Great little mechanic shop. Went there for first time. Told owner of shop I had a oil leak. He didnt waste no time, lifted my truck and check for leak, that quick. He told me about the leak. Next day dropped it off, few hours later fixed. Nice find!!

I will never take another vehicle there ever again and I recommend that no one else go there either. He said on the phone when I called he was the best mechanic in Victoria with 40 years of experience and he could fix anything. After doing a computer diagnostic test and having my truck for a week he tells me to come pick it up and take it somewhere else because he couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. Very bad business.

Gordon was willing to help at the beginning, but 1 day later I end up with $500 less in my pocket and the issue not fixed. Parts were double priced and when the part was changed and the car was running he did not checked the problem was still there. I learned later what the problem was but nothing was fixed. I am sad that it was like that... :(

Automotive repair horror stories are birthed at this establishment. I called to see if they did RV inspections for a unit I was looking to purchase. They did and I brought it in to have it inspected to see what repairs were needed, and if it was worth purchasing. At the end of the day I was told it needed some transmission fluid and oil, but needed little work. I paid the $200 inspection fee and I bought it, and left it there for them to do a tune up and get it inspection ready. I was told that I would be called before any work was performed and he would let me know what parts, etc... would need to be ordered. I received a call two weeks later saying they were behind but it just looked like he needed a few quarts of transmission fluid and oil and I would be on my way. If they found anything else they would call me and quote me the cost. I didnt hear back for another week and then got a call from the owner that my RV was ready and the bill was $2,100. The owner told me that the employee I was working with quit so he did all the work, but didnt know I needed to be called to authorize any repairs. He was EXTREMELY rude and blamed everything on me and his employee that quit so none of this was his fault. He then went on to complain about what a mess this until was and I wasnt owed an explanation of this $2000 bill. I went to pick it up and negotiated the bill to $1800, which $1500 was labor and $300 in parts. I paid over $700 to replace the taillights alone. When leaving, I asked if the fact that it didnt turn over at first when starting was a problem and he said this is as good as it gets and its fixed. I left and drove about 5 miles to the gas station to fill up. The unit would not start back up. He came and after it cooled down it started and he left. Told me dont turn it off if youre concerned about it not starting. I continued to drive and about 50 miles down the road the engine boils over and I stop to see that coolant is spewing from all directions. I turn it off and much to my surprise the coolant reservior was DUCT TAPED TOGETHER. The duct tape had come off and the tank came apart along with all of the coolant. I then had to have to unit TOWED and repaired again. When I called the owner he was so rude and took absolutely no responsibility for letting me drive that thing with the DUCT TAPED coolant tank. He said he didnt notice it, even though he said he checked the coolant tank. The mechanic who has it now CANNOT BELIEVE what this man charged me and says I was robbed. I trusted this man and his work and now I am suing this sorry excuse for a human being for taking advantage of customers. Please, do not go here.
