I love the Home Depots. So many products to choose from. Like a kid in a candy store. I went in and was able to quickly find what I needed in the electrical department. What I don’t like is people moving stuff from Bin to Bin which makes things more difficult to find.

Good store, clean, staff was helpful when I asked for help. The only thing I didn’t like was only the self checkout stations were open. I prefer not to use them. Other than that. Good store.

Home Depot in Vero Beach is my go-to place for anything I need for my home the customer service reps are very knowledgeable on their department and theyre all friendly and dont mind helping if theyre not busy with someone else personally I do everything to my house DIY including laying my own tile because my father was a tile setter and he taught me how to set tile when I go to the child department the gentleman there knows what hes talking about because I asked questions to see if they know because I know the answer when Im asking the question however theyre there to help carry stuff because Im not old but Im getting up there 53 and I dont want to lift big bags of mortar so theyre very helpful by lifting and carrying it to my car and if I have a question that I need to be like I I sometimes have questions I dont remember everything I watch a lot of YouTube videos and get ideas there and then I take them to the customer service reps in the tile department and they help me out so I would say definitely check out home Depot because theyre the best and theyre cheaper than Lowes

Overall, a great store with a wide selection. Unfortunately, not all of their stock is diverse. Their blinds are fairly limited. So are a few other things. But it is still a great store to go to to check things out.

I had to go to three different home depots just to get one little tiny screen room material together

It was early morning so the store wasnt busy. There were hardly no employees on the floor but I didnt need one to find what I wanted. I wasnt greeted when I walked through the door. They did have the products I wanted so I was happy. The best thing about my trip was the cashier-GAIL who checked me out. This was a sweet senior citizen who was happy and extremely kind. She was very friendly for being there so early on a Sunday morning. Home Depot needs to hire more people with her personality. She was the best cashier Ive dealt with at any Home Depot store in years. This was at the Home Depot in Vero Beach!

They have a lot of beautiful Christmas trees at very good prices. Ive got the 7 foot one with $38 and is very decent. They are selling much taller and bigger trees with less than 50 bucks at the tent!

Just like just about any Home Depot you go to in this country, it was good and bad. Such as in life. This particular Home Depot has a wide variety of items needed for every homeowner or contractor. The staff is mostly friendly 90% of the time. I actually give it four and a half Stars but you can only go one through five. In the end a good place with friendly people.

Sales associates are friendly and quick to respond to help you with your needs.

Very helpful staff in the lawnmower section, the guys went out of their way to try to help me find what I needed. Although they did not carry what I needed but still nice to know that they have good people with good customer service skills. I love the home Depot

My husband frequently shops here for everything he needs at home in the garden, and house repair items. Lots if helpers to answer questions. Wonderful selection of plants scrubs and flowers! We also got a good sale on 3 ceiling fans here. Conveniently located as well.

Apparently the Home Depot is not like the commercial portrays. They do not have a variety of water softner filters available. In the store trying to be a doer and get things done but..........the Home Depot let me down. So i went to Walmart got my things to be a doer and got things done. Thanks Walmart

I used to like shopping at Home Depot but it seems recently they pretty much stop giving a military discount. They still say that your getting a discount but its no where near 10%. I spent nearly $450 yesterday and only got $1.90 for a discount, I asked the checkout cashier what the deal was and she said they are not giving discounts on building supplies anymore. Its Home Depot, most people shop there for building supplies. I will take my business to Lowes where they care about our Military.Please stop shopping at Home Depot and go to Lowes.

Customer just doesnt seem to be a priority here anymore. May have to start using lowes. Waited 30 plus minutes for 3 slates of fence. Been coming her for years and often. Lived going there and now just seems lime a pain, no one is polite and asks if you need help anymore

Huge selection of plants. Man working garden center was very knowledgeable. Prices good. My husband bought a drill for work. He loves it and said the price was decent. I returned to buy a Pitcher Plant. The lady at the check out was amazing in her knowledge of native plants. Thank you!!!

Don at customer service was superb. I only had one item to purchase and he was more than willing to ring me out at the customer service return center which I thought was awesome. I was only buying ortho ant killer, lawn and garden was extremely busy and also the store checkout lanes were as well. I would recommend him as employee of the month for going to extra mile.

Normally dont shop here but, they had what I needed. The young man at the customer service desk was very put out because I didnt immediately have my order number. He wasnt pleasant or understanding. I left with my item ( I did remember where my order number was) but, I felt like a bother

This Home Depot is organized and the staff is friendly. They have self check outs as well. The first Saturday of every month they have a free Kids workshop. Kids get to put together a project. They get a Home Depot apron and a pin. I want to give a thumbs up the Jim B he assisted my child with the project and was very patient and nice 😁

A fine gentleman helped me find the product I was looking for, and when I couldnt reach it he was able to get it for me. Very friendly and accommodating.

