This was my first time I used A&J for repairing my built-in Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Anthony was here on time and very professional. I had called two other services, neither would be available for over a week. Anthony came the next day. He did a through diagnosis of my issues and had the part in his vehicle to make the repair. He explained the issues and let me see what was needed to be done. I would highly recommend using A&J.

Ive called them twice about a year apart. Each time, they cant seem to give me a RANGE on an estimate without looking at the unit (aka $90) first. So even when I give them a model number and suspected part, they cant give me a worst case or usually between without me first committing to a $90 service call. They seem to do good work when you need them, and Cody did explain everything about what was wrong when I connected with him, along with recommendations. But connecting with them can also be problematic. They (Tony) seem to be understaffed and barely able to keep up with calls in the office. They dont leave detailed messages about the status of work when calling you back, just, This is so-and-so from A&J, give us a call back. As a landlord, thats really unhelpful. Its been 5 days since I got a diagnosis on my dryer, and I still dont have a detailed written estimate for work, so if I want to get the work done, compare prices, or see if what theyre charging for parts is fair, I cant because alls I have is what they told me over the phone (and it took all day to get that update). Ive spoken to them twice asking for a written invoice, and still have nothing. I think they assumed I wasnt interested in the expensive repair and were satisfied with the service call fee. Finally, somehow their estimates seem to end up $50 or $75 more than the highest estimate you can find online, and they attribute it to your model of equipment. Seems like they could have told me that parts for my model run high when I asked Whats the worst case scenario or high end on something like this? But then maybe I wouldnt have spent my $90.

Well, we called for service on two difference occasions once for our dryer and today, our dishwasher. Service is excellent from returning my phone call to the actual repair. They came the very next day, Gave us a quote and explanation before doing any work. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you👍👍👍👍👍😊😊

My first experience with A&J was for my whirlpool refrigerator the suddenly went warm on Christmas Eve. I was very impressed how professional the company operated from the lovely lady in the office to the technician that came to the house. Life time customer and already referred to friends and family.

I called to have my dryer repaired with this company and the receptionist was so rude I didnt even book the service call.
