They followed up a phone call and talked through all the items in the inspection report.They did a fantastic job advocating for me to my warranty company, and I ended up paying very little out of pocket compared to the overall completed work. As simple as it may seem, battery replacements are not easily distinguishable.Another bit of advice, on the newer models take it to your Mini Cooper/BMW who is a professional, very knowledgeable mechanic that hires other professional knowledgeable mechanics, not that he doesnt work on our older models. Michael knew my 2008 R56 S, teaching me about the car as needed. I now have a 2017 Mini F56 S rated as one of the better years. 1 tricky experience, the battery. You need a professional who can remove, replace and reprogram when its time and someone who understands the codes it will throw at you. Believe me it can alarm you but no worries. Hell help.

The only place Id take my BMWs for service. Their work has always been professional and customer service is top notch. They provide a nice report with photos of the systems they check along with service recommendations via text and followed up with a call. Makes the entire process easy. Work has always been done as promised and my car is returned in same clean conditions they are dropped off in.

I received unbelievable, horrible service here. I called to have my car serviced. I was told to bring my car in on a Friday. My car was not drivable, I had it towed. I was told it would be looked at on Monday and ready by Tuesday. I waited until Wednesday. I had not heard back about what was the issue is, the cost etc. I spoke to them Wednesday and was told that they hadn’t got a chance to even look at it. I waited until that Friday 7 days later. And was told it still wasn’t looked at. I was upset at that point. I was talked to in a very harsh manner. I had car tow Monday (9 days after) to another shop. Discovered they removed fuses on purpose. They sabotaged my car. My gas was completely on empty, yet I had a full tank before. The mechanic who repaired my car said that the fuses were purposely removed. This shop had my car for 1 day. Why are females taken advantage of.

I took a chance on Accurate Motorwerks, and was not disappointed. They texted me a workup sheet on all that was wrong and gave me a price on repairs and a estimated time of completion. This young gentleman are professional, knowledgeable and absolutely a pleasure to do business with! They took care of my Porsche as if it was their own and that’s really important to know when your vehicle Is having any type of issues.... they diagnose it “properly” And get the job done. They send a detailed text/email that shows photos of everything that needs to be addressed. They also give your vehicle a health record, that shows you everything they checked that passed beautifully and everything that needs to be addressed. She’s running spectacularly.

I had a fantastic experience with Accurate Motorwerks. They got me in on same day / short notice when my check engine light came on. Since we are a one-car household, they dropped my wife off and picked her back up from our apartment to accommodate us. This made the logistics stress-free and I was not expecting such above and beyond service.Beyond that, they also determined that the issue I was experiencing was covered under BMWs extended warranty. They called BMW for me and got the ball rolling on everything. All I had to do was call the direct line of the contact they worked with at BMW and set up my warranty appointment. These guys are thorough, accurate, and honest. I will be using them for all future vehicle services and I highly recommend them.

AMW works on all our cars. My wife’s X5, my M5, the TDi Jetta, the 2.5L Jetta and our Chevy Colorado.

Accurate was able diagnose and fix our 2015 X5 The communication was always timely and they gave clear information on the issue and price. Fix was perfect and we are back on the road. I will coming back for the X5 and the 325i.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. I used to take my BMW to the dealer for all maintenance, but then I found Accurate Motorwerks right in my backyard. Not only are they more convenient, but they were able to fix an intermittent check engine light that the dealership could never figure out. A few weeks ago I called Accurate Motorwerks because I was having a vibration issue coming from the rear area of my 2004 BMW x3. The car would vibrate upon acceleration and when traveling at highway speeds. To my surprise, I was informed that I could drop my car off that same afternoon and drive to my work with a complimentary E46 loaner! what a pleasant surprise! the repair only took 2 days! they replaced my drive shaft, flex disc and did a bunch of important inspections. Now my car drives great! and I have more knowledge of my car. thank you! Austin and Michael and the staff at Accurate Motorwerks.

I was looking for a new shop since my long-time import specialist changed hands and new management wanted to do some expensive maintenance on my air conditioner. Accurate Motorwerks history at Kuni BMW impressed me, along with their good reviews.Accurate Motorwerks did a thorough inspection and shared it with me. I found out the first shop was wrong on the diagnosis and the A/C problem could not be fixed by the costly replacement they recommended. Instead, Brandon found it was a leaky hose problem. We went ahead and fixed that and several other neglected and needed repairs. Car is running great now. They also post your repair records in a secure online site so they are easy to review.What a great place! I am lucky to have found them. I really trust these guys. Why would I ever go anywhere else?

I have had our older 128i serviced here a few times now, and the quality of service never ceases to impress! Our aging car is loaded up with miles and has needed some attention here and there, and I can always count on saving about 35% here over anywhere else. On top of that, these guys really know their stuff. Id give more than five stars if I could!

