We were sold a refrigerator that was defective.Instead if replacing it they are ordering a part which will take 2-7 weeks.A new appliance that’s broken. Bought microwave from Jetson Vero beach and transformer shorted out middl of the night and almost burned my house down they tell me that they don’t build the units and sorry about you bad luck. Fire department had to remove unit had I not had to go to bathroom my kids and I would have been dead and their response was too bad they don’t build the units and nothing they can do. I’ll never buy or recommend jetson for anything

After hours of failed trips to find anything decent and having to go out of my way to find help at other stores I was approached quickly here and helped. Even with appliances in short supply the gentleman (I forgot your name but thank you for your help) went one by one threw his computer until he could find me what I wanted. After a stressful disappointing day it was very nice to get good help. 100% will be returning.

Never again will I deal with Jetsons. First, I ordered a refrigerator for my office, picked it up and unboxed it. The door was heavily damaged so I called the sales woman in Ft Pierce who immediately got an attitude when I told her I need it picked up and replaced. She said no, you have to bring it back, I refused. She eventually got it approved after talking to two managers.Second, my dishwasher which is 1 1/2 years old failed, I paid $99 for a diagnostic visit that I was told would be credited to the repair, which wasn’t. The tech had no idea what he was doing, he was on the phone with someone else and eventually quoted us $488 which we had to pay upfront. I paid, they ordered the parts but they never called me. I called them back, the parts were in and they scheduled the repair a few days later. The day of the repair, the tech called to say he opened the box and the part was damaged. He was rude and told me to deal with the office. I called for a complete refund. The irony is, I was planning to buy a new refrigerator, cook stove and microwave. I just spent over $6000 with another company ordering everything and included a dishwasher. The poor customer service, the poor communication, the poor attitudes forced me to forgo staying local and ordering from a national company.

Jetsons provides poor customer service especially to senior citizens.Your website talks about the importance of customer service; yet your Vero Beach store has given an elderly woman extremely poor service. Her dryer, which is under warranty, has not worked for more than 8 weeks. There have been several service visits and they ordered parts, but it still does not work. What good is a warranty if you have to go for 2 months without using your dryer? What is worse is that your customer service people have given her the run-around. She has called several times and they put her on hold, do not call her back, nor respond with a resolution on a timely basis. They have given her conflicting information and have not taken responsibility.Meg Lyons

Douglas provided delivery and installed our dishwasher. He was very thoughtful, and did a wonderful job. He showed me the features of the machine once it was installed When we had a problem a week later, he came back and explained how he was going to correct the issue. We appreciate how thorough Douglas has been. The other appliances were delivered one by one. Each of the other delivery men were also very professional. Thumbs up for the Jetson delivery and install team.

We are still waiting for a replacement door for our LG fridge, the 4th one, since the end of March! All arrived damaged from shipping. The 3rd was scheduled for replacement last Thursday. No one even called or texted to say it would not happen. Whats wrong folks? Disappointing.

My wife and I spent approximately $38k in appliances with Jetson about one year ago. Jetson struggled from the very beginning to get our pricey standalone, high quality ice maker to work. In fact, it took them nearly two months after date of install to get the ice maker to finally function properly. It turned out to be a programming issue. Fast forward 1 year 1 month after date of purchase. I called about an error message that I was getting from the ice maker. It had stopped working. Jetsons service department didnt even try to diagnose the problem over the phone. Instead, the lady who answered the phone kept regurgitating how the warranty had expired. Furthermore, if I wanted service assistance, I needed to pay $90 upfront just to schedule an appointment. I ultimately reached out to the ice maker OEMs customer service department. They actually understood the value in good customer service, and happily guided me through the issues w/out charging me $90. Turned out it wasnt a big deal. So, if you want to pay a PREMIUM for your appliances and receive this type of treatment, Jetsons the place to go. However, I strongly advise you to spare yourselves from the aggravations thatll arise from Jetsons poor business practices. Just purchase your high end appliances from other dealers in Melbourne or West Palm where chances are you will be guaranteed better customer service. Dont make the same mistake I made.On a side note, I have a daughter attending Vero Beach High. All thanks to her mother and my daughters self-discipline and personal drive, my daughter continues to evolve into an outstanding human being and a top 10 student. Almost every morning I take her to get breakfast. We park on the public parking lot directly across from Jetsons store between the hours of 6:50am to 7:02am. I do this so my daughter can finish her breakfast in peace before taking her to school. This is also our time to catch up and bond. Approximately two months ago, we were going through our daily routine when I notice police lights flashing behind our parked car and a police officer flashing his bright flashlight on my face. Turns out Jetson called the police on my daughter and I for parking in a public parking lot, peacefully, and mind our own business. Not only are these people horrible at customer service, they also dont show any affection towards innocent bystanders.

