehicle repair was completed. Moving my family around in the little clown car was very inconvenient, potentially dangerous and in my opinion unacceptable.Other than that. It was a great experience and Id happily come back for future services and purchases.

I went today for a oil change and was told they don’t take walk ins they only do appointments it’s gonna be 4hours to get it done. I been coming here 6 years the last year I never had to make appointment at all it be a hour wait. There nothing posted anywhere saying they only take appointments only still sucks when people need a quick oil change they go early in the morning and can’t get it done. Hopefully next time they just don’t take appointments only and it won’t be 4 hour wait.

This place is horrible. I have taken my Chevy Equinox to this location twice in the past year for repairs. This last time has me furious. I literally have no good options to get them to resolve the recent $4,000.00 spent on repairs in cash. I let this location keep my vehicle as long as they needed to fix my sway bar plus oil and exhaust leak. When they finally called me to pick it up, it was after having it almost 10 days. The moment I drove away it wasn’t driving right. It was dragging or struggling to change gears it seemed. However, the next day the check engine light came on. I immediately told them about the check engine light and dragging problem. I returned the vehicle and told them to keep it until problem is resolved because I have two newer vehicles to drive. So don’t rush finding the problem! I relayed this to the service advisor and service manager verbally. They told me they found no new problem and the check engine light was off. So I picked up the vehicle after they had it about 7 days this time. Here’s when my head exploded! Less than 10 days after picking up my vehicle, the check engine light came on and remains on. I then realized I was screwed out of $4,000 because both problems they repaired still need repaired by a professional place down the hill. I’m warning anyone who is considering getting a Chevy or GMC fixed to stay away from this place. Don’t base your decision off just my post. Don’t base it off the positive posts by others. Read mine then read Carlos Torres and Rick Hacker post. All three of us have no reason to lie about our experience with Greiner GMC. We are just three hardworking guys that don’t know each other but we got scammed by the same dealership. That caused us to share our stories to the public as a WARNING!

Sabrina was very helpful! We have been using Grenier for a few years and have always been pleased with their pricing and service. We had a snafoo with outsourcing my car for some repairs and it came back dirty from the outsourced mechanics shop. Sabrina went above and beyond to make it right having our car detailed for the inconvenience. That is the lost art of true customer service. We will continue to use Greiner, as far as the repair work we have ever needed they have been reliable and not “creating” work as some dealers in the HD do. My husband was a mechanic foe many years, so this is important to us.

Waited too long for an oil change when they was not really busy the time i check in..I came in 45minutes early(12:43p.m.) on my appointment of 1:30p.m. for an oil change only, then Mohammad notice that im still their waiting so he ask them about it if my car is done, then Don by the service department told me that they should be bringing out my car in a few minutes, so i went their wait to see if they are bringing it out but not really and in fact i actually see them just taking my car into the service which was 2:35pm because i check on my watch, so i waited for another 35minutes for my oil change to get done which was around 3:10p.m.

I was very surprised that it only took a day to service my truck. The Deb tank needed to be replaced and it was covered by a warranty even though my truck is 10yrs old. My writer had a bad attitude. The airbag light was on when I took my Yukon. I thought it was because of the recall. When my name was called I went to the cashier to get my receipt at which point she tried to charge me $65 for the repairs. She made a phone call and that issue was rectified. When they brought my car up it was the wrong car. The gentleman sitting at the entrance brought my vehicle up after I notified him they brought the wrong vehicle. When I got into my car i noticed the airbag light was still on. I asked the gentleman sitting at the entrance why it was still on. He directed me to my writer. I asked her why the light was still on and she replied because it was on before I came to the dealership. She offered no other explanation or response. If I take my vehicle to the dealership I assume that I will receive superior customer service and a fix to me vehicle problem. Instead I almost got charged for the recall fix and had a writer who lacks in customer service skills and still no answer as to why my airbag light is on. She didnt even offer to shedule an appointment to try and fix it. I had every intention to bring my vehicles in for oil changes and other services. Now Ill just take my business elsewhere. Overall very dissatisfied.

On March 24, 2021 I took my car here to be serviced for my power steering to see what was wrong. I called over and over to GM Motors, still could not tell me any information regarding the problem that I had brought it in for. GM Motors ask for an additional 400 and still nothing had been done. So this morning at 8am April 20, 2021 and GM Motors told me they weregoing to work on my car today. So I decided to go pick up my Pontiac g6 at GM Motors as I look over my car. My lock was brocken on my door and and car has been sitting outside and has dried up bird poo on it I will never go to GM Motors again.

Bad costumer service in the service department. From the people who work in the office to the people who work in the your car. We made an appointment for an oil change we got there at the appointment time and it was 6 hours before they got to my car. Why do they want you to make an appointment when they park your car in the lot and then work on it 6 hours later!! And the woman who makes the appointment in the office are rude and lie. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.

