This was the best experience Ive ever had getting my cell service transferred! Victoria answered every one of my million questions and explained everything. She was very professional and courteous! So glad I went to this location. She had me in and out in less than 15 minutes with 2 new phones and ported my numbers as well! Not only that, I am paying 45 dollars less than I was with cricket! Victoria switched me from Verizon. I have four lines and the “system” presented several challenges to the transfer. She never waivered in her promise to get me on board with Metro at price that she initially stated. I was impressed with her professional attitude and in the end felt like I had a friend with Metro. I have had the service for over a month and am pleased with the switch. We definitely started a bit rough but overall Victoria did not allow me to walk out the door unsatisfied she went above and beyond to make sure our wires didn’t cross lol

Went in to start new service the process was quick and easytye manager VICTORIA was absolutely amazing she really cares about people she definitely went above and beyond to help a old fella like myself shes the best I will definitely return to her

So far, this has been the absolute best location in Tulsa that my husband and I have gone to. The 41st and yale metro is the worst location to go to. The people are always snotty and unwilling to help you with your needs or ignorant. Every time my husband has gone in that location within the last 2 years (purely because of location convenience) he has left with zero resolutions and frustrated. I have always redirected him back to going to the 63rd Peoria location. After calling several Tulsa stores, this location has always had the most competent polite workers that actually help their customers and whenever either myself or husband has gone to this store we both always leave happy customers. And almost always leave with a new purchase and in a good mood. Its worth driving out of our way to go here. Go to the Peoria location if you prefer to spend your money in a place with good customer service and want to leave with a good experience.

After driving to several locations looking for a good deal, I found it here! The location is not so hot, I was out of my element but the Agent made me feel very comfortable. She was knowledgeable and very good with customers and handling the crowds. She was the nicest agent that I had seen all day, her name was Day!!. I feel that I got a great deal and am very happy with my purchase so far. So glad I switched... Bye Bye AT&T... hello Metro PCS!!
