Went to buy a small freezer. Looked it uo on line. Said store had 2 in stock. Went to store. Sales person said they would have to order. I said on line says 2 on hand. She didnt know they carry them in store, just for order. She looked it up and said they did have. Asked to wait a few minutes and they will bring it out. A fee minutes later it was on a cart at the front of store. I paid, they loaded into my minivan. Im happy and the sale saved me $25.00. All good.

Horrible service. I ordered and paid for an electric range. I was told that they could use the existing cord from mine. On delivery date, the delivery people told me they couldn’t install the cord from my stove. I asked them to return the stove because i couldn’t have a stove that is not operable. I called the store, but you get routed to a central calling center. You can’t call the store. I went to the store and bought a cord with a promised delivery date of 7/22 between 8:30 and 9:00. After waiting until after 1:00pm, we had to go to the store because you can’t call the store. It was then they told us that “it wasn’t loaded on the delivery truck”. We were not notified that it wasn’t on the truck .We then have another delivery date of Tuesday 7/27. More waiting. Hopefully it shows up. Horrible customer experience and bad customer service. We should have been notified so we didn’t wait for a delivery that wasn’t coming. The Manager today (Steve) was extremely rude. At first, while I was talking with him on the phone, he just handed the phone to someone else while I was talking. Then, when my daughter was talking with him, he just …walked away. HOW RUDE CAN YOU BE???They had our phone number and email. An so it continues.THEY JUST DON’T CARE!!

The salesperson was great. I think it was Brian. He answered all our questions and didnt try to sell us anything more expensive than what we were looking for. Also, they had to send it to the house because not in stock, and it was here the next day. Their extra warrantee was reasonable & actually does cover what the manufacturer does not.

This is a great location next to the now defunct Indian River Mall. I went in looking for an HDMI adapter that ended up not working with my setup when I got home. I immediately returned to the Best Buy and returned the item with no hassle and in about 5 minutes. Very clean, associates always ready to help. A typical great Best Buy experience.

Had my radio installed yesterday by Jose. He did an exceptional job. I waited for my installation to be completed in the waiting area. Every employee that passed by wore a mask and greeted me, also asked if I needed any help. Amazing crew. When I need a electronic help. I wont hesitate to call up the best buy team!

Mark, the installation expert who installed our new LG TV did a fabulous job and was terrific to work with. He went out of his way to explain the system involving the Sonos soundbar we also purchased. He is very knowledgeable and highly experienced.It was a tricky installation and when we had a glitch shortly after he returned and fixed it.I cannot recommend him highly enough. His colleague Francis was also great.

Normally I dont have any issues, but this morning (around 10 am) I bought something to pick up in store and the app and website say its in stock so I waited for the text to let me know to come down and pick it up. But 7pm rolled around and I wanted to get the item today so I could use it, so I called down there to see what the issue was. I was on hold for about 30 mins and when the phone did pick up it sounded like some one took the phone off the hook and set it on a desk (I could hear background noise) I assumed that no one would do that so I stayed on the line for a few mins expecting someone to pickup, but they didnt. Im just going to pick it up elsewhere tomorrow.

Im super spoiled from having lived in a bigger city, so I was a bit disappointed in the DVD/BluRay section and lack of CDs, but with the world being what it is, I understand. Lots of games, computer and phone related products, and lots of higher end home peices like TVs, sound systems, mobile security, Washers, Dryers, and the like!

Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... I was looking to purchase a Sony A7iii with 28 - 70 mm lens kit which is current retail price for $2,199.00. I began to search online for a lower price in which I did find one for $1,799.00. I called the Best Buy Customer Service number where I had talked with a representative and asked if the website I found the $1,799.00 cost was available for price match. After doing research he said “YES we can price match this item for you, would you like to place the order over the phone or in the store?” I seen that the Vero Beach location had 1 more left, so I told the representative that I will go in person that way I have the product in hand today. He said “no worries just let them know that you had spoken with us and give them the source information that you gave me and you will be good to go.” At that time I went to call the Vero Beach location to make sure the product was still available before driving 45 MINUTES to the location. I was on hold twice for over 30 minutes and was not able to connect with anyone... I took my chances and drove out to the location and was happy to see that it was still available. I began the check out process and did exactly what the customer service representative said to do and the manager on duty Elizabeth rudely said, “ Nah that’s not on our list, ain’t no way I’m approving that..” so I just politely and respectfully recited what I was informed to do as per my conversation with the representative and she cut me off and said, ” look It doesn’t matter what you say to me, I’m not going to approve the price match”, slammed a copy of the approved sites on the desk along with the same customer service number I had called earlier that day and just walked away from me... absolutely disrespectful and rude to a loyal customer especially someone who is looking to make a $2,000 purchase... Very disappointing to be treated in that manner, especially from someone in the management division... will NEVER be doing business with Best Buy Vero Beach EVER.......

Today I visited Best Buy for the 1st time in a very long time. I was pleasantly surprised at the inventory of products they had considering the Covid19 shortages. I came looking for a usbc to 3.5mm converter for my Samsung phone. To my surprise they had it in stock. The sales associate helped locate it.The price was good too. It was actually a very good experience. Ill be back soon to find more goodies.It was an easy in and out with a comfortable shopping feeling. They did a great job.

Nothing special here. Couple empty shelves. Same things you can get online at about the same price. Only 1 gaming pcs but with a last generation GPU in it. Next gen game consoles missing and the one they had on display was just an empty plastic case. So much potential just completely wasted in this store.

Great place for all your electronics needs and the employees here are real helpful ! They have great back to school sales as well as holiday promotions throughout the year. Best sales are Valentines Day, Memorial Day, July Summer Sales, Back to school, black Friday, Thanksgiving, Holiday Sales, New Year Sales, 4th of July, Spring Sales, Teachers Day. I love how now you have everything AI and smart home so you can get everything you need to be able to convert you home into a smart home. You can always talk to a manager about an open box itemThere are very knowledgable people here who always offer great solutions to what your looking for when it comes to electronics. Best buy in my opinion beats brandsmart by far in quality products. They always have great promos and sales on brand name products ! You get sufficient discounts here from time to time so you should check you mail newspapers for weekly deals that change every sunday which begins a new week. The do price match and major known retailer or major online retailer. If you are a BBY rewards member you get gift certificates mailed to you email. The do home installations now as well which is pretty cool.

I had the worst experience with the Geek Squad delivery guys. They debated with me about unhooking my washer and dryer when it was told to me by the sales person they can unhook the merchandise and move it in hallway without fee, but I would be required to do the rest of moving unless I payed for that service. Those delivery guys had a non-caring attitude about the situation and didnt try to deescalate the situation by simply being concerned and courteous during the ordeal. I had a family member unhook the washer machine and water was all over the floor. Unfortunately, after telling the delivery guys about this while they sat waiting outside, they ended up leaving with the merchandise after telling them they could have been tipped well if they would have provided excellent customer service. They continued to be defensive and debatable then left with the merchandise. When I contacted the Corporate Office the guy named Daniel was very professional and kind. He is the reason why I took the video I recorded of the drivers behavior off of my Social Media. Overall, Im happy that the guy Daniel provided the customer service needed and assured me that the matter was being handled. Thanks Daniel! P.S. Family members didnt allow me to give a 5 star despite Corporates proper response to the matter. I just hope this doesnt happen again to another customer.

It is impossible to make a direct call to the store to ask if they have an item in stock. When I call the number from the website, I get a national call center. When I asked to be connected to the store directly, they put me on hold three times for over fifteen minutes and then I was disconnected. Now I have spent an hour trying to reach the store and I assume it is not possible.

Had a very good experience!They have impeccable social distancing guidelines in place, and being in the store didnt make me anxious.They made sure they had what we were looking for in stock at the door before they let us wait in an area far away from where people were checking out/interacting with other associates.Unfortunately, they dont activate T-Mobile phones, but we did purchase the Google Pixel 4a there for a really good price.

