My vehicle has been there 4 times problem not fixed. They told me I can take it to another Dodge place out of town. Like seriously just fix my problem. Vehicle is brand new. Just waste my day everytime I drop my vehicle off. Then had the nerve to not want to pick me up because they was closing. I had to call them to even see when they was picking me up. Smh.
Suspected my key fob was bad. Automatic start button was bad and all other buttons were functional. Dealership had a new key fob in stock and I was able to have mine replaced. Service advisor was courteous and very communicative. Explained everything good and everything was done in a timely manner.
I took my new Jeep into Victoria Jeep for it’s first service interval oil change and tire rotation. The service writer told me it would be about a two hour wait because of multi-point inspection was included in the service and technician had to check a multitude of items. The service took a little less than two hours, at which time I picked up my vehicle and drive home. Two days later I checked the oil level and the level was a little low, between a quarter and half a quart low. I began looking for a possible leak, which I did not find. The vehicle looked brand new, like nothing had been disturbed. There was still dust on the oil cap and surrounding engine shroud. The oil pan showed water staining not like it was wiped down after draining oil from it. The air filter box was not inspected as evidenced by dust on the air box. The washer fluid was low. Tire pressure was low. It looked as though nothing was done to the vehicle. I called the service manager Steve and he had me bring the vehicle in. He looked at the vehicle and stated the technician is very clean and conscientious and is very good at doing an oil change. I still don’t know how an oil change can be done without disturbing the dust on the oil cap and engine cover and oil pan. There was no explanation as to why the other things were not checked and why the oil level was low. Steve did have the technician top off the oil, check the air filter, fill the washer fluid an fill the tires with air. I’m still not confident the oil and filter was changed. Steve assured me that he has had no issues with his technician he was sure the oil change was done despite the evidence presented to him. Why would a person believe that the oil change was done if nothing else was done. This was my first dealing with this dealership and probably my last.

I stand corrected from my previous statements. i’ve been thrilled with the sales associates from the start and the sales department in general recently I’ve had to go round and round with the service department but I will say the sales department is so exceptional that after not getting the fair answer that I thought I deserved from service department I spoke with the sales associate that sold me my truck And she was immediately able to get the service center to take care of my maintenance needs. Not only are The sales associates honest and professional but they will go out of their way to make sure your maintenance needs on your vehicle or taken care of as well

I took the vehicle in and they were ordering part. I had to take off work the next day again to take the car back Waited in Victoria all day. I never got an update so I called to get status at 4pm and was told that the part that was ordered was the wrong one. I had to take the car back a 3rd time. They calle me around 11 am that it was ready. When I hit the car AC was still not working. It turned on and it was blowing air, but not come air and not Cooling. I paid $311.00 and still have the same problem. I called back and was told well it was cooling. Said you will have to bring it back again so we can run diagnostics to see what it is. I told Mike that he said they had already ran diagnostics. I asked if Freon was checked he said no. Never again will I use their service.
I regret purchasing my car from this dealership I recently had car trouble. We tried to explain the problem but went ignored. Battery replaced $300.00 plus dollars later the problem still not fixed. You get 0 stars.
Went in to replace my tire.. said it would only take about 45 or so.. 2 hrs in and still nothing...I checked in with them, they then told me that my truck had a few recalls and that they had to fix them.Ok, thanks for fixing them... but why did nobody mind to come inform me about this.. I had my two daughters with me and they were starving by then.. it took more than 3 hrs for us to get out of there.. if they would have informed me that they were going to work on recalls I would have planned accordingly and had my husband pick us up..Poor communication