He has great attention to detail. He has guided us to our washer dryer set, refrigerator and chest freezer. We purchased on 12/28/2020 three kitchen appliances. The salesman William Cifuni had one appliance instock. The Microwave was on an invoice to be delivered to the store. We have called several times. The new stove was at the store 12 days .we checked ourselves for the delivery. The store never called to set up delivery. William promised to contact the company regarding our microwave. He has repeatedly not returned our call. My husband has purchased many appliance from them in the past and had good service. This is poor customer service. We will on longer purchase from Jetson. They are anxious to sale. But not willing to get the appliances to your home.

Jetson damaged my door jam while delivering appliances. They put 18 extra holes in my door jam while trying to rehang the door. Jetson has not made a satisfactory repair. All Im asking is they fix the damage and they are refusing to do so. Below there is a comment from the owner asking me to contact them. Which I did. Still no reply, In my opinion, they added this comment to pretend they are concerned. I have called many times, spoken to BBB and the state. Consumers have no protection from this type of damage. Beware of using Jetson. They are unscrupulous.

The things that we like about Jetsons are fair pricing, prompt delivery and great service. We recently purchased a washer/dryer and they came in two days in the 2 hr window promised. We had a little hiccup- the dryer needed a side vent- and they swapped it out and came back the next day. Vince and Davey knew their stuff and even figured out a better venting arrangement. They are nice enough selling things to you ( and we have purchased at least 7 items from them in the past) but now we are done with them. Service after purchase is TERRIBLE. Read reviews from Joseph S, Dan P, Todd K, and Joan L below. Our experience is similar. Our large screen tv broke; it was under warranty. Two days after service came it was approved for replacement. Three weeks later we still don’t have a replacement. In those three weeks, five phone calls, not one returned as promised, a visit back to the store to plead for intervention with their service department. They agreed to a 40” loaner. The next day they sent a TINY loaner which DID NOT WORK. LOL. Then they returned with a mid sized one which did work. But, seriously... dealing with these people after purchase is a nightmare of varying stories and excuses, failure to return calls, and failure to replace a tv under warranty (which the warranty company approved for replacement 2 1/2 weeks ago). Buyer beware: nice sales people; horrible company follow up if you need them later.

I recently purchased a beautiful 65-inch Samsung TV from Jetson. I gave them my business card and they incorrectly recorded both the delivery address AND the home phone number, so delivery day was a disaster. Three days after the delivery I had to pay “up-front” $106.99 for a service call which was later cancelled. After nine days of repeated phone calls they finally credited my VISA card. A week ago, I wrote a detailed letter of these issues to the president, John Jetson, and he choose not to respond. This is a very unprofessional company that has little or no respect for the customer’s wallet or time.

I dont usually write reviews but sometimes you just have to spread the good news. I have been a lifetime believer in family appliance stores. The big box stores deliver and walk away. I am a new resident in Vero and my brand new refrigerator appeared to stop working. I called and even though the builder had purchased it elsewhere-- from a place that wouldnt help-- I was able to arrange a SAME DAY visit. Even though it was technically under warranty and I had to pay for the visit, I was grateful for Joe K and Wayne who consented to run over and help me. In addition they were able to help me get all my appliances registered for warranty and order a new ice maker for my defective one, this time under warranty.I had just purchased a new washer dryer from Jetson and I am very glad I chose them. WITH APPLIANCES SERVICE MATTERS!!!! Thank you SO much!! You have made a customer for life!

