Took my iPad in after it sat at another business a few doors down for almost a month without being touched (after being promised 2 weeks turnaround) and they had it repaired SAME DAY!!! I was having issues with m y phone starting back up. I walked into the store and was greeted with a smile. I informed of what issues I was having. The gentleman working grabbed my phone, took a few seconds to look at it and fixed the issue. He answered all the questions I had and was very friendly. Definitively a 10-10 on customer service, professionalism and friendliness.

I had some issues with my charging port and they cleaned it out super quick and took great care. Super customer service!

I went to PhoneDoctors a few days ago to get my phone repaired. I had called in ahead of time to make sure they had the screen for my phone. Im new to this shop so they had to get some info from me which didnt take anytime at all. The guy behind the counter was really nice and answered all my questions. I had asked how long it would take and he said about an hour. So, I leave go down the street to grab some groceries and Im just getting out of my car and I got a text on my apple watch stating my phone was ready already. It was crazy fast. I went and grabbed what I needed and went and got my phone. Everything works perfectly. Now its like a brand new phone and I dont need to buy a new one like the cellphone store had suggested. I would recommend this place to ANYONE who not only needs their phone/Tablet fixed quickly. But also because of the amazing customer service!! Thank you guys.

Larry was great. When I walked in he was very nice and helpful. My phone needed a repair and I had insurance but I knew it would take more than 2 days to repair. I have to use my phone for work. It is my second hand. Larry ordered parts and got it fixed in an hour and a half. And it was very affordable. It would have been close to the same cost even if I used my insurance. I had gone up here to get the screen on my Iphone Xr repaired. The guy at the counter when i went in was Super helpful. I think his name is Larry. Anyways, I asked him so many questions like he was google or something. But he was awesome and patient and answered everyone of my questions. I was kinda in a hurry cause i was on my lunch break and by the time i got off work they would have been closed. He assured me that he would get it done in enough time for me to get back to work and not be late. Which if it wasnt for Dillion(The tech who did the repair) i prolly would still be using a broken phone because of my work schedule. Anyways, If ANYONE is looking for a place to get their device fixed i would HIGHLY SUGGEST going to this place. They are SUPER FRIENDLY and not to mention VERY QUICK!! They tried to charge me 550 for my screen repair when the screen its self is only a 150 dollar screen and for it to be worked on it should only be like 200 dollars altogether Ill just find somewhere else I strongly suggest going somewhere else but dont forget to do your homework on the place you take your phone so you dont get ripped off.

Just had screen fixed. last time i paid 180$ now it cost 220$ and the screen only cost 100$. anyone who charges more than the part cost for less than an hour of work is a hack and ripoff artist. i suggest the next door competition U break I fix. they are at least a national chain not held to shady practices. My father went to get it fixed for me and they ripped him off. just another scam artist taking money from the elderly and less fortunate. I have worked with Phone Doctors many times.Too many times, in fact!The great thing is that I have NEVER left unhappy or disappointed.They help me and fix my issues time and time again!Eric has always been my go-to guy but Larry helped me this last time.I dropped my phone - yet again - but my screen didn’t break!“WHAA??”, you say?Ikr!!They put some kind of liquid on it last time and the screen was unscathed after the fall!HOWEVER, my speaker was not so fortunate.Larry assessed my damage and ordered the part.Once the part was in he texted (remember the speaker was ka-put) to let me know the part was in and he could squeeze me in!I got to the store and he was conscientious, fast, courteous and made a frustrating event as pleasurable as it could be!So - Thumbs up for Phone Doctors!!Two Thumbs Up, actually!!

Cameron Gunn at the 41st location in Tulsa, was exceptional. Never wavered on certainty. Felt he may be able to repair a Galaxy S9 that had the front screen broken as well as back of case. Would receive calls, emails, texts notifications, but could not access or see them. The case had a noticeable bend in the center of it. In very quick fashion, 1.5 hours, he had it repaired and operating exactly the way it had previously. A big thanks to Cameron Gunn.

The floor is always swept and clean. The men are patient with me, an older not technically inclined to person.These men consistently are courteous and helpful and friendly and don’t take very long to replace my screen protector whenever I need it replaced. I have the lifetime warranty, which honestly, I never really believed they’d continue to replace mine as long as they have.And they have practical suggestions whenever I have a phone “doctor” need.

Crisis averted. My iPhone charging port failed to accept the power cord. Consequently, I could not charge my phone battery. I currently am working with several contractors and my only means for communicating with them was via the contact information on my phone. A Phone Doctor technician (owner?), while I waited, dug in the port and managed to dig out a piece of debris. He successfully tested the port, handed to me the phone and said No Charge. What, no charge? Life is good again. The phone charges! If I ever have another phone related problem, Ill definitely take the phone to the Phone Doctor.

