STAY AWAY! They do not honor their 90 day warranty. The screen they replaced on my iphone 11 began glitching out on day 1, brought it back three weeks later and they refused to cover it because the screen shows “signs of wear”.

I was hopeful for this place at first, given the great reviews. No less than 3 days after my phone being repaired Ive realized that choosing Cell Phone Hospital was a poor choice.1. I understand that needing a passcode helps verify that everything works on the phone, but this is the only company thus far that Ive used that has required it. Im no graceful individual - Ive had to get my phone repaired several times - and none of the companies Ive used have needed a passcode. Once the job is completed, they give me back the phone for me to tool around and make sure everything works properly. I know the likelihood of them going through my things is small considering they have so many phones to repair, but it still doesnt put my mind at ease.2. Impolite/impersonal staff. Few words were muttered to me and leaving the business I was concerned for my phones well-being. Of course, its my fault that I didnt just halt the service and take my phone back - thats on me. I just trusted the reviews a little too much.3. After I got my phone, I flew back home - I was only in Tulsa for a short while. I realized a few hours later that my screen was not actually fully fitted - the bottom section of the phone screen would pop out and I had to push it back in. Its still like this.TL;DR: Stay away from this place. They may have the best price, but this is the perfect example of you get what you pay for.

Replaced my IPad battery would not hold a charge with new battery. Reviewed and was confronted on Facebook by someone from Cell Phone Hospital who made a big play online about how he would take care of it. Gave him information never heard from him again. Less than year later the battery will hold a charge more than an hour or so. Either they use ce parts or they didn’t change it at all. Plus took a few days.

My intentions was to dropped my IPhone off to get it repaired and honestly was expecting one of the employees to tell me that theyll have my cell phone up and running and looking like Ive just purchased it within 1 day no more than 2 days. Cell Phone Hospital of Tulsa actually repaired my 📞 within 30 minutes no more than 45 minutes tops. Great place to go to if you have a broken cell too even disabling your phone by mistake and you dont have the time to wait and needing it within an hour or so thatll be the place ill take it too. Btw very reasonable on the prices as well

They never call to tell you the status of your phone. 2 weeks went by and no calls. I called them twice myself and asked them to call after the next heat treatment to remove water but got no call. I decided to come in to check on the phone myself. The next heat treatment was not done and gentlemen seemed very busy and came accross as very put out. I am being nice with the stars because I do think they are trying but clearly need to fix something in the business.

I have replaced the screen of my iPad 3 times at this location and the screen last about a month before cracking every time. And the last time they fixed it the screen was not put on correctly because it kept going to things like I was touching the screen. And they home button kept getting stuck

This was the second time I needed help with my android.First time I wasnt getting any notifications when I had emails or texts....new app was down loaded and problem solved.This time I had no volume on calls....a tooth brush....yes a tooth brush cleaned the picket lint out of the ear piece. Glad to know it wasnt because my ears were dirty.And it was no charge both times....Yes I am a happy customer of the Cell Phone Hospital and will do all my business there from now on.Thanks

Have used Tulsa Hills Cell Phone Hospital several times. Screen protectors for my daughters cell phones, replaced the screen on my wifes iPhone. Always quick service and a reasonable price. Everything always works as intended.

They close at 6pm on Saturdays but Google and their front door both say 7pm. Only their website has the correct time.

He is an extremely smart high tech man He whizzed through everything He got my phone uncluttered & working just fine I really needed one app desperately because it was one I relied on for my job He saved the day I couldnt ask for better He even out beaten the security system I wanted removed Bravo ! Im a wedding photographer and own several hard drives for editing. I had purchased a brand new SSD from best buy and within a few months one of the metal dividers in the port got jammed. I took it to best buy, they quoted me over $200 to fix it. It wouldve taken weeks to get back. - I shouldve mentioned I was in the middle of editing a wedding on that jammed SSD. without it, I would have to completely start over on my editing (big pain!). I thought I would expand my options and went to staples next door- they didnt do hard drive repairs. called around in Tulsa and saw the Cell Phone Hospital across the street. I went over there and told the guy what was going on and he told me he knew exactly what was wrong and he could fix it. I asked him if he could just move over the metal divider since I was in the middle of editing. He told me it was risky that it would work but he would be willing to try. took him 30 seconds and we plugged the SSD into his system and it WORKED! I was so happy & excited that someone would care that much to go out of their way and fix it right then and there. I asked him what I owed him and he told me not to worry about it. if you are looking to get anything repaired - I can speak for this guy. he saved me over $200 in 30 seconds- for free. thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such a blessing!!

If you are looking for a place to get your phone, tablet, or any other device fixed these are the guys to call. Their prices are low but that doesnt mean the quality is lacking in any way.

Store policy states they can not work on your device without the lock pin . if its not software related that pin is not used . hardwhere test are done by boot menu.

I write this because I dont want any more victims like me. I changed the screen, and it started to have shadows with in two or three weeks after I changed . Yesterday I went there and he said ‘I could get a guarantee’ . But today they said its not serviceable because its a strange reason (even a tiny scratch cant really be seen). I didnt go there because of the scratch. I got a problem on the screen that they replaced, so I went there to solve it. They used obviously a faulty component to my phone.

These guys are awesome. They replaced a screen on an iPhone 7 plus in less than 30 minutes and made my life a little happier with my screen back in working order and fast.

I had gotten my phone wet and realized it wasnt covered under insurance so I brought it here on my lunch break. They were able to clean it up and put a new battery in for a low price, and I was up and running that same afternoon. Would definitely recommend.

