Went online saw what we wanted . Went to store and nothing that is online is avail. I find this to be false advertising. Lady behind counter was very rude. Customer service is #1 with me. Will never step foot in any of there locations .

Gene and his wife along with all of his staff are extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to talk to. They all will go above and beyond to make your furniture rental or purchase a pleasant experience. I have been a customer of OWN IT NOW for a few years and would never think of going anywhere else. Great service!! Tracy in the office was so helpful helping my wife pick the perfect sectional! Delivery was great, Juan and Lorenzo were so fast at getting the couch in and together! Very friendly staff!!

Their so unprofessional. I was in and out in 2 minutes. This place needs to go out of business. They told me to go to Ashley Furniture. That should have been my first stop cause this place sucks

My visit in the store was perfect..but its no where amazing as the delivery..Lorenzo was beyond respectful and helpful and absolutely AWESOMEEEEE and gave me more Information then I could ever ask for...

Horrible customer service. The owner Gene has no communication with his employees and they will harass you over and over and screw you over. Lorenzo is the worse unprofessional employee I have ever seen you work in a public place not a child care.. They are also way OVER priced... save you time and go somewhere worth it...

Go to Aaron’s. Gene the manager is the most disrespectful fake professional I’ve ever come into contact with. He would rather ruin a sales relationship over $16 then to work it out with a willing customer. He doesn’t deserve 1 stat but google requires me to put one.