I decided to bring in my dead iPhone after I couldn’t get an appointment at Apple until next week. I chose this place because they had good reviews and prices.I’m glad I chose here because I dropped my phone off at 12pm and by 5pm the same day my phone was ready to pick up.I was very happy with my service and felt I got a good deal! Their prices are comparable to what I would have paid with an out-of-warranty iPhone repair at Apple.

I recently and unknowingly locked my phone. As a result, I was unable to provide a pin to gain entry. I first visited AT&T, who explained they were not allowed to open it. I then visited the phone doctor who unlocked it in less than a minute. This gentleman was very polite and refused to charge me for the service. I highly recommend the Phone Dr.

Had a cracked screen on an iPhone XS, took it into the store and within a couple minutes they had an estimate for how much it would cost to replace it, which was less than half the price of the Apple Store and AT&T. Left it there at 5pm that night, and they called me the following morning and let me know it was ready. The new screen is fantastic, no issues at all so far. I appreciated that they didnt try to upsell me on anything, the most they offered was a warranty but they didnt push for it when I declined. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming back here if I ever need to repair a phone again.

I came in to replace my lifetime screen protector but they would not honor it. They apparently changed their system, so they couldnt fulfill the service agreement. They didnt want to mess up inventory. They believed me because I have been a customer for years, but not enough to give me a new screen protector. Amazon Prime unfortunately wins again over local business again.

I took my three weeks old iPhone11 to be looked by Phone Doctors in midtown Tulsa. Day before, phone fell from chair and dented the power button. I could not turn on the phone or reset. I did not have AppleCare so Apple could not help but sell me a new phone.Technician, Robert, called me in few hrs and said power button is jammed and software was crashed. He reloaded the software, gave virtual button and made phone live again!!!!!!!!! I could not thank Robert enough to save me $800 and he did all this at no cost, wow………I recommend Phone Doctors to anyone who needs help with smart phones.

My charging port stopped working. They replaced it and after I got my phone back I had horrible connection issues, 5g, 4g and 3g were intermittent, and I couldnt wifi call sometimes. I dont know what they did but there went 150 bucks. Then I ended up making a claim on my carrier and got a new phone. Beware!

I have been to multiple Phonedoctors locations over the years and some of them I ended up leaving before my issue was resolved because the sheer Impotence of some employees or even managers. Highly recommend this place! Camron and Braden are awesome! I brought my phone in because it stopped charging completely and wouldn’t even register it was plugged in. They initially told me it could be 48 hrs but I got my phone back and working in less than 24 hrs. It ended up working again without them having to do any real repair so they even refunded me my money.

Out of the countless times Ive had to come to this store, I can say that no one has been as much of a help as Bobby. Hes been professional, helpful and provides great customer service. He always makes sure to go above and beyond.

I do not recommend taking your phone to this Store to have your glass replaced on your phone device. The Technicians are not experts, as they claim, and they have to send devices to another store in Tulsa to fix them, Gadget Pros. You get no updates on when your phone will be ready. I have repeatedly asked the Store Manager and/or Owner to call me with no attempts to rectify this situation. It has been 8 days and counting and nobody can tell me what is wrong with my device and when it may be fixed, just assumptions. You are better off taking your device to another store period. This situation has caused my company and myself lost business and legal action is being discussed with our Corporate Lawyers.

My phone wasnt working. Im not in a position to get a new phone, so I had to take it here to get it fixed immediately because I was expecting calls for interviews. At first they told me it would be $50 to fix it. My wife and I were sad, but...this is life. Then one of the workers, Aaron, had it looked at again.It was another problem that was easily fixable. They did it in five minutes. They could have skinned me, they did it for free.How much do I owe you?! says I, relieved.Just write a google review, and well call it square.They didnt just do me a favor, they made my life a little less chaotic. Relief.

Great service from Camron at this store. Very nice and helpful...I had bought an iPhone Otter Defender and could not open it to put my phone in. He explained when new they are very stiff and have to be broken in. He removed the outer cover and then opened the case and installed for me! No charge!! In and out of there in 5 minutes. If I ever have a phone issue, this is where I’ll go!

I brought in my Samsung Galaxy s9 for water damage. They charge $35 to look at your phone. The first time I was told that my phone would be repaired for $400. So I came back a week later wanting to pay that amount and then I was told that its unfixable. I had to call them twice about my phone whereabouts just for them to say they cant do anything about it. They will tell you theyll let you know with 48Hrs. I gave them a whole week altogether and nothing. Dont bring your phone here!