Dont do business with this place, totally misrepresenting them self, lies after lies, cant get straight answer only alibis. Order ref,range dishwasher,microwave, two Samsung tvs.Back in July 2020 to make sure we would have the appliance when we move into are new residents. Mark the salesman said they would be readyany time we wanted delivery. Called to set up delivery in the first week in Sept. Was told they had been sold and and we would need to wait.Waited a week,had to call them,was told by Mark that they only have floor model dishwasher,the range had been discontinued but would have another model,these appliance was finally delivered. The refrigerator still waiting 4 weeks later.All ways the same excuse will be on the next truck.no calls nothing, finally called was told by Mark, if we didnt like waiting he would give are money back and go somewhere.So again they lied that just to get the business and the lied to that the appliance would be held for us. They have damaged our pull out cabinet that stores our garbage can over a month ago and it is still not fixed. Between the service department and the sales people I’m not sure who, if any, are telling the truth.The rack on the dishwasher has not worked properly since installation.They have also damaged the molding under the cabinets.I would stay away and not buy from Jetson’s. I’m all for buying from local small stores, but with this type of service, I am never going back.

I made a purchase for my stove,oven and microwave and dishwasher in slate on January 15th I put down 500$ and financed the rest they told me 6-8 weeks it is now end of March and I have not received one item I ordered . We reached out 2 weeks ago they said they received our microwave and yet no one has offered to bring it even tho when they sold it to us they said if they needed to they would bring it as it comes as they make deliverys in our area.poor communication

Do NOT purchase an appliance from Jetsons - POOR customer service. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Jetsons about May 1. Due to product delivery delays, Jetsons substituted a LG dishwasher instead and I was never notified before it was delivered.When the LG dishwasher was delivered to my house I felt like I had no choice but to accept the LG dishwasher. Once installed, the LG did not work. Jetsons sent out their best repairman. He was able to get it to work but that was the last time. Since the best repairman at Jetsons was not to fix the dishwasher permanently, I requested a LG technician but so far no one has come to fix issue. It has been almost 6 months and I still dont have a dishwasher that works. If service is important to you I would shop elsewhere.

I arm writing this letter to show my appreciation for the wonderful service and how I was treated at Jetsons. I have been meaning to do this for a while and I am sorry that I have not written sooner.It all began when I was just looking to see what type of washer and dryer was on the market. I had heard about the new GE washer and dryer and I was fortunate to have Jay Mann to show me its features along with the other ones on display. He really knows the inventory well. Jay was not pushy and I felt safe that he had my best interest at hand.I was right. I was led to the washer and dryer that fits beautifully in my home. I think that had it not been for Jay’s patience and insight, I might not have purchased this from Jetsons. Because of his professional knowledge and my feeling that I was being protected and getting the best product out there… I purchased it from Jetsons.I had bought something from here a few years ago and really love that they have all the products in stock. I don’t know if people realize what a luxury it is to have the product in stock when and if you are ready.In closing, the men that delivered the appliances were wonderful and the whole experience was in the end a pleasure and a relief that I finally got what I needed. It is very quiet and truly fits beautifully in my home. Sadly they have gone down hill. Have been my go to provider for appliances for years. I really loved their warranty that allowed service right in the home. Unfortunately in recent years their home service warranty has gone downhill significantly. my most recent example has to do with our washing machine. It took them almost two weeks to get a technician to come to our house. When the technician came he didnt have the part needed to fix the washing machine. The part was a simple hose. Then it took them three weeks to get the part in. When they finally got the part they said it would be three more weeks before the technician to come out and only after serious complaining did they turn that into three days. So three days later the technician comes out and promptly lets us know that he forgot to bring the part in his van and that this trip would need to be rescheduled. Were right back to square one Our washing machine is still broken. Very disappointing.

