The guy forced me to get a cell phone with a hotspot which i already had with boost mobile wouldnt give me the wifi hotspot box i needed to run everything computers games music i needed an unlimited wifi hotspot box to run the internet in a school bus that moves around the hotspot is not for netflix, music, games. guy couldnt even speak english or understand electronicsI will recommend anyone except cricket from this point on i waisted $50 for something that didnt even work for me

Very knowledgeable staff was a big help with a lot of problems I was having. I switched 1 phone over from my metro, just to check their service, because I was having so much trouble so Im doing a month trial just to see if my problems straighten up now if they do, I plan on moving all my services. if you go to the one on Admiral be sure to ask for Marco, he is very nice gentleman a great customer service agent he will definitely explain everything to you is a real joy dealing with. Cricket should be very proud of him he represents Cricket very nicely look for an update laterl