I came in today and talk to Cameron about the problem I was having with my phone and with in 5 minutes the problem was fixed and I was on my way out. Phone froze and was unresponsive for an hour. The employee, Cameron, forced rebooted it and it was all good! Didn’t have to pay or anything. I’ve also had to replace screens and batteries and I go to those guys and they fix it in a timely and professional manner. 🤘🏻

I brought in an iPad Pro that was restarting randomly, hoping to have it fixed. They held it for two weeks while doing diagnostics and ultimately trying to install a new battery which did not solve the issue. I understand the problem was something more significant which they are not able to fix. This would be fine, except when I picked up my iPad, it would not turn on at all. Apparently the workers removed the battery they tested and did not reinstall my old battery so I wouldnt have to deal with that. Of course, they did not feel the need to explain that to me until I called back asking what happened to my iPad.Before I took my iPad to this shop, I could have at least resold it for parts to someone. Instead, I paid $30 to turn it into a paper weight. Literally would have been better off never coming here.Edit: I got a call from the owner expressing his apologies and explaining the battery was actually smoking. He also offered me a refund for the fee to make it right. As I expressed to him, by biggest frustration was with the lack of communication. I appreciate how quickly he responded to my complaints and Ill at least consider giving you guys another shot in the future.

TERRIBLE Customer Service. Unfortunately, the scale does not go below a 1, otherwise, it wouldnt even be a 1. I have an iPhone 7 with a cracked screen. Took it to the 41st/Sheridan Phone Doctors last SAT morning. Cameron G handed me a ticket to sign for $104.99, told me it would be a couple hours to repair, & to pay then. Gave them a # to contact me when finished.....never heard from them. Late that afternoon, I called & was told it was ready. Picked it up, & was handed another ticket for $113.80. I asked what the difference was & the response was taxes. Didnt think much of it, but had to split it between credit card & cash, because I had $104 on me, but not $113.I get a call while sitting in the Phone Doctor parking lot, that got dropped about a minute in......it goes into a reboot sequence, and when the screen comes back, the battery is alternating between 1% and 35%, settling at 35%. I plug it into the charger & head home, thinking it probably just needs a full charge. I place a call shortly thereafter, and it again drops out about a minute in & proceeds to reboot again.It was too late drop it back off on SAT, so I do so MON, & explain that with the new screen, it appears to be stuck in a reboot sequence, anytime the phone is used. Cameron G checks it in & gives me a Warranty Repair ticket, says theyll call me when its done. I assume a Warranty repair will not cost me any additional money…..an incorrect assumption. The Tech calls an hour or so later & says he replaced the battery & it now works. I mention that the battery worked just fine with the cracked screen, but he says the battery showed No Data on the diagnostic test, & that replacing the battery worked. I was put on hold when I asked if I now owe more money.......only to be told that I was responsible for the cost of the new battery. Went in on my lunchbreak & had a spirited discussion with Cameron G, about how my phone worked perfectly fine with the existing battery & how this auto reboot issue did not exist, prior to the installation of the after-market replacement screen. (Apple only allows OEM screens to Apple stores). The Tech admitted that he noticed the battery indicator ranging between values during diagnostics, but it appeared” to work after placing it on the charger.The new battery, which I now need to be compatible with the new screen is an additional $55.00. I offer to pay 1/2 of that, if Phone Doctors will pick up the other half........Cameron G refuses, saying they fixed the cracked screen that it was brought in for, and seems incredulous that I feel they bear some responsibility for not diagnosing the battery problem on SAT. I unsuccessfully attempt to convince him that a new screen is useless, when the new screen causes the phone to reboot every 2 minutes! He equates it to a car repair shop that only fixes what the car was brought in for. I rebut that claim, saying that a car repair shop runs a complete diagnostic & tells me EVERYTHING that is in the error codes before fixing ANY of it, allowing me to pick & choose what I want to fix now or later.My options are:1) pay the additional $55.00 on top of the $113 Ive already paid to once again have a fully functional phone2) Have the original battery put back in, rendering use of the phone only in 1 minute increments, before auto-reboot3) Put the original cracked screen & original battery back on, pay a $15.75 Restocking fee, and go my merry wayAfter initially choosing Option 1, and stewing for a minute or two, I quickly change my mind to Option 3......cause screw them. Yes, it cost me $15.75 to lose 2 days worth of using my phone, only to get my old, cracked screen back, but the phone is at least in working order!
