Can not say how impressed I am with Discount Tire and all their wonderful employees. I had a tire blow out last week while i was driving with my kids. It was a rough way to start my day, but I went to Discount Tire and they took really good care of me. From the moment I drove up to their outside check-in I knew my day was going to get better!They were so well organized, friendly and fast. Sam the sales guy was really nice and helped me decide on the best deal for my budget. He was even able to insure the rest of my tires so if I had another blow out I would be covered! Which actually came in handy, because I had another blow out today (my own fault). I came back and agian I was well taken care of by the crew. Everyone seemed to communicate and work really well together. The first time I came in I just dropped off my tire for a replacement and came to pick it up before closing. Even though they were about to close Sam and Braden the service tech were nice enough to put the tire back on my car! Same thing happened today too. I was prepared to just drop off my tire, but Sam said they werent too busy and were able to just switch out my tire and put it back on my car for me. Chris the service tech was so friendly, fast and communicated everything so efficiently. I have been coming here the last few years for all my tire needs and I will never go anywhere else. I would highly recommend Discount Tire. They are honest, efficient and go the extra mile for their customers. Outstanding customer service!

Love that I get auto-email reminders on when its time to have these services done. I appreciated the willingness to help me also get my windshield wipers changed and tell me what my brake status looked like during a recent visit. Had the best experience here! Check in was very easy, only took about 15-20 min for them to put my new tires on. And the guy working on my car brought my car across the street to ihop when it was done so that my kids and I didn’t have to cross the busy street again! 5 star service.

I fulfilled a warranty on a tire with this shop after finding a cut in the sidewall of a recently purchased tire. They didnt have this tire in stock but they ordered it and had it at their shop in a couple days. When I arrived for my appointment they did good work and were friendly and patient. I had to come back to get a weight relocated because it was rubbing with a part on the vehicle when taking sharps turns and they took care of it at no extra charge. Id come here again. Just be sure to make an appointment for a timely turnaround. Appointments are usually available just a couple days out.

Didnt schedule an appointment, stopped by due to a flat tire. Spent a few hours because they were swamped. I watched as they stood around talking in between pumping up tires and customers.If you dont speak up and ask the ETA youll get forgotten. No one checks in on you. I watched a mostly empty garage for about 30 minutes wondering why no one came out to check in.Long time customer of discount tires and the service from other stores will keep me coming back.

The guys were so helpful and nice. It was also a very uplifting atmosphere watching them all laugh and joke while getting the job done. My tire was patched so quickly and I was very relieved.

They took awhile to get to my car - 4 hours - but they cant help being busy. All the employees treated me like a friend and were awesome. Got a good deal on two tires too. So no sweat.Only thing Im taking a star for though is the fact that they replaced both drivers side tires and left the older two on the passenger side. I thought they would do a rotation and put the new tires on the front or back. Guess not though.

This location for Discount Tire is the only place Ill ever shop. Ive been going here for 6 years now and have worked with James on each occasion. Today will be the 4th set of tires Ive purchased (have also picked up 2 sets of wheels in the past), and I cant say enough good things about my experience. Each time they have been very busy but still managed to get me in and out in a timely manner. James was happy to price match an online deal I saw with another competitor and has always taken his time to educate me on the best options to best match my needs. My advise to Discount Tire - Find more Jameses.

I needed to have one of my cars towed to get 4 new tires because the rear drivers side tire was totally flat, resting on the rim. I cbecked with my insurance company first ato confirm that my emergency roadside assistance would cover it since it was in my driveway. I had gone out a couple of days before and spoke to the manager, Brian Custer. He said no problem, ordered my tires, provided me with a print out of the invoice and sent me on my way. The turnaround time for the tires was faster than I expected so I set up an appointment. Today I was greeted by the guys working behind the counter. I gave them my name and sat down to wait. I was kept informed as to the progress and how much longer itd be. I did online comparisons and Discount Tire will still have any if their competitors prices beat. Add that to excellent customer service and youll know why Im a returning customer.

I was truly blown away by the customer service and satisfaction at this location. Had a tire on order with them, got a call to say it was in so I scheduled a time. Upon arriving their employee Daniel strongly suggested replacing the passenger rear tire as well. I was ok with that since they said there was one more of my specific tire in stock. After waiting awhile, Daniel came back saying that they cant find the other tire in the back and only one tire in Idaho was showing. Low and behold that store did not have that tire there as well. To make it right, Daniel put me in the new tire design (mine was the old and no longer made) and only charged me for two tires like I paid for upfront with. Absolute excellent service and pricing. Friends and family recommended them to me and Im glad I came here I was a walking in and they were booked with appointments it was a little bit of a wait but they got me in and it was well worth the wait!! Im leaving a one star review because my family has been going here for years, until about three days ago. 4 days ago my tire went completely flat, I called the tire place they scheduled my appointment, all tires are covered under a warranty? awesome. we take the car for the appointment and they dont have the tire. I see many people saying that they didnt have a correct tire and then upgraded them for free? They told us they would call us when they got the tire in and we should come on in to get it done when we get the call. We got an email instead and when we got to the tire place they were closed for passover from 1-3. no problem. we got back there at 3:15 again that day for them to turn us around told us to come earlier and told us no because they dont have time for a single spare that should have been done that day prior. They didnt make us an appointment for our tire we had to call them from home. So now I have to wait till Monday after Easter when I have children I need to shop for but I cant because my car has now been without a tire for days when they said it would have been done at the appointment. Seems as though they dont care, they dont communicate to each other, or communicate correctly to the customer. At this point, screw a warranty I think I may just take my cars somewhere else