I bought a new $2300 refrigerator. It was delivered with the french doors out of alignment. Geek squad came out and was unable to align them. They said they would contact Whirlpool and get back to me. I never heard back from them, and when I called Geek Squad I was told there was nothing they could do, call Whirlpool. Ive been in there two days ago to Vero beach about three workers at the door I asked if I needed needed any help at that time I did not so I told him no and I came on in they said nothing else to me so I went to look for when I was trying to look for then I seen that I had some questions so I waited there nobody came and I looked at a few employees I walked by the maid iContact with me but never said or did anything sorry flag one down and ask if they can send somebody over to you he got on the radio and put me on a list which I didnt know anything about you know we did some more time nobody came over to assist me southern that guy finally comes back over to me And he said Im sorry nobodys came over to you I said well youre not that busy whats going on at this time it was probably an hour or longer trying to get somebody this guy then says well I dont have a mascon so nobodys gonna come over and help you so I walked in the door without a mask on and nobody said anything about it I have one in my pocket if they will ask I put it on no problem but you say nothing about it and to come up to you and not say anything about it word thats not cool at all I went to another location and it was so much better I will never go to Vero Beach Best Buy again Except for making a complaint to the store manager or to the franchise or corporate office

Needed a new radio for my Peterbilt truck and new what I wanted. They didnt have the exact radio I wanted in stock so I went with a more expensive one. I also needed the wiring harness. The employee that helped me sold me the wrong harness causing me to make a second trip to best buy to get the correct one which I got extremely lucky they had one open box return available. Only took $2.00 off the price even knowing that it was a open box and that was my second trip to this location due to them selling me the wrong item.

Its a typical Best Buy..usually a little higher on prices than other stores for similar items. Its pretty hard to find someone to help you at this location..everytime Ive shopped there most employees dont know about products or where things are at. Eventhough there are about 10 employees on the floor with not much to do..they kind of just point in the direction of where it is and let you find it on your own. Could have just been my personal experience or the day I went..but it seemed like everyone I tried to get to help me was sending me to the next person, didnt work in this section, etc.

I bought a phone for 1,100.00 plus a two year warranty. In September it started to malfunction while on a trip to Colorado. The nearest store to me when this happened was 400 miles away. By the time I got back home and took the phone in to get a replacement, the warranty had expired. Dont waste your time or money shopping here. Theyve got terrible prices and customer service.

After spending 1,300.00 online at this store, I went to collect my item. I understand that policy is policy however, no where on the website did it say that I needed to have both my ID and the card I made the purchase with. My wifes card was used to purchase the item the night before and I left Jupiter FL and drove to Vero to collect this item. When I got there I was asked for ID and the card used to make the purchase. I told the gentleman that it was my wifes card that was used and she is at work. A lady came out, may have been the manager with the worst customer service I have ever seen. Out of all I was trying to explain she kept talking over me just to tell me that I need to have the card the item was purchased with. I had to run to get my wife and break every law just to make it back in time before they close right on the dot. I would not have another time to come by and collect this item until next week. Listen to your customers not everyone is a thief! I felt as though I was dealt with very unfairly. Especially when my wife came and all she did was show them her ID and showed them the card. Did they really need to see it? I went through so much tonight. Ill never shop at this store ever again!!!!

Found this staff blase about covid-19 protocols, the usual lip service, but not enough concern exhibited.I rely on store managers enforcing store policy regarding masks and distancing.The reality here is that noone will enforce this policy, allowing non concerned shoppers to endanger everyone in the store.I, personally will boycott all businesses that do lip service, lets get real, put safety before profits.

I was actually disappointed this visit. Normally super helpful. We actually stood there for 25 minutes trying to be helped to purchase a 75 TV & have it installed.... We finally had someone that just came back from lunch 5 minutes before closing (?) to tell us that she would be there tomorrow. We live a half hour away. I think we will choose to drive a half hour north instead for our service & hope they have more staffing for the customer service hope.