Jetson sales people are inconsiderate, dishonest, and and unreliable. Good luck to anyone who buys from them. My story to date: Bought a full kitchen set of appliances. Sales mark Snediker said the invention stove top comes with a set of pots and pans. We took delivery of the appliances in 1st week of March. When I confirmed delivery, mark confirmed pots / pans would be delivered too. Delivery came and no pots and pans. Called mark, he said they forgot at warehouse, and he would get them and bring to us. A week later, we have heard nothing from mark. We call, and he says they are out and need to wait for shipment. He will call us end of week.End of week, no call. We call mark. Says not in, will call us beginning of next week.End of week, no call. We call again. Mark says he will talk to manager to see what they can do - either a credit or get them somewhere else. Will call us on Thursday.Friday, no call. We call and mark off. Ask for manager. Manager with someone, will call back.Evening, no call. Call back. Manager is gone for the day.Call Saturday. Mark says he will get this taken care of of. He works Tuesday, and will call us.Wednesday. No call. We call, he says he is using his own money to get us pots and pans, and will let us know early next week when the pots and pans will be shipped via amazon.Friday, no call. Call and ask for mark. He is off. Ask for manager. He is off. speak with Will. He says our account looks closed out, nothing is owed, and no pots and pans listed on sale.I am about to blow a gasket. He says he will get ahold of mark and call me right back.....it’s been an hour now, still nothing.

I called to get an idea of their prices and any advice on recommendations for a washer. They gave me three brands with model numbers and pricing to look up. I did my research and found that they not only recommended some of the best rated washers, but sold them for comparable prices! They were right in the ballpark of other retailers (if not exact) but made the process SO MUCH easier. I had tried to arrange purchase delivery through HD and Lowes but neither had the washer we wanted in stock and it would take a minimum of 2-3 weeks before we had it. So I called Jetsons back and spoke with another rep who was just as helpful and pleasant to work with as the first gentleman I spoke with. In literally less than 5 minutes I had a new washer that would be delivered the next morning!!! We have a few more appliances on our list and will definitely be returning!

I have always liked shopping local and heard Jetsons is the place to go for appliances. Went in on a weekday and was politely greeted by the sales staff. I wanted to walk around for a bit and take a look at what they had on display. Once I got my barrings on what I was looking for the salesman came over and answered every question i had. Super informative and knowledgable. After a little bit of talking to him I made my decision and set the purchase up for a delivery day. On the day of delivery everything came on time. They cleaned up after themselves and left me feeling like I definitely made the right choice. I will most certainly be back for future purchases.

Our LG fridge of only 9 years decided to die on 3-19-20. After going to Best Buy, Lowe’s and home Depot we called Jetsons. They pleaded with us not to buy from those stores and to come down to have a look.Best decision ever. Marty was our salesman and turned out to be instrumental in our new fridge arriving next day and arranging for an installation problem to be taken care of the same day.AJ the service tech arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and had us running in no time.Everything about the experience in dealing with Jetson made us happy we went there. Had an appointment for 7/14/2018 for you to come and look at our refrigerator to see if it could be fixed at a reasonable price. Well you didnt show up and didnt even call! Outstanding customer service. First time I made a purchase there I was in NY and in a panic as the dishwasher went in my rental unit. I didnt know who to call and then remembered their name. I spoke to a Will C. on a Sunday and in less than 24 hours he had it professionally installed. My renters were ecstatic.Just last Sunday my TV blew and I immediately went there for a replacement. Will was busy but one of the other sales people ( Jason M.)immediately helped me out on Wills behalf. In a matter of minutes I was out the door and got home in time to set it up and watch the big games. Great team of dedicated employees and very competitive pricing. They love their jobs!

I wouldn’t buy appliances from anywhere else! Their prices are excellent but their service is outstanding, especially in this day and time of Internet only, impersonal service! We bought our appliances there about 6 months ago. Don’t judge me, but it took me that long to use the oven! I was unsure if the oven preheat function worked or not. I called the store, and within 24 hours they had a serviceman at my condo! No long hold times, no long wait. Knowledgeable friendly service- just like the good old days. And they were nice guys, JT did a great job! And the end of the story is that it wasn’t the appliance after all, it was me and I didn’t understand how it worked. Go Jetsons!