Wow these guys are great. I took my Corvette in to get some new Michelin run flat tires put on. I was in and out in less than an hour. They were very careful and professional in all aspects of the process.

I absolutely love this place! I purchased two sets of tires from this location in the past and today got a tire rotation. Since were in covid they have people checking in with a gentleman at a booth you just drive up to. He was so nice I wish I got his name but I did not. I am aware that it doesnt take long to get tires rotated but they were so quick I was there for a total of 15 minutes. I definitely recommend this place for all your tire needs!

They are not pushy and offer all the best tires on the market. This store is a good one and locked down my business for this area.

I took my daughters car in for her as she was at work : easy check in, timely, repaired tire and replaced on car ( was expecting to have to purchase a new tire), balanced all 4, no charge, dealt with 3 young men in all(Brandon being one) : all very polite and efficient, could not be more pleased with this place and staff!

Went in after hitting a curb and having wires on my tire exposed…they were so helpful, knowledgeable, gave me my options (not just the most expensive one) and the info and let me choose AND gave me 4 new tires better than what I previously had for about half the price of the ones I had on (purchased from Les Schwab.) 100% going back for any future tire needs.

My tires were getting undriveable. I called and asked if we could find 3 used tires for now.... they helped me out with 4 new tires!!!! I am thankful beyond belief. And they set an appointment and I was in and out in 34 minutes!!! Thank you Adam at discount tires!!

Worst possible customer service from the manager and his associates.1. From the beginning, I stated the wheels did not belong to a vehicle and they would be installed loose. This was not an issue when purchasing the tires from an associate in store. (Last weekend)2.When the unloading the wheels, the associate asked me to help him unload as he was not capable of doing it himself.3. They refused to install the tires on the wheels, even though I was able to purchase the tires a week earlier(I explained what the wheels were for when I purchased the tires)Lesson learned: Discount Tire wasted a week of my time.

Ive gone to this store for awhile now and usually dont have any issues. Today I went in to get my tires balanced and the guy at the counter was very pushy about me buying new ones. Asked if I was going to buy new tires over and over even after I told him I wasnt sure it would depend on how much they cost. Ended up buying tires and felt defeated about it. The gentleman in the shop who put them on, his name is Garrett, was so kind and explained everything for me. He showed me my old ones and explained to me why they needed to be replaced (they were VERY worn). He definitely helped me feel better about my purchase and I will be asking for him specifically from now on. He is the only reason I will go back to this store. Thank you Garrett for being so kind and helpful. I appreciate it.

They were slammed, and told me the wait time would be 2 hours. No problem, they cant control how many people were coming through. At exactly the 2 hour mark, they were ready for me to pull into the bay. Speedy work and great customer service! They even took out the dent in my wheel that a previous shop left when changing out my tires. Ill definitely be coming back to this location to get my winter tires taken back off in a couple months.

I had a really low tire on a 4×4 and we stopped for air, and the young man who helped us was really nice and said that the tire wasnt taking air. He told us that it might take a little bit but they have free flat repair. And he really recommend that we didnt drive any further. It was worth the wait. They replaced 2 valve stems and we were out of there in an hour and at no cost. They were all very nice and the service was great! Thank you so much for your help.

Dealt mainly with Michael & Yani, but all the guys here were polite & professional. My special order Goodyears came in fast, on schedule, no extra shipping charges that the others (even Goodyear!) wouldve tacked on. They totally accommodated my need to get the rims powdercoated, breaking the job into two parts (dismount old, mount & balance new) and even helped load/unload the wheels from my trailer. Topped off with a mil discount (always appreciated), these guys cant be beat. Class act!

Went to get two new tires and had them to put them on like the usual, and they didnt put my lug nuts on tight enough. My mechanic was able to take them off with ease, thank God my tires didnt come flying off while I was on the highway going 70!