We were surprised and deeply honored that there were two parking places for Veterans! We were looking for patio furniture cushions, and found the size we were looking for, but not the variety in colorful patterns we were hoping to find. So, I ordered the patterns I wanted online at Home Depot to be delivered to my home. The good news...free shipping. The bad news... we lost 10% discount not being able to use our military ID card online.

We brought lots of pretty flowers and Miracle Grow dirt to put them in got everything went very well. A helpful employee put the items in our car

We were trying to buy a cordless mower, yet multiple stock numbers couldnt be looked up because they came up as a mower blade. All the cordless mowers outside had the batteries and chargers laying in the bagger COMPLETELY FULL OF WATER! To top it off, they sent us to another store 45 minutes away and they had none in stock!

They need to motivate there employees.

Some of the workers here try to help people. Some dont. Dont buy a grill from here! I bought one and 3months later the ignitor failed they wouldnt replace it (manufacturer did) 6months later it failed, I bought another from here lasted 2 months? Parking lot is small

If you use Home Depot for your counter tops, it is a scam to get you to pay for more than you want. HD told us the counter tops that are on sale for $31 or $32 per sq ft are pre made and we would have to pay for a 6 back splash whether we wanted it or not, per national HD policy. That means you are paying HD for an extra sq ft of granite for every linear foot of counter top you are buying even if you don’t want a back splash or if you want a shorter back splash than 6”, AND counter tops at Custom Marble and Granite (their local fabricator for HD for miles around) are NOT pre made, they are cut to order. So if you fell for this HD line, youve been had. Most issues are with Home Depot and their effort to scam you out of more money, not Custom Marble and Granite.We thought HD would be a great buy until we heard this line of nonsense. We received quotes at 4 granite shops besides HD. We contracted with Custom Marble and Granite themselves and did not go through HD and they custom made our counter tops to our specifications, WITHOUT a back splash.Ed and all the staff at Custom Marble and Granite did a fantastic job on my kitchen counters. They were precision cut and fit perfectly. They were fast and efficient, answered all our questions and left us highly informed regarding the care of our new counter tops. I would highly recommend them for any and all marble and granite work. They have a great selection and are reasonably priced. Just don’t fall for the Home Depot scam. Shop around, there are a lot of granite shops that have integrity, HD is not one of them.

Starting to act like Walmart. Insisting on showing a receipt five feet from the cashier. Same cashier I paid snatched my receipt to Mark it loaded in my vehicle . I snatched it back. I dont like being treated like a crook. I am not going back. Lowes didnt treat me like that..

Myself and three other woman had to wait 15 minutes for assistance. You had checkers doing nothing but the paint department was left unattended. Thank goodness Jeff came to our assistance. He was trying to help other customers and got there as soon as he could. Shame on you!! Leaving one man to run several departments. With lazy employees doing nothing. One girl wouldnt even call for us so we could get help. Get it together or we will use Home depot .you only get on star because Jeff helped

I shopped at Home Depot this evening and purchased a $136.00 in merchandise- none of this was on sale. I showed my military status, I RECEIVED a $1.30 off with my military discount. I went and asked I believe I am supposed to 10% off for serving, Home Depot responded only if are vendors allow this. They told me they are not like LOWES, who gives you a 10% off your total if not on sale. I am DISGUSTED with HOME DEPOT. I WILL go to LOWES where I am treated better.Connie Allman

Love this home depot. I usually go to the one in Fort Pierce, but from now on I will make the trip to vero. Staff seems to be more friendly, especially in paint department. I needed a bunch of different samples and the guy working there was very fast and helpful.

They sell you a refrigerator, you wait 10 days, then they send out two dopes who cant touch anything that involves the ice maker line. SERIOUSLY????

I just used the curbside pickup for the first time. I actually had two separate orders I had placed. One was about 10 days ago and the other one I just placed this morning. When I arrived I just open the link in my text message and told them I was there they brought out both orders within 5-10 minutes maybe. Very simple very easy and I was on my way. I am very satisfied and will definitely use this option again.

You cant really find nobody to help you employees are overwhelmed then they avoid you but for the most part convenience and pray Jesus is coming back very soon praise God

Arrived for curbside pickup, checked in. Got a call a few minutes later that theyd need a couple minutes to get my order down. I asked if I could use the restroom and was given the green light. Quick in and out. The curbside pickup guys arrived just as I came back to my car, loaded up, checked my ID, and I was gone. Max 15 minutes in to out. Big thumbs up for this Home Depot!

I like that they offer curbside pick up, but I wish they had better attitude. When I called the older gentleman who picked up the phone (short, bald buzz cut, with glasses) had an attitude with me. I couldn’t catch his entire name but it started with a D. When he brought my order out to my car he started banging on my trunk, my receipt flew away and he never gave me my receipt (I paid online) wouldn’t recommend their curbside pick up at all, until their employees get proper training with it.

Good Home Depot location..usually not busy.