This is an honest, meticulous, fair priced and efficient shop. We have been taking our BMW here for years and during that time I have got to know Michael, Brandon and the rest of the staff. They are such honorable and kind people. My most recent experience was that they did a full inspection of my car and could tell me everything my car needed right away and what it will need soon. This valuable information gave me the ability to make an educated decision about the long term needs and if paying the money for the car made sense. Ultimately it did not and I purchased a new car. They were honest and supported my decision even at the cost of losing money. They think about the big picture and care about their clients. I will be back there with my new car.

After using Accurate Motorwerks for the first time they have made a lifetime customer out of me. Michael and his team did an absolutely great job servicing my X5 and even though there were some unexpected issues along the way, through no fault of their own, they voluntarily compensated me when they felt some of the issues were an inconvenience. I cannot day enough good things about my experience at Accurate Motorwerks. I brought my 2014 Audi S8 in for repairs as the warranty was out and I had read good reviews about them. They not only diagnosed the issue but found some other minor issues I was unaware of the could have been serious later on. I authorized the repairs only to get a call later that they found out Audi would repair it on a warranty extension. They saved me over a $1000on repairs I would have been happy to pay them for!The best auto repair experience ever! Great people and trustworthy, awesome!

I had recently purchased a used car and noticed it had a needed service light on, I called Accurate Motorwerks and spoke to a very friendly young man who said that if I could bring it in and leave it they would look the car over for me, give me a ride home, let me know of any problems and pick me up when the work was done.As it worked out my wife came home and was able to take me back to the shop and the work was done, the car was looked over and the car was sitting out front and waiting for me. I had a nice conversation with the two young men in the office and they informed of everything the tech had observed during his inspection, told me their recommendations without any pressure whatsoever and only charged me for the service I had originally requested.I highly recommend this shop for any repairs, I know this old guy will be returning for any work needed on his BMW.

Great place to take your car. Specializing in Euro cars, they also worked on my Jeep. Often very busy, but they still manage to be fairly fast. Very friendly and understanding. They have never done a repair without my permission. The only criticism I have is I would like a better breakdown of the costs for maintenance/repairs (parts, labor, etc.).

I am extremely disappointed with this shops lack of honesty and attention to detail when evaluating my vehicle. The people working here were VERY kind and seemed trustworthy.I brought a 2009 BMW 328Xi in because I smelled an oil leak. They quoted me over $2,500 to resolve the issue, telling me that I had to replace the valve gasket cover, oil pan and fuel filter housing. They also recommended over $3,000 worth of other repairs. I decided against committing to their assessment and took the car to another shop for a second opinion, (without mentioning its prior evaluation and what Accurate Motorwerks decided to quote me). They got back to me and said that they had found a leak in a seal on one of my sensors, which would cost only $600 to resolve the issue. They also completed a full evaluation of the car and said that everything looked just fine. I needed NONE of the parts I was quoted for at Accurate. On top of all of this, when I brought my vehicle home from Accurate and checked under the hood, my power steering fluid cap was completely unscrewed and none of the oil had been cleaned off of my engine, which I would assume would need to be done in order to figure out where the leak was coming from. I am extremely concerned that they would try to take advantage of someone in this way and hope that they will be more honest with future customers. I will not be one of them.

The BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN ALL THE LAND. First of all, a serious shoutout to Kristin for going way above and beyond what anyone would ever expect from this line of business. From the moment I first called, she was a radiant fountain of positivity and sympathy. She listened patiently to my horror story of woe concerning a broken wheel sensor that had befallen my little car at the hands of another local repair shop and then she went right to work in securing the part direct from the dealer, giving me a fair quote for the job and scheduling me in for an appointment less than 48 hours later.That wouldve been enough for me to sing the praises of this shop. But once they had my car, their mechanic took the time to find the original source of the problem (caused by the previous repair shop) and then FIXED THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM FOR FREE so that the new wheel sensor could be attached properly. Fixing the original problem required over an hours worth of extra labor not included in my original quote and this shop did it for FREE. Why? Because they understand what it means to treat your customers in a manner that earns their trust and makes them feel valued. And because they actually care about the quality of the work they perform on your car.Ive honestly never had such an enjoyable experience having my car worked on. Not only did I get invited back into the work area and shown exactly what the problem was, I had the pleasure of conversing and laughing with both Kristin and Maryanne during the wait. Thank you ladies and thank you to the wonderful, friendly mechanic who worked on my car. And thank you to the owner of this business who employs only the cream of the crop, it speaks volumes. They have corrected work done by prior dealerships that serviced my automobile.In my opinion, they have excellent mechanics and staff who are courteous, hard working and knowledgeable about work they do.

Great service! Recently had my heater core replaced by them in AUDI. They were the lowest quote I received - and even as a woman - I am not afraid to bring my car into them.