Salesmen Josh Gwinnup was outstanding in helping us pick out a refrigerator we needed ASAP!! Josh was very informative and very helpful. It was quick & easy to purchase and was in & out in 15min!! I totally give the delivery guys 5 stars. My refrigerator total went on the blink. I went to Jetsons Appliance and picked out one, had it delivered and when it arrived it was to big for the space. The deliver guys ( Drey & Darrious) took it back to the store. I went back to the store to select another one but my sales guy (Marty Hocking) said they didnt have one to fit my space, and was very convincing I must take a much smaller fridge. Needles to say, I was very disappointed. Drey and Darrious once again came and delivered my new refrigerator. They both saw my disappointment on my face and said you dont want this do you? I sadly replied no! The two delivery guys loaded it back into the delivery truck and said lets go to the store because we have a few that will fit your space and you will be happy. In my surprise i found a refrigerator that I love Love and it fits perfectly in the space and I am so very happy.I am so very thankful for these two delivery guys who made my day and made me a happy customer. Our kitchen range died Sunday 10/20. First thing Mon 10/21, we went to our favorite appliance dealer in Vero Beach and met with Marty Hocking who expertly helped us select a very reasonably priced Frigidaire replacement. He scheduled delivery and setup for late afternoon Tues 10/22. Surprisingly we received a call shortly after noon that the team was on the way. Setup was very efficiently handled by Elige, Dom & Nelson. Everything was in place and working by 2;30. They were very courteous and did a great job of instructing us on the workings of this new range. Thanks again to Jetsons for making a possibly unpleasant situation turn out very smoothly.We have purchased a number of appliances from Jetsons and have yet to have anything but a great experience and will definitely continue to recommend them to friends and neighbors.Bill & Vicki HeidrichN. Went to Jetson tv and appliance to look for a whole kitchen package. when i first walked into the store it had a great hometown feel. all the employees were friendly. i was there for about 2 hours and the salesman went over multiple brands and knew all the features about all of them. it was very impressive. i finally ended up selecting the gallery series appliances for my kitchen. the salesman gave me a great price and service. on the delivery day i was given a two hour window in the morning. later that day they arrived on time were very professional and polite and were in and out of my house in about 45 minutes. cleaned up after themselves and showed me the basics on working some of the appliances. it was a great experience all around and i felt no pressure to buy anything. the salesman was Marty and i will definitely be using this company again for future purchases.thank you jetsons for making it so easy and painless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID! For years my family has bought TVs and appliances from Jetson, but when my Mom bought a nice new Kitchenaid fridge (supposedly top of the line) a few years ago, we realized things are different now. This fridge has been nothing but problems, does not stay cold, ice maker doesn’t keep ice and drips, etc. Contacted Jetson multiple times during the first year and always got some cheap attempt at a fix that didn’t work. Now it is out of warranty so my mom is paying for these repairs. I came to visit to find of course that the fridge is still not cold. Instead of calling again we are going to cut our losses and get a new one from Lowe’s where they will stand behind their products and do the right thing. The fact is this fridge has never worked, so if Jetson’s wants to try to continue to fix it then they should work that out with Kitchenaid, but in my opinion, after this many issues they should realize it’s a lemon and do the right thing and replace it. But I don’t think this is the same company and service as when we bought our first Sony TV there 25 years ago. Sad.

