Nissan of Victoria advertised a truck on their website for a certain price in new condition with 18 miles. I called and spoke to a salesman and arranged to purchase the truck at that price (no discounts). They arranged financing through Nissan and I scheduled and appointment to pick it up.Now since it was 150 miles from my home city I couldnt get there until about 15 minutes before closing. When I told them about this they said its fine and theyd be happy to have my business.I arrived there at about 15 minutes to closing as agreed and took the truck on a quick test drive then went inside to sign the paperwork (which included a mileage disclosure statement stating 18 miles were on the truck). By this time everyone had left except the salesman and when I went out to drive it home I noticed that there were actually 363 miles on it NOT the 18 as advertised or as on the paperwork. Now since they doors were locked and everyone had left I had no choice but to drive it home.The next day I called and spoke to the owner of the dealership and arranged to have the paperwork straightened out and was offered a tow hitch from the parts dept. for my inconvenience which I accepted.Fast forward a couple weeks and my friend was admiring it when he exclaimed: Dude, you should really get some wheels locks on this, its so nice someone will steal it. I replied: I already have wheel locks since they were on the invoice I paid for, but no, on further examination I DID NOT have the wheels locks.I called the owner of the dealership a second time to ask that they just send me the wheel locks but I was refused. He said that hed already been very accommodating to me by offering me a tow hitch for screwing up the mileage disclosure statement and I could expect nothing more. I replied; Sure, but this is different. I paid for them but you never gave them to me. His response was: Too Bad.So there you go: Buy something at advertised price, be graceful when things get screwed up, and then get $200 stolen from you for wheel locks you paid for but never received.Update:So I called the number in their response and was told they’d call me back in 20 minutes. That was 3 days ago, and there’s been no call. In the meantime they responded to my complaint at the BBB by publicity calling me a liar (five times by my count) in a forum where I am unable to post the photos I’ve posted here.So here’s what I suggest. Look at the photos, checkout the BBB complaint, examine their response there and make up your own mind if you would ever want to spend your hard earned money with them. I can say with 100% certainly that I regret doing so.
I am giving 5 star review to this dealership only for the experience I had with Kevin Campbell. He is not the stereotypical car sales person you would typically meet at a dealership. He is honest and means what he says. I would highly recommend him to potential car buyers and I have had only positive experience with him so far. Great communication and courteous behavior. I took my vehicle in due to it slowing down on it own while driving. After whatever computer testing they do I was told there was a transmission part that needed replacing. 2770.00 dollars and a week later I picked it up. When I went to pick it up the battery was dead.. so I had to buy a battery which was 185.00. The next morning at 3am with vehicle sitting in driveway the brake lights are on. I took it back to dealership and the same issue as originally reported. After research the brake sensor was the issue. I had to drive it with one foot under brake pedal. When I let go of brake the vehicle would slow down and my husband said brake lights were on. That is why the battery was dead, it sat at dealership with brake light on. After another week at dealership I was refused any kind of refund on the transmission part that didnt fix the issue. I was refunded battery cost and they put my battery back in. Very unprofessional.Update on repair issue. Thanks to Mr. Robinson with taking a closer look at the repair issue. It takes an honest and fairperson to stand up and do what is right. Thanks for your honesty.

It is impossible to over state what an incredible experience I had buying a Pathfinder with Chris English and Ruben. Big dealerships will tout best value for your trade in and great deals. Many dealerships right now are taking advantage of customers by inflating over MSRP due to low national inventory. I know. I shopped around.These guys did not. They respected my time and my distance from the dealership. I was treated with respect and dignity with every interaction, and believed these guys genuinely did the absolute best they could for me. They never once acted like they were doing me a favor, and gave me an amazing deal, out the gate, no haggling, and completely remotely. They even verbally quoted me around $22 per month more than the payment was when I received the written quote. When I called to verify, Chris in all his kindness said “oh yeah, I got another point shaved off the APR for ya.” Like it was no big deal at all. It’s a huge deal. I’ve been buying and driving Nissans for over 10 years and I’ve never had a better experience.Ruben was a masterclass in responsiveness and knowledge on the new, completely redesigned Pathfinder (she’s fantastic, too by the way). He drove the car from Victoria to near Austin and took my trade away with him. The whole transaction would have taken maybe 15 minutes if I had known the cars features better, but he did take a solid 20-30 minutes to go over everything with me and reassure me he would be there post sale to answer anything we didn’t cover.I did not step foot in the dealership. There was none of that “come on down and wait a while so I can go back and forth with my finance manager until you’re worn down to the point you’ll pay anything just to get out the door” stuff. You know, the same stuff police use in interrogation rooms - that horrible stuff.I can’t thank these guys enough. No matter what corner of this great state you may reside in, I’d suggest you talk to them if you’re looking for a Nissan. They are doing what every modern dealership should be from a quiet little dealership in Victoria.

My wife wanted to trade in her vehicle for one with better gas milage and if possible a lower payment. I filled out the website form and was later contacted by Kevin who was extremely helpful. Throughout our conversation, I didnt feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past, so was doubtful through the entire process. However in the end, everything Kevin had told me had been 100% accurate. Everything had been communicated through email and text due to our distance from dealer so it took longer for us to drive to the dealer then the amount of time we spent there. Marcus was awesome explaining the ins and outs of the car to my wife (im half paying attention still waiting - wondering whats the catch) Chris was really excellant at explaining all the paper work and the warranty. (the part I usually fall asleep at, well his detailed explanation kept me tuned in!)Wife got the car SHE wanted with a LOT better gas milage and a MUCH lower payment.Thanks again to Kevin, Marcus and Chris!!These guys give truth to the expression - The way car buying should be.
I recently bought a vehicle here. I didnt get a copy of contract until the finance company sent one to me. I had specifically said that I did not want extra insurance on the vehicle . It was charged on my contract any way. $3,500. I am beyond angry. Do not trust this dealer!