Just HORRIBLE experience! Initially, Dustin was extremely friendly and even gave me a discount to replace my iPhone screen, but the screen was not installed correctly. Now, I can not use my keyboard, my speaker does not work, there is a black blur in the front facing camera. I called and Dustin said to bring it back, well when I took it back to be replaced under warranty, the associate (not Dustin) treated me like I was stupid. He also tried saying it was my software, but my software wouldnt make my front screen blurred and MY PHONE DID NOT DO THIS prior to bringing it here. Needless to say, I will never come back and DO NOT recommend this company.

I walked in the stored and asked the guy if he could help me get the stripped screw out of my key fob so I could change the battery. He said no problem and got it done! Very polite and helpful. If I have any electronics trouble I will return to this store. Thanks again!

I took my sons iPhone 6 in today and Tyler was very helpful in getting it fixed. They quoted me a time of 45 mins to an hour and it was done in that time frame. Great work!

Horrible. Took a working phone to replace screen. They didnt put it on right. Took it back to fix now speaker doesnt work. Took it back 3rd time and now they say there is water damage. BS on the water damage. They couldnt fix it and broke it in the process. This happened between both the Tulsa hills and Owasso store. They are also unwilling to give out their district Mgr phone number or Corp.

Do not get your repair here! They fixed my iPhone screen and within a week it broke while in my pocket....subpar replacement parts. When I returned to the store, they graciously offered to replace the screen for full price.Went to Phone Doctors and they offered to repair at a discount, also threw in a free glass screen protector! Now that’s how you do business :)

So I bought a phone from here, had troubles with it, so the replace it. Took 3 months to get the replacement. Its defective. Go to the store the last time and I make a comment about just having to go buy another phone. Guy in there says yea its looking like thats the boat your in. Im like um I bought this phone from here for $200, and paid $130 a month cell bill and had no phone. Nobody getting the point the whole time that they are a cell phone repair store. Owner facebooks me because he likes to know who hes talking to, as if who I am has anything to do with anything. offers me $150 reimbursement and says so that I can go find a phone I like. Cell phone repair store.... make sure customers are taken care of. 6 months of troubles, mutual Facebook friends and a partial refund for a defect product I bought directly from this location is ensuring customers are taken care of. Guess its just a $590 loss for me.

Dropped tablet off May 25, no diagnostic run but just told battery was bad. I had to call for updates, they never call with status updates or time-frame. Replaced battery for $80. When it died and wouldnt charge again, I returned it to the store on June 10. June 15, no call yet so I check in and they still havent run a diagnostics test either visit to see whats wrong. Now they say its the charger Im using. The licensed Samsung turbo charger that I use for other electronics every day and works great. They arent tech experts, they guess and make unnecessary repairs at the time & expense of the client and arent accountable with management to respond to customer complaints.

Its taken over a month to get aworking screen...after having sent off for 2 new screens.finally just got a full refund...Harvey was very pleasant on the phone and his professionalism should be commended!.

Went to Cell phone rescue Tulsa Hills Saturday afternoon. Checked in and the guy working told me itd be a $25 non-refundable diagnostic check, and that hed call prior to fixing my phone and installing new parts to get the ok from me on cost and to let us know he was done with the repair. Said to give him two hours. We waited and waited around Tulsa Hills with my four month old in tow. 6:45 comes around, they close at 7 and hadnt called so my fiancé goes back in to see where they were at in the process.He walks in and the two men working are watching tv waiting to close. One pops up and says oh hey man! And when my fiancé asked if the phone was ready or not the employee says oh, no. We couldnt get it to work. Yeah we put all brand new parts in it, new camera, battery screen etc and its just not working. Didnt give us a call to update us, maybe tell us they couldnt fix it, they were just gonna wait around until we decided to come back I guess. Wasted almost three hours trying to waste time for them to not even ring us when they couldnt find a solution, apparently. My fiancé paid the $25 and left.Yesterday, we decided to make a last ditch effort and try to see if my phone was really done for, and if so I was headed to apple to pay $350 for a new phone. We took my phone elsewhere, the guy opens it up, sticks a new battery in it and boom - its fixed.So thank you, employees of the Tulsa Hills Cell Phone Rescue for ripping me off and probably not even looking at my phone but gladly taking my money. You can bet your ass Ill be up there to get my refund in the morning.

Went in with my boyfriend to get quotes on fixing our phones. My iPhone had a cracked screen. They told us they would have them done in thirty minutes, then they told us to come back in 4 hours instead. Also in the process of looking over my iPhone the guy checks it for water damage. He takes out my SIM card. Damages the drawer for it and it wasnt connecting my SIM card to the phone.Well we get our phones back SIM card port still messed up but according to the guy at least its connecting. Get headed home and notice that there is now a streak across my LCD screen that wasnt there beforehand and isnt where the crack was either. Also my home button is now a joy stick. Call up the store and am told to bring it back in to be fixed. Luckily they didnt charge me to fix it a second time. Im super upset I had to drive all the way back to Tulsa just to have them redox my phone. Also, here it is 2 weeks later and my screen is still wonky. There is no longer a streak but where the streak was, half the time it doesnt want to work. Super disappointed and personally wont use them again.

The tech at Apple said these parts are not approved by apple and could void my Apple warranty .. . Thanks to Apple they fixed my iphone6. Save yourself a headache and take it to the Apple store.
