Had to wait 45mins for a inspection. Not too bad, but just a little longer than I wanted to wait. The place looks a little run down but inside is OK.

It was a super great experience. Will continue to go there for all my service needs and inspection. Competent and helpful. Very reliable and friendly.

Terrible customer service and unexplainable, inexcusable wait times.Excessive wait time with absolutely no communication. I made an appointment for noon to get my tires changed two days prior to appointment date. I made an appointment because this location didn’t have all four, two here, two at the Rio Grande location. When I arrived, it took 10 minutes for someone to check me in. After getting checked in, the employee called the other location to have the tires delivered. I was told that all four tires would be at this location at the time of my appointment. They were not. TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER I’m still waiting for them to finish. All I got done was the changing of my tires, that’s a 30-40 minute job MAX. Not a single employee came out to inform me of the progress on my car or how long it would take.I’m not the only person to experience this. There were customers who were there before I arrived, who were getting a lot less done, and were still there when I left. One customer came in at 10 AM and didn’t leave until well after 12. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nice staff, but spent 3 hours for an oil change that I had scheduled!Update: As I’m getting an oil change somewhere else, it’s brought to my attention that a piece for the oil filter is missing. I was told that this is something they wouldn’t have missed, so they either lost it or didn’t bring it to my attention and were content to let my engine not operate correctly. I will never use this location ever again. I only wish I could give zero stars.

Went for oil change and inspection...took 2+hours and now I have a radiator leak when I never had an issue with my radiator before.

Waited 1 hour and 45 min with an appointment for an oil change. Will never come back to this location. Better off going to a local spot.

Horrible I made an appt for 4:15 didnt leave till 6:30 for a single tire no rotation not a set but a single tire... I get out to my car and they didnt even put the spare back where it goes I will not go back

I cant speak for Prior to 2018, but I do my best to get you guys in and out in a timely manner and when I am there I try to make sure that everyone is taken care of in the most fun, friendly, and professional way. I had an amazing experience with the location in Victoria TX, (Airline) Ms.Maritza was very courteous and was able to explain what repair I would need on my vehicle. Also I had went to another major repair center before my visit with firestone and they told me it was something completely different and my repair would cost over $1,150. I saved over $700 because of your HONESTY. In addition I would like to Thank Mr. Harold the service manager, he also was very helpful throughout the entire process. Also would like to thank my technician that conducted the repair Mr. Aaron very knowledgable and helpful aldo appreciate your recommendations. Professional friendly staff diagnosed my vehicles issue in a timely manner. Unfortunately it was decided too expensive to repair v/s value of the van.

Ive shopped around town and I believe these guys are fair priced and competent.

Good folks, done business with the other Firestone in town but needed work on a Sunday. They fixed what was wrong and found then showed me and fixed other issues that are important. With a new used vehicle I was prepared for significant cost, but instead was reasonable. Wait was a little long but as a former gearhead sometime it takes longer to do it right. Definitely going back when needed

Booked an alignment appointment a week in advance for 10am. Arrived and was told they were just finishing up previous appointment and My car would go in right after. 2 full hours later my car was finally moved to the back but only after we finally asked how much longer it was going to be. Another hour and a half and my car was done. Get in it and there’s oily greasy black crud all over my step, the floor board, pedals, it got everywhere!

Great service, knowledgeable staff, clean waiting room with free coffee and water. They didnt give me a run around and if its gonna be a problem with your vehicle they wont try to blindside you with anything. Aff honesty to the review as well. Highly recommended if you ask me.

I had my tires changed last weekend on November 2nd with new firestone tires.. I had an appointment at eight that Saturday morning. My truck was not pulled into the shop until almost ten in the morning. There was only two other people in firestone that morning. I was not out of firestone until one in the afternoon. The only reason why I am giving them one star is because the guy at the front was very nice and understanding. I made my appointment a week before and when I showed up, asked to see the tires they brought tires that would NOT fit on my truck. The associate agreed and went to his computer. Even though at the time he put me first.. My “estimate” went up almost $600 dollars because an associate made the wrong “estimate”. My point is, I made an appointment and they still took almost two hours to even get in the shop. I missed almost a whole days work because they took half the day when I had an appointment already scheduled.

Couldnt tell me how much it would cost just to put on 4 shocks on my 4x4 Chevy. Needless to say I didnt let them work on my truck. If you cant tell how much it cost for a basic job like putting on shocks then you dont get my money. He told me they wouldnt know until they got in there and saw what was wrong. Hello sir I told you what I wanted, I didnt need you to build up a bunch of extra stuff that didnt really need to be done. So I just replaced them myself. Stay away from this place specially if you dont know anything about working on vehicles.

Yesterday I had a tire with low air. And the closest place was this place. I was dressed in a suite, and of course the short man with a beard who was at the front desk of the store right away told me lies about how DOT prevents them from fixing the tire. He knew that I was in a rush and he knew he can make some extra money from us. We are new to Texas, and he knew that. He started by saying I am not trying to sell you all things but you need to purchase new tires it is illegal for any tire place to fix. And he let us drive away with a tire on low air. And he event went about saying every 5 years whether you drive 20 miles for that 5 years you have to change your tires as it will blow up when you drive. I think he thought I am stupid. I didnt get a PhD from been stupid. He honestly thought to rip the person who looked different to him.He was unprofessional did not want to help at all. We would have paid $25 to have some air put in the tire. But no, he didnt want to help. But guess what, I took it to somewhere else, they fixed the tire for less than $50. And they said DOT lie that this guy said doesnt exist and quoted me the phrase from DOT. DOT does not say what he mentioned.Be careful people when you take your vehicles. I am sure you are getting ripped off by them. Take your car to two places.

Got there at 745am for an inspection and left after 10am. I was one of the first people there. Slow service. They take long because they try and sell you additional services.

The wait was a little bit as they were pretty busy that day but they had the best customer service!

Came in to get a tire replaced under warranty. Was quoted 1.5 hrs and have been here over three. I would have been done already but they put my uni directional tire on backwards. Luckily I spotted it before I left. Service personal were friendly but they dont have it together here. Also hey tried to selle a battery with install for $220.

Ive been here since 8:30 am and still waiting. Getting a car inspection, it was inspected after 2 hours. I was not informed, still sitting until I asked about it, then they stated I needed wiper blades. ok you can put them on, still taking over an hour waiting so far. Its only one other person waiting for a couple of hours. The girl at the counter acted like she didnt want to talk to me. Not customer service friendly. Just think it is 12:05pm and they still have my car...oh wait its ready, only 3 hours and 35 minutes. Wont be back here!

Came in for an inspection and was pulled over one day after for a brake light being out that was out before the inspection. Its a work vehicle and I have now lost 4 hours of my time for a simple 30 minute job. No apologies, reason, excuse. Same ok’ Firestone. Garbage service for garbage work

Waste of 3 hours had an appointment at 1:00 and didn’t get out of there until 4:00. For one oil change and filter change. Not to mention the guy up front talking bad about customers after they left the store and cursing about the phone ringing. Very unprofessional and slow.

So I know there can be long waits sometimes so I scheduled an appointment ahead of time for an oil change. Got there ten minutes early but an hour later and they still hadnt gotten to my vehicle and didnt go get it until I complained. Its now been another two hours and its still not done.