Yani was great! (About 6 weeks ago) He knew I was a frequent customer with my family. He hooked me up with 2 new tires when I didnt have any money to afford them. I had only brought my car in for a TPMS check and rotation and he alerted me to some unsafe inside wear. I was broke and alerted him to my financial situation. He understood and wouldnt let me drive home on unsafe tires. He showed 100% true, old fashioned, great customer service! Dude deserves a raise!Thanks Yani and thanks Discount Tire! Go here go here go here you wont regret it! Im a girl used to car people attempting to fleece me. I called ALL of the tire places in Portland, Gresham, and Vancouver (walmart, firestone, les schwab, all the small non chain tire places) and they had the best price. They also had excellent customer service. They also have this cool thing where if they cant fix your tire they replace it. Everyone I am dealing with today is amazing. I am going to have my Mom start coming here and telling others I know as well. Thanks for being so great Discount tires and employees! Yall deserve a raise, I hope they pay you well! I get my oil changed at firestone and usually go to les schwab for tire stuff, they are better than both. I have always had super positive experiences with discount tire. Whether you need a tire patch/repair, new tires, or new wheels, you can count on these guys to take care of you. All for a reasonable price! You won’t be disappointed. Most recently, I had a slow leak in one of my tires. For a couple weeks, it wasn’t too inconvenient to just occasionally air it up. Once it became flat more frequently, I scheduled an appointment online. I had an appointment the next day. When I arrived, I was given a bay to go to almost immediately. 15 minutes later, I was in the road again...good as new. All for free!

We came in just to get our tire pressure checked. They noticed we had a flat, expressed their safety concerns, and within the hour Bryce had us with a new tire! Leo grabbed the door for us when we walked in, and everyone was super nice and extra helpful this visit. We LOVE this discount tire and will for sure be coming back if we ever need anything else. Absolutely amazing atmosphere and incredible service!

Came in with a screw in my tire, they were able to fix it without any fuss. Expect to wait awhile, but there are a couple places within walking distance where you can waste time while you wait. Ill be back. Worth the wait.

Was referred to the Discount Tire, Van Plaza location in Vancouver, WA by mechanic. Had dissatisfied experience w/ Costco after 2 sets of Michelens. Were done w/ them because of this. Related experience to staff and determined wrong speed rated tires had been installed. Asked why that would happen (twice) or why they would do that and staff was very respectful and would not denigrate the competition. Admired this. After discussing which tires to purchase w/ Leo, he suggested Yokohama. Almost 2 years later, still going strong and very satisfied w/ Leos suggestion. At the time, hed told me hed put them on his mothers vehicle. Since then, he said hes also put them on his wifes rig. Love this place! So convenient. Drive thru pressure checks. Free flat repairs. They replaced a valve stem on my tire and didnt charge. Theyve fixed numerous flats free of charge and even ran a diagnostic on my tpms sensors when I did a drive-thru pressure check. Cant speak highly enough of these folks.

Shawn King was amazing. I had a blowout and was miles from home. He didnt have a used tire to loan me until I could get to my local Discount Tire in Oregon, so he put a new tire on for me. No charge. Absolutely fantastic. Got home with safety and peace of mind.

Very pleasant had a flat tire on my older car and they said they couldnt repair it Because of the ware on the side said they didnt have my size in stocks and it would be around 80.00 dollars to order .I didnt have any extra at that time so I said put the old one back on and ill figure it out .well about 10 minutes later he came back and said they found a tire that not listed in stock and put in on so he said have a great day and sent me on my way .no charge wow!!!!

AWESOME BUNCH OF GUYS...I came in first thing on a Saturday morning without an appointment, only because we had packed the car for the day at the river and then noticed a screw in my sidewalk of tire 🙃 ugggThey were so booked already with 2 walk ins ahead of me, I was going to risk it and come back on Monday but the manager overheard this and said oh no no no we will get a replacement tire on right now, and I was out of there in 15 minutes...I can tell you the piece of mind I had driving to the river day was priceless... I had just purchased those tires maybe 4 months ago and boy am I glad I purchased the insurance cause I got a brand new tire for free and insurance on the new tire was only $16 and some change after tax..ALWAYS GET THE INSURANCE :)THANKS GUYS FOR THE GREAT, FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE...CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

Got in for a tire rotation that was needed. The appointment was made 2days previously, and they got me in quickly! While there, they did the work fast and efficiently. I was out in less than 30minutes.

I came here expecting to purchase 4 new tires because the dealership i bought my car 4 months ago, told me I had a leak in my tire and it wasnt fixable. Side note 7 days ago I went into that same dealership and got my tires checked and rotated before Thanksgiving. I was told they were fine and in good condition. Today my tire pressure light came on so I went to the dealership where they told me the tired was un fixable. Glad I came here instead. Everyone here was friendly and fixed my tire. Made my year.

Was recently recommended by a friend to go to this place was a little reluctant at first being that I live about 2 hours away from here. Regardless I made the drive bought a new set of tires when I drove back had a bit of problem. Called them up and went back the next day and they went entirely out of their way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the job. I just have to say that I am entirely grateful with what they did and their costumer service is great very friendly people. I would drive the 2 hours anytime again to keep getting the same kind of service these guys gave me.