This is the first time I have ever left a review. After reading the reviews I was nervous to try Jetsons but I did and let me tell you it was the best experience buying appliances I could have. I shopped the big guys and had to wait forever just to get helped. I think most of the bad reviews on here are from people that couldnt be satisfied if you gave them the world. This is a revision to my previous review which is shown below.Jetsons agreed that their technician failed to properly diagnose the problem with my mothers Miele dishwasher. They are going to refund her payment.This puts Jetsons back at the top of my list of good, local companies. I will buy from Jetsons when I need my next appliance or television.Previous Review:My mother purchased a premium Miele dishwasher from Jetson. I would never pay that much, but it is her money. After two years of seasonal use, the Miele stopped working. She called Jetson. They came out and diagnosed that she needed a new water valve. The total repair would cost around $800. I attempted to fix it and had no luck.Yesterday, my brother-in-law came down from Maine and fixed the Miele by extracting a plastic bottle cap from the circulation pump intake. Yes, it was a free fix (other than what he and my sister paid to come down and visit.)Jetson gets one star for showing up and they get a second star for knowing how to open the door.Dont feel bad. Last year he fixed a refrigerator that Brandts Appliance failed to fix in three visits.

After spending the last two days shopping for a new refrigerator and dishwasher in Vero Beach, I learned some valuable lessons. I went to Lowes, Home Depot, Sears and Jetson. All pushing their Labor Day sales. And all within one dollar of each other. Lesson one, these stores dont have sales. The sale price is really their every day price. As a combat wounded Viet Nam veteran, I included Jetson in the search due to their veteran-owned and operated status. As it turns out, Lowes gives a 10% discount to veterans on all purchases. I then went to Jetson as my last stop. They had the same price as everyone else. I took my credit card out and then asked about their veteran discount. I was told they dont offer one. I just naturally assumed that this veteran owned and operated business would. Thats what I get for assuming. So, Lowes got my business. And the final lesson is, if youre a veteran, shop at Lowes.

Jetson Appliance and Electronics was terrific in every way. When I first walked into the store, I was greeted by staff who were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They listened to my unique set up for electronics and gave me solutions that included ordering a special mount. They followed through on everything they said they would do from the order through the installation. Before the installation, Brian Pietsch came out to evaluate the set up at no charge to see exactly what we needed and ensure the install would go smoothly. The installation crew was professional, neat and tested that everything was in good working order before they left. I was worried at first that I would be paying more to use Jetsons but that was not the case. The price of the TVs actually came down after I placed the order and they automatically matched it without my having to ask plus I got their amazing service. I am extremely happy and will definitely choose them again.

This is the first negative review Ive ever posted. All the following is what I emailed them on June 8th and here it is June 29th and I still havent heard from them, think twice before you buy here. Hello, we bought a refrigerator from you guys on 5/29/15 while on vacation in Vero Beach. It was delivered on the 30th, we put all of our food in it and the following morning we discovered it didnt work and had to throw out about 60.00 in groceries. I called and you werent able to deliver a new one on Sunday so we had to live out of a cooler and go shopping a second time. Then we had to wait until about 12:30 on Monday, when they put the new one in place I noticed the side that is open to full view had a few scratches and 2 dents. They offered to discount it 50.00 which I found insulting because the one we removed was in better shape. So they then had to deliver a 3rd one on Tuesday and this one worked and wasnt damaged. I left 3 messages at the Vero beach location for a manager to call me because I felt we were basically screwed out of the food, never mind waiting around on 3 different days while on an 8 day vacation. We still have not heard from anyone and I feel the store should compensate us in someway so its fair to all of us. Im also a business owner in New Jersey and New York and we are firm believers in supporting the smaller local stores, but in this case I feel like I made a mistake and should have gone to the big box stores. I know the it wasnt an expensive purchase but this was just for one of our rental units and I feel something should be done to correct this. Dont waste your time. We prefer to support our local small businesses instead of the usual big box stores and went to Jetsons for a new refrigerator and dishwasher. What a mistake! They told us the refrigerator wouldnt be in for a month, which we said was OK. We got 18 months interest free financing and was told we wouldnt have to start paying until after the appliances were received. It is over two months and we STILL dont have the refrigerator. No calls. No explanations. I tracked down the manager and he said he tracked down the truck and gave me a date the fridge would be in. The day before it was to arrive, I got another call saying it wouldnt be in until the following Friday. Well, its Friday and STILL no call from Jetsons and hence, no refrigerator. However, I did get the bill for both appliances. When I questioned why, since I was told we wouldnt get billed until after they arrived, I was told the girl in the office said it had to be that way to get the 18 months interest-free financing. Again, no one called to tell us anything. This will be the absolutely last time I set foot into Jetsons.

