Ive been bringing my car here for about a year and the customer service is great! Frank is my go to service manager. Never felt pressured to have any work done that wasnt absolutely needed and I can request a (free) loaner to use if its a longer job! No sales tax with OR license as well.

This was the first appointment for a new Outback. It had no problems, but in addition to checking the car, changing the oil, rotating the tires, they did a comprehensive check of the vehicle and corrected some issues I had with the “My Subaru” system. All this was done expeditiously and I was provided a thorough report on the work. I was very pleased.This is the second Outback of mine they have serviced.

My driver window went out. Its an important window, so I went in to have a new motor installed just for that window, which meant disassembling the entire door. It was expensive, but they really worked to provide the best possible service at a reasonable price by combining that job with long neglected basic work, such as a defunct rear brake light, a synthetic oil change, etc. Thoughtful service.

Andrew did an excellent and professional job of giving me some peace of mind after a deer damaged my left front end of my Forestor. He thoroughly observed, explained and noted all of the future work that would be needed on my vehicle. I am now ready to hit the road for Colorado next week feeling a little bit more secure. The transmission went out on my 2020 Subaru Ascent but it was under warranty. It went out on a Thursday but were able to get it towed (after 5hrs of waiting) to the shop. Next day Toyota called us and they got us a loaner car so my husband could go to work the following Monday. They estimated it would take a week but it only took 3 business days. Christian who was assigned to us was helpful in communicating to us what needed to be done and to set reasonable expectations. We got the car back and we are so relieved. Thank You Christian!

When we got to the dealership, our salesman was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We were already pre-approved for a loan, so the loan process was very smooth and ELECTRONIC!

I had received a recall letter in the mail and wanted it take note care of right away. I went in expecting to be out in an hour. I was told right away that the service would take a few hours. They immediately found a loaner car for me and I emphasized that I needed my car back that day to go to work the next day. I was planning on coming back 4 hours later. Less than 2 hours later I got a call that my car was all done! They had 2 people work on my car to ensure it was done before the end of the day. I was very pleased and happy to be home much earlier than expected.

As usual, Hannah is all show. They make it sound like they believe in nice but they believe in $$$$. $80 for an oil change ;-{{{. Did iit once cuz its a new car and the first EVERY 6 months service. Not again. They were the same with our 2012 Honda. I had hoped it would be different with Subaru. But NO!! They over sell services and fees. NOT NICE!!

Ive come here for a few different things during the life of my Subaru and theyve been consistently great. Chris helped me out with a quick oil change but I had some detailed questions about a bigger maintenance issue and he took the time to go over it with me. Even when theyre slammed I never feel rushed here, and everyone is always so nice and efficient. They also NEVER try to upsale me, which is a refreshing change from my old place. Highly recommend them to everyone I know, not just those with Subarus.

Went in to make an appointment for an intermittent problem on a brand new car. Service advisor Christian was quick and courteous to offer help. Check in was different but very easy. Got my car diagnosed in a few hours and received a call notifying me of completion as well as an explanation of the problem. Great service I would happily return if anything else comes up.

This was my 30k mike service, so there were likely lots of other things checked on than what is above. I was given a loaner car since it was a long service, and this was very helpful. Pleasant and professional people. My only complaint is that when I first started going there when I bought a Subaru over five years ago, they washed your car and vacuumed it in the front. Since that time, they had to discontinue washing the cars because of environmental reasons and they gave out car wash cards instead. I asked for a car wash card this time because the previous time I was there it wasn’t offered and I forgot to ask. I noticed this time that they didn’t vacuum my car either. Other than that, the service was as I expected.

They said it would take 3 hours and I was prepared for that but it took only 2 hours and the actual amount was slightly less than the actual. Plus, the advisor shared with me when brakes should be replaced to avoid costly rotor damage.

We had the transmission flushed and a check up. Work was done but follow up not so good. Husband has call into them to talk about some of the issues they found but so far no call back.

Our 2016 Subaru outback 3.6L was due for it’s 30K mile Service. I made an appointment online which was very user-friendly. I noted that there were some Services I did not need, as I did them myself ie: cabin filter, engine filter, windshield wipers. After I made the appointment I promptly got a call back from Heather my service manager. She read all of my notes completely understood and even quoted me a prorated cost for only the services I actually did need. Heathers communication was TOP NOTCH! The next day was is the day of my appointment, I was about 30 minutes early, But Heather greeted me with a glowing smile and a good morning. She again went over all of the services to be done and those that did not need to be done. She also had a loaner car waiting by for me. I was extremely surprised when I got a call two hours later saying my car was done! As I thought for sure it would take about four hours. I drove on back to pick up my newly serviced car, and again I was greeted with Heathers chipper personality. Heather made the entire procedure extremely seamless and every bit of process was thoroughly thought out and premeditated in advance. Way to go Heather!!! You Rock!

Regarding sales, Patricio is tops!! Personable, professional, knowledgeable, went above and beyond on a couple of things. As far as we are concerned, he would be our automatic go-to guy, if we were to purchase again, or to refer friends or family to this dealership.Not quite as impressed with our assigned info guy. The first time, our tutorial about our new car was with him, my husband and I, and It went quite well.This time, it was just he and I. Gotta say, he seemed a bit hurried, and impatient. I had a situation that had just occurred with the car. I explained, step by step what happened and what was still going on. He questioned me multiple times about what was happening and the steps I had taken, and repeated back the details I had given each time in an almost condescending way. I didn’t appreciate that, otherwise it was “ok”.I think our experiences with Patricio have set the bar high, so when someone is not the same, it’s disappointing. 😉

Definitely great service every-time I visit them for any car issues, and what’s great about that service is I always get my oil change there, I love how they check my car around whenever I get my oil change time like tires, inside the engine (air and cabin filter, battery), behind wheel plus brakes like brake pads. The results always make my happy even my Subaru, I love their service very much to say since I started driving around plus Subaru being my first car I just love them since day one basically!

I brought my Outback in for a manufacture recall and was treated with top-notch service, both from the Service Advisor, Frank, and from the technicians. I was very impressed with their communication, timeliness, and thoroughness. They provided pictures of everything they checked and replaced and provided a full report (down to the part number). When I arrived to pick up my car, they went over my brake levels, tire tread, fluids, etc. All for a recall that cost me nothing! I highly recommend using them for your auto service needs! 👍

Zach was my main point person, and will be through the time I own Subarus which will be a long time. He kept me informed of everything. The work was done beautifully. I bought my forester from a lot in Portland Oregon and it took 3 times for them to actually replace my catalytic converter. I asked if they were using remanufactured parts or one off the junk lot next to them. That was when they actually fixed it. They had my car more than I did and I kept hearing “we will make it right”. What made it right was bringing it to Zach and the mechanics! Customer for life!

Recently purchased my 2017 outback and within a week my window had stopped working. Steve was very helpful, nice and professional when I came in.
