Chris was SO nice and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about my experience in dealing with him. One of the burners on my stovetop wasnt igniting. He walked me through what the issue could be and helped me locate the part I needed. I wish that more businesses operated the way this business does. Chris went above and beyond!

As my refrigerator was not cooling, I was searching locally to pickup part. As NGA appeared locally, so I called him, but then realized he was not local. Anyway, Chris was very professional and courteous to deal with. I received part at competitive price( & free shipping) quicker than other online price and shipping dates. Chris at Natural Gas Appliance was fantastic!
