I purchased a Dyson vacuum from this location. After a few weeks it stopped working. Dyson support was very helpful and said they would replace the unit but the body was out of stock for about 6 weeks. I decided I would try and see if the store could help. I spoke with Victoria the store manager and she went above and beyond to help me even with a great attitude. She looked up my purchase to find my receipt and was able to have a new Dyson shipped right to my house. I can you tell that my experience at that store was amazing. That was top notch customer service and corporate should be proud how she represents their business. I will continue to shop at this location for all my household needs because of the customer service they provide. Again, thank you Victoria for a great service experience!

My first time there had an online issue Victoria helped me order online great customer service.

Overpriced. Requested a coupon at cashier and she didnt have one, so I ordered same item on Amazon for way less..even with the coupon the item would have been more at BB&B. But...the store smelled great.

Terrible service. Ladies at front register were too busy with their personal conversation to help customers. Pretty sure this store is overpriced compared to Target, Walmart, etc. Doubtful i will return.

New to the area, Ive visited here a few times now and have found the employees to be very kind and helpful. They are out of some things, but still carry a nice selection. Will be visiting here again!

Not enough sales people Im not a very big selection

Very nice store with a lot of great items for your home and the staff there were very friendly and helpful when we went in. We were asked twice if there was anything we needed help with. The only drawback is there prices on some items were higher than other stores I have been in.

After walking around in wonder at all that was offered and delighted by some unusual Thanksgiving chocolates near the check out area... I had the best Cashier! A gentleman who naturally went above and beyond...had the best attitude and kindness. I left pleased and satisfied with my experience here. Thank you. Everytime I get dragged in here with my wife. We always end up buying something.....I do have to agree however, that they have a lot of good stuff in here. Staff always helpful.

Wonderful staff here. Everyone at this location is extremely friendly and helpful, whether on the store floor or at the checkout. Today, a very rude shopper was talking down to an employee and being generally argumentative and disagreeable; the employee couldnt have been more polite or patient. Best location Ive visited.

Selection is small.....way over priced. I saw items there...same brand names that I could get at Target and Walmart for less than half the price. Just because they charge by more for an item doesnt make them better it just makes them greedy.

Very nice store with mostly friendly help. Good variety of products and even self gift wrapping, but they will help if asked. The aisles are small between products and hard to pass in walkways as they are a busy store. I will return.

There once was a time Id look forward to going to Bed, Bath & Beyond because they had so many cool things you couldnt find anywhere else. Now it just looks like an over stuffed store with nothing but overpriced merchandise that you can find almost anywhere at a significantly lower price.The aisles are tight and when you finally see the item you want, you have to decide whether to spend a weeks pay for it or go home and look online for another store.The quality of products doesnt even compare to the same things they carried years ago. There were even a few things that I had seen at Walmart for at least 50% off of their price.I think its just time to shop elsewhere and save these guys for the 1 thing I might need someday thats only available here. What a shame...another company broken by bad business choices and price increases. 🙄

Bed Bath and Beyond is overly expensive. I always check Amazon, Target and walmart before I buy anything there. I will buy clearance. This store is quite small and its difficult to manage.

By far the smallest Bed Bath & Beyond store Ive ever visited, its also the friendliest. Located on busy State Road 60 (20th Street) in Vero Beach, this place has plenty of parking. Just outside the Indian River Mall, Ive never had to search for a parking space.Friendly and courteous staff, along with a clean store. Lots of specials and deeply discounted items to trip over at the front door, dont forget to bring your 20% off coupons. And dont believe the rumors - these coupons never expire notwithstanding an expiration date. Have a return without a receipt? The staff are more than happy to locate the original sale through your initial charge purchase.I often find myself at this particular location looking for Tassimo or Keurig coffee. Finding something on sale or clearance - along with the 20% off coupon - is guaranteed to drop my bill a bit. Of course, I end up buying things I probably dont need, but - I have plenty of coupons to try and save a buck.A 5-star experience each and every time when shopping at the smallest Bed Bath & Beyond.
