I was in from out of town visiting family. I called on Friday and made an appointment for Saturday afternoon. I was going on a day trip and needed to drop my car off early. I dropped it off about 10:30. They called me just after 11 and were already finished even though my appointment wasn’t until the afternoon! I wasn’t able to make it back by the time the service department closed at 4, so they left my keys with the receptionist in the sales department so I could pick it up that day. So helpful and professional!

I bought a 2013 King Ranch with only 14k miles on it from Toyota of Victoria a few months back. The check engine light came on and it started acting like it was going to stall. I brought it back for service having bought an extended warranty. I was told the check engine codes were caused by the turbo and related sensors. I was also told that wasn’t part of the powertrain warranty which didn’t make sense to me. I was told it would be a day maybe two. It took 3. I was told it would cost $500 when I came to pick it up I was told it was $700. I had been called a couple times and they would say it’s going to take another hour is that okay. There was no mention of more money so I agreed not knowing that meant another $100. When I arrived for my truck and saw the price I was upset and was loud. Several employees gathered around to gawk. Michelle reran my warranty stating it had never been run because some of it was covered. The bill was reduced to $244. I appreciate her doing the work with the warranty company. I only brought my truck to the dealer because of the warranty. My family owns a well known shop in Houston. I will always go to them not just because they are family but because I know they are honest and fair to all their customers. My truck is running and it only cost $244. So I’m happy with what Toyota of Victoria did in the long run the journey just wasn’t as smooth as expected.

After a very disappointing experience at another dealership, I called Toyota to see if they could repair my car. I spoke with Lynn in the service department and he assured me they could. Shortly after having my car towed to Toyota, I received a call outlining the problems identified along with an estimate for each individual repair. A day or two after telling him which repairs I wanted, I received a call telling me my car was ready for pick up. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Lynn’s kindness, promptness, and professionalism really impressed me. I highly recommend the Toyota service department and will be using them for my future needs.

My screen light turns off and stays off for a while and then comes back on so I asked them to check it and I was told there were no updates and they didn’t fix it. They didn’t even tell me we checked it and it is this or that, the only thing was no updates so the problem is still there. I’m not happy because I drive all the way from Corpus and it didn’t get fixed!

The service was great I took my car in before my appointment time and they got me in right away. I was called earlier than I expected and when I arrived to pick up my car everything was ready. I did not spend more than 5 minutes for drop off or pick up. All my concerns were taken care of and the staff was friendly. Definitely recommend this dealership.

I had all the fluids replaced in transmission, brakes, power steering, radiator, plus the cabin filter. Went in at 10am and came out at 4pm. I was given a ride home and a ride back to the dealer. Mr. Burton gave me a rundown on what services they were doing and cost. I mentioned I was 65 and got 10% off the total.

I told the recognition that the interfender brackets were not on and he since last like he wrote it down. When I got the car nothing was said, nether it was done are maybe the mechanic could not do it. I have never been treated like this. I am a Toyota buyer. And always will be. But their are other Toyota dealers. Thank you very much.

After I bought the car, we tried to set up Apex on my phone. It would not accept Password. I still haven’t been able to connect. Need help with it. I’m not tech savvy. Very satisfied with the car wash & vacumn. 😊The thing that concerned me most was being told it would take 4 hours, so no place to go except the mall. But it was finished in less than 4 hrs. Very nice driver to & from Mall!

Came in without an appointment later in the day and they were still able to do an oil change and change the brake fluids. Very professional and also vacuumed my car without me asking. Bought the 2017 Dodge Challenger here and the only problem I’ve had with it is that it’s not a V8. Very friendly staff and well organized.

This dealership I typical in its appearance and work, but not so with customer relations. I dread going into this dealership like most dread a dentist visit. The service people are not friendly and do not make much eye contact. They immediately begin by recording vehicle data, photographing it in its entirety ( even the engine compartment), and conclude by trying to sell you additional services. This initial step is concluded as the customer stands while the service person enters all data in their tablet. This same process occurs whether the customer is their for a service appointment, an oil change and most recently to inquire about rain water leaking into the cab via the third brake light.