Called & said everything was ready to go. When I got there JD service guy said he couldnt let me have vehicle because they hadnt received payment from my insurance. JD was on phone numerous times with my insurance & they couldnt get their cost figures right. Then JD was in numerous conversations with Steve the service manager on what they needed to receive payment from my insurance. This should have all been taken care of an arranged before I was told vehicle was ready. I waited 4 hours listening to all the back & forth conversations. Plus the 2 hour driving time. No the paperwork was not handled in a professional manner. So far all mechanical work seems to have been done properly.
The best service dealership in the Crossroads area. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was making a strange sound so I scheduled a weekend appointment. Wade, the service technician, opened my hood to find the sound, and diagnosed one of two scenarios. My Jeep was diagnosed w/ a faulty alternator. The mechanic (Joe) that didn’t usually work weekends happened to be on duty. My alternator was changed w/ genuine Mopar parts, and I was well on my way within a few hours.It was my lucky day that Saturday, because had I driven much farther, the end result could have been much worse.Thank you Wade & Joe for getting me back on the road in my beautiful Jeep! Your service is impeccable!
2010 Challenger SRT8 had a problem. Went to get a fuel relay. Was told they needed a diagram of fuse box before they could sell me one. Lol. They are a Dodge dealer. Really? It turned out that the relay is universal cost me 13.00 that fixed it.
Fast service, didnt have to wait around. The service tech was very well informed and explained things very well.
I had a mechanic mess somethings up prior to coming to Dodge, Dodge not only fixed the issue the other mechanic cause but assessed a few other standing issues needing to be done, all at a great rate, they went above and beyond thank you!
This was a very bad experience. They could not find and/or resolve the problem I was having with my vehicle. The technician told me I would need to come back so they could look further to find the problem. I told him ok and that it would be covered by warranty. After telling him about the warranty he just gave me the run around that he was trying to set me up an appointment. After calling him 3 times and not getting an appointment I choose to take the vehicle elsewhere.
I was given an appointment time and arrived early for oil change only, informed that I would be waiting and proceeded to waiting room. After 45 mins my vehicle had not moved so I went back to Service and asked about delay, was told they thought I was dropping vehicle but technician wasn’t working so in about 15 mins it was ready. Totally unacceptable
I have a 2015 Ram 3500 dualy and was traveling from Corpus Christy back to my home in north central Kentucky. Prior to my trip I had new tires put on and on my way home, the studs on my right rear dualy tires all snapped off. I called Victoria Dodge and spoke with Mary who was extremely helpful and professional and helped me to find a tow company to get my truck and 24’ loaded trailer to the dealership. Once I arrived Jeremy Saenz assisted me and was also extremely helpful and professional. Even though there were approx 15 vehicles ahead of me, he started assessing what I needed and ordering parts. Cody was the mechanic assigned to my vehicle and worked out in the hot parking lot taking care of what he could until the parts arrived. He even took care of 5 recalls, while waiting. Both Jeremy and Cody stayed after hours to make sure I didn’t have to stay overnight, due to the wait for parts. Once the parts came in, I was taken care of as soon as possible, and I was again headed north. I would highly recommend the service dept at Victoria Dodge Jeep Ram.

Had a vehicle inspection scheduled. Vehicle did not get taken to the service bay until around 15 minutes after the scheduled time. The service writer area had one employee there and one at the cashiers window. These two were very consumed with incoming calls and walk-Ins during the time I was there. I do believe that eventually another service writer arrived.Time for inspection was lengthy by comparison with other shops. People were your strongest asset this day in regards to polite and friendly.
Had to get my vehicle in on a time crunch before driving over 1700 miles back home. They got me scheduled within 24 hours and my vehicle was taken in immediately after my arrival and was returned to me in just over an hour after completing a full 4 wheel alignment with adjustments.
I know you guys are really busy, but you need to change your sign. It says express and I waited about two hours and 45 minutes for an oil change. Also you need to inform your customers about the coupons that can be used. I found out from another customer sitting in the waiting room. Plus your sign says the customer needs to print out the coupon and bring it in. Come on not every customer has a printer--if you are going to make the customer wait hours, the least you can do is print out a bunch of coupons and offer them to the customer. I do appreciate the young lady printing it out for me. Lots of people are on a budget and with this pandemic, a savings is such a blessing. Help the customer out!

The service advisor quoted me a price for repairing/replacing my brakes. The price he quoted me was parts only. He failed to mention that they charge a $200 service fee for front and $200 service fee for rear. This doubled the cost of the quote and all I got when I picked up my vehicle was “sorry you misunderstood.” I understand that labor is Involved, how that should be included up front in the quote.
