They have great service, I went there to get my phone cleaned and they did an awesome job my phone works alot better now I would suggest them if anyone asks me
The service sucks. Rarely have more than 2 bars in town and as soon as I start to commute and leave town it’s completely gone. Calls drop frequently and mobile data never works. Will never recommend us cellular to anybody

I called this store yesterday and asked to reserve a watch for a specific color and the lady said she will do it. Her name starts with a T, almost like Tiki (but its not), she had an attitude too! Saying we cant hold it for long, even though I told her Ill be there in the morning! She said we can only hold it till (around that time), but they never did!!! Came in the store today, they didnt have it, it was a different color that they have left. which is weh, its ok. But I asked the person helping to help me set up the watch, he did, but asked me if I want my google stuff to be transferred, and it didnt. its just upsetting. How everything went.UPDATE: I told the guy I want it 24 months! he did 12 months! Then I cant make any calls on my phone unless Im on my Bluetooth! OMG!!!

Worse customer service, even worse phone signal. Would not recommend Us Cellular to my worst enemy. Also over charging me. I’d make a payment then 5 days later I’d get an email saying my bill is past due for some random amount too! $200 here $151 there. My bill is the same every month which is nice but then they always try to say I owe more. Quick to take your money, slow to figure out what they should be doing. Always just trying to get more and more money out of you, and the service is not worth the hassle. Just go to another provider and save yourself!

My dad and I had to go in to get new phones for our family. I know my dad is usually a pain to deal with because he knows nothing about smart phones but Chris helped us walk through all the information, helped me set up my phone before I left, put my screen protector on, and went above and beyond to help us out even when it meant him staying way past close. I really valued his assistance and have been recommending US cellular, this store specifically, ever since because of him.

3/31/19 Stopped by to find out if my S8+ phone could be fixed because the screen had a crack on it & I thought it was the screen protector but to my surprise there wasnt a protector on the screen it was the screen itself and it would cost to have it repaired so I went from an S8+ to a S10+ it cost $5 bills to pay off the S8+ purchase a new case for the S10+ and a cute stability ringJay did everything transferred all my information put the new casing attaching the stability ring she did it all when I left my old pbone and equipment was in the bag and my new phone was up and running attached to my hand Jay was a real gem TYVM Ms Jay you have one very pleased customer the experience and service was delightful and I love my new phone
Buyer beware! US Cellular boast a new concept, no contracts on phones and they will even throw in a FREE or ONE PENNY tablet. Sounds good, right? Well the phone may not have a contract, but your brand new, deal of a lifetime will come with a 2 year contract. Oh and did I mention a 350.00 early termination fee. We have been with this company for 15 years, we have never been bamboozled the way this location did. Even when the sales rep offered the tablet, we told her we didnt need it, her response but its free, regift it to someone . We had no idea, it was never explained to us that not only is there a monthly fee, but an activation fee, I found out when I received my bill. We never received a paper copy of the contract, as the store manager ask for today. We left believing what we had been told, it was free. We feel that this is US Cellulars way of continuing contracts, they just come at you with a new misleading way. As a consumer, I feel Ive not only been intentionally misled, but taken advantage of.
They are always so nice and helpful. Theyve always been able to fix problems with my phone. Ive been with them 19 years...since I got my first cell phone!

Terrible service. Lied and said they would do the warranty exchange on my broken screen protector and then after I drive all the way there and waste my time and gas they refuse to do it even with the notation on the account. Shameful customer service and misleading sales practices. What a waste of time. Then youre going to take my phone without my authorization. Store manager was too busy doing nothing to do his job and manage his employees. Thanks for nothing Cecil Kyla and Josh.

Not good business practices with promotions. I was offered big screen TV the associate never honored instead gave smaller gifts without my permission, the I asked for promotional TV they denied based on smaller gifts given without my asking.
Usually have an outstanding experience at this store. Today, 10-4-17 I was treated with total disrespect. Never have I experienced this type of rudeness anywhere. Carlos has the worst customer service I have ever seen. If I go back to this store I will make it a point to never have him wait on me.

As per usual, after speaking with a cust service agent (from dialing the 611 number), I go into THIS very location, and leaving, as last time, with a new and entire set of instructions on how to get a simple task done from my phone and phone number Ive had for over 10 years now?!