Set up an appointment online and got a confirmation number, however, when I arrived on the set date and time the service manager said he didnt see the appointment on his computer. I offered to give him the confirmation number, but he didnt want it. So I drop my car off on a Monday, but they didnt diagnose it until Friday. In addition to the repairs, I also agree for them to do a maintenance on the vehicle since it hadnt been done in over a year. When I picked up the car after they were done, the bill for the maintenance only showed the charges for the repair, parts and labor, but no description of the work done. Especially for the maintenance, I would have liked to know everything that was done so that I can update my records. It seems they were more interested in making money than instead of pleasing the customer.

Headlight cost and service cost was a bit high... well alot high I paid $698.11 for Hid headlights....I should have checked around but my car is in good shape for an 03 and I just decided Nissan was best. But Dam man, my wallet hurts

I received first class service. The manager and sales lady had integrity and gave me the most amazing price on my beautiful Murano. They were both friendly and professional.I was interested at $23,000 on a 2017 with 22,000 miles. I was surprised when I was told that the internet price was $18,000 dollars and that is what I would be paying...WOW! They worked overtime, literally, to get me the lowest interest rate and best terms.I have owned a BMW, 929 Mazda, Celica, Cobra, Cutlass, Dodge and Ford Trucks. Nissan of Victoria gave me the best red carpet treatment, hands down! They will be my first choice for any future purchases.
The signage on the door reads that we/customers are to wear masks upon entry and utilize the sanitation station however; no Nissan member in the entire establishment was wearing a mask. I watched employees walk back and forth, yell down the hall, heard coughing and use the same locked combination door, use the refrigerator and coffee maker in the waiting room all while not wearing a mask or sanitizing their hands at any point. All customers in the waiting area were wearing masks. My service member wore a mask only when speaking to me directly. I was very disappointed that Nissan is not doing a better job of protecting their customers and employees. Especially since Victoria County is considered a hot-spot. Because of this and my past experiences, I will probably not have my car serviced here anymore.
Not happy with the way things turned out. Originally we had decided to take the vehicle and a few days later we decided it wasnt the deal for us so when we called to unwind the deal the Financial Manager was less than kind to us and told us we had to go in person we drove one hour from our destination just to find out that the deal couldnt be undone because our trade-in had been sold which wasnt the complete truth because the bank was calling for payment completely got the runaround. When we have asked her why she had to listen over the phone about the other vehicle being sold she stated that she didnt know. Beware of nissan of Victoria im never buying from them again.

Larry knows what it takes to be a top notch service Advisor. The job is tough. I was really expecting a hassle or some kind of “well, but” today but he got me in and out. I didn’t even know my car had recalls. Just a note, I worked for a dealer in Rosenberg where I purchased the car and it was such a hassle to get in and out and also always something that wouldn’t be covered because of... reasons to make me pay for repairs to a car under warranty. I will be returning when I have issues. As an advisor, I felt like I was treated excellently.Larry is a seasoned vet.

You really and I mean REALLY need to read your contract before you sign, they will scam you into a couple thousand dollars extra if you don’t. When I went back to confront them one of their own employees told me about how they’re being sued for fraud. Lol they can’t even keep their own employees quite.
My 2017 Pathfinder stopped running and would not start. Had to be towed to the dealership, arrived at 8:00am and they started on my Pathfinder right away. Repairs were completed by 11:00am and I was on my way. Super service department. Service advisor Joe Salazar was very helpful. I will highly recommend this dealership. Can’t say much good about roadside assistance.

They werent aware of the mistake and were going to let me leave😦...I didnt like the thought of someone else having the opportunity to leave in my car if my key was given to someone I didnt know...

Scheduled an oil changed but they forgot to put me on schedule. I was worked in but I felt like they rushed since they did not set my monitor now I am inconvenienced to go by the dealer again to have this done.

Customer service is excellent here. Fast friendly service. This gentleman named Joseph at the customer service area had very positive attitude, and made me feel like I was there number one customer. He was honest about my truck and even went the extra mile to make sure I would come back and buy my next truck here. They have a waiting area with free snacks, coffea, water, cokes, TV, and a charging dock for every phone . I will be coming back to this place for every oil change and inspection as well
I did have a problem with scheduling over the phone. Im really quite certain that we said 10:30 on the phone, but when I arrived I was told it had been for 9:30.However, once that was sorted out the service was great. Joe was professional and personable, and he kept me updated throughout the work. (And my kids loved the snacks and TV in the waiting area).
I was less than 4000 miles over my warranty and my transmission went out. I called service department and they gave me another number to call. My car was fixed in 3days and was taken care of. Thank you so much Nissan

Nissan fixed my sons transmission that had several problems. Nissan corporation helped with the cost. This was definitely helpful because it would have been difficult for us pay for the work that needed to be done.
Eric was great and worked really hard to get us in the vehicle we wanted. They werent all as friendly as him though. The 2nd day I walked in there I stood there for a good 15 minutes w no acknowledgment. But he showed up and was very helpful. The tail light was cracked on the vehicle we purchased and he ordered a new one so that was great. However the guys who cleaned the car did a really bad job....honestly it barely looked vacuumed. Had they done a real detail job they would have noticed the cracked tail light.
Made appointment, started work on car immediately. Finished when they said they would. Service department was very clean, friendly. I appreciated the courtesy shuttle to the mall and the cleaning of the interior of the car. Very satisfied.