As long as everything is good, the customer service is good. When something goes wrong, no one is there to help you fix your issue. It literally turns into a game of whos on first to try to get someone to help you. You have to be a thorn in their side and call, text and email almost daily to get the help you need. Its to the point that you have to be a pest. Its inconvenient, but from here on out Im just going to take my vehicle down the hill for service. Make a day out of it, grab lunch and get my vehicle serviced.

This review is for their parts department. I have patroned Greiner Buick quite a few times. Each time Ive left happy with the prompt service Ive received. The first time I visited, I was a new owner of a diesel truck and didnt know about DEF. The staff was patient and accommodating in helping me. One staff member even showed me how to fill and filled the DEF for me. Whenever Im in town and need some parts for my GM, I will definitely visit Greiner.

1) henry did not keep me updated AT ALLI dropped off my car on a Tuesday. He said he would call me on Thursday to advise if he could obtain the part. By the following Wednesday, I called to find out and was advised it was probably ready2) I called Henry again after no call back again amd was advised it was done3) no oil change was done despite the fact We talked about it on day one, and even though they checked the oil.4) no loaner vehicle available even though I was spending $1500.00 WHY NOT??It’s the little stuff at Greiner that drives me crazy.Also, your employees were rude to my wife last time she went in on my behalf to get an oil change. I had an appointment and she was told it might be several hours before they could even take it in because we are backed up.We live in Newberry Springs ao we can’t just come back some other time. If I can help it I will NEVER go back to Greiner. You just have too many issues and no one is fixing them

Stephanie treated me like I was her only client and gave me the best service I could ask for. I have always hated going into a dealership to buy a car feeling like I was being sold to. Not at Greiner Buick! This is my 3rd purchase and I only had to test drive one vehicle and she sold me on it right away. I thought i was part of the family over 7 years of purchasing multiple brand new vehicles. I will never buy/lease or rent from greiner buick gmc victorville ever again. The only person that has done anything to try to help in any way has been Stephanie. Other that if i could give them a 0 star i would. In the last 3 weeks i have had all 3 of my vehicles purchased here at Greiner go down at the same time, including a gmc yukon rental that greiner didnt even want to provide. I tooked a act of congress and then they put us in a death trap. Purchase the extended warranty they said, for what. It took us 3 hours to get up the hill because the engine like all 3 of are other vehicles shut down rpms. It didnt register park, drive or anything. Then the door incident in front if there Management Don. He couldnt even open the back door. SORRY THEY SAID! I HEARD MANY TIMES, WELL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR SORRY COULD GO. I WILL LOOK INTO THE LEMON LAW AND POSSIBLY HIRE AN ATTORNEY IF SOMETHING DOESNT CHANGE ASAP. DONT PURCHASE FROM GREINER AND IF YOU DO. YOU MIGHT FIND YOURSELF BACK TO THIS COMMENT IN THE FUTURE.

I have a 2019 Toyota Tacoma that I bought at Greiner Buick. They install the pedal commander before I purchased the truck and it’s giving me nothing but problems the whole year I’ve had it. When I took it back they said they disconnected it, but it still causing my traction light and check engine light to come on. It’s just been one scam after another with Greiner Buick and at this point I prefer to take my business elsewhere.You might wanna think twice before you do Any business with this dealership. You could be the next one to get scammed.

The experience was good. Unfortunately, there arent enough staff to drive me home to shuttle me home in Phelan, while my vehicle was being worked on. Also, my rear tire pressure was not checked after they replaced my rotors and breakpads. Which surprised me because they always check those things when I vring my car un for repairs. So, with the tire pressire now being low after the brake and rotor replacement I must take my car to have tires checked.

I had an appointment to do an oil change and get my tires rotated when i purchased my car from the victorville dealership my car did not come with the tire lock tool, they were not able to rotate my tires at my previous appointment because i did not have a tire lock tool because its a gmc dealership i was sure they had the tire lock tool im disapointed i was not able to get my cars tires rotated again and have to find somewhere else to go

Service was unacceptable, I was promise a time and day to received my car, and that did not happen. The Mechanic was unable to give a diagnostics for the issue of my car. My car stayed a day and a half and still no fix or solution. I eventually took my car to another certify dealer you gave me a diagnostics in a half of day. I tried to give Greiner a second chance but they have fail both times. Customer service is very important.

We had a plastic trim panel on the bottom of the drivers seat wear out on our 2015 Acadia.My wife and I went to Greiner GMC to see if the part could be ordered and installed by the Service Team. Much to our surprise the trim part was in stock and the broken part was replaced. We had budgeted $300 for the transaction, the price was $189. We are pleased and all is OK with our trusty GMC Acadia.