I have made many appliance and TV purchases over the years and always had a wonderful experience. The staff are alway very friendly and extremely knowledgable of all of the brands. A few months back I bought a new fridge. The delivery men were nice. They were on time and installed the fridge and cleaned up everything. Unfortunately about 8 months later the fridge stopped making ice. I called Jetsons and they set up a repair order. The repair man came out but the problem was with a permanent part and it was unable to be repaired. He said it would have to be replaced. He showed me what was broken and explained what and why it couldnt be repaired. I was still under warranty so he took pictures and said they would set up a claim with the manufacturer. They advised someone would contact me within 72 hours. Jetsons repair center called the next day and explained the process and how they submitted everything to the manufacturer for a replacement. Within a week the manufacturer called and advised they would replace the fridge at no charge. They said Jetsons would be I touch with me on ordering my new fridge. Jetsons called me and advised that they needed to order that model and would have it in a couple days. Once received they delivered, set up and cleaned up all in a timely manner. I was really impressed with the service. They did everything within the timeframe they said. It was very pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with from the sales associates, repair and claims personnel and delivery men were all extremely helpful. I highly recommend Jetsons. Exceptional products, staff and service! I will gladly continue to buy from them.

We had a $2444.94 order delivered on 7-27-15 for a washer and dryer with a 5 year warranty. Delivery people called and said they were going to come in the afternoon when I was sched for 10:30 - 12:30 that day, I told them to come over now which they were angry about, it was raining so they asked if they could prep the machines in my garage I and agreed to and I let them, when they arrived they were very curt and rude and in a major rush. Their cabinet installer perso Chris was there earlier in the am to lift my laundry room cabinets so the new w&d would fit...Reason Im stating this is that he is a witness to the condition of my laundry room floor which is marble. The installers did not have a dolly when they arrived, one of them dragged the washer on the floor and not two of them to carry it over the threshold, I asked them not to scratch the marble, the one told me he was a pro at this and would not scratch the marble and proceeded to rest it on the threshold plate and drag it over the plate and cracked and broke the marble floor next to the threshold, and scratched another tile. I cleaned up their debris they left in my garage when they prepped the machines, I came back into the laundry room and was the broken marble and the loose threshold, the one installer accussed me of damaging my own floors and said youre setting us up lady, they never leveled the machines the top was 2 wider that the bottom of the machines when put together. Luckli the cabinet contracto thst woks for Jetson came back after the left and he leveled the two machines he went on the floor took of the drawer to the pedestal and he got the machine leveled out. the installers also left a rubber hose exposed and showing from the top of the machines and Chris fixed it for me. I called Jetsons spoke to Marty Hocking the MGR about what happened, he told ME to call the warehouse manager( which he should have handled, they pass all their mistakes back to the customer) Angelo the warehouse manager was rude, told him wht his guys said on the way out and he didnt believe me. I got back on the phone with Marty the store manager and told hime I am not dealing with the warehoure manager. Then I called and spoke to them that day about cancelling my warranty and there was a discrepancy on the invoice of 26.94 from the quote from Joshua to the invoice amount. I called accounting in Ft Pirrce to gayle, she was rude as well and said the credit will appear when they get good and ready sending thei paper work down to he and not any sooner. Thas funny the charged my Amex fast enough on the purchase. A few days later The 2nd in line dowmn from mr jetson called Jim Kemstilli, I sent him pics of the marble and the threshold needing repair he said they would come this Friday to do the repairs, today 7-30-15 he said he could get a marble guy over there to meet my demands... and it would be next week, meanwhile my home is for sale and a buyer came in the other day and saw green duck tape on the floor and threshold to keep us from ripping outr feet on the sharp edge of the broken marble. So today I explained to Jim I cant wait till next week, we are hopping over the floor to get to the garage and the prospects looking at the home are wonder why the floor is taped up.
