This store is only an authorized dealer not an actual AT&T store which means if they mess up something on your account it’s almost impossible to get it fixed. A visit to this store for a simple phone upgrade and added line one month ago has turned into a hilarious $300 monthly bill and the $700 rebate I was told I qualified for turned into $190 rebate later due to a series of little mistakes and miscommunications on their end which would not be a big deal except when I asked for this store to help and shared what was happening with my bill and rebate they pretty much threw their hands in the air and acted like it’s not their problem. Eight hours of my life later spent in this store and another AT&T store and on the phone with customer service -I’m finally back to where I was supposed to be with the rebate I was originally promised and a normal phone bill. Some of the staff in this store are very kind and want to be helpful and I know that this was not intentional but wow what a mess. If it weren’t for my persistence I would have paid an extra $2,300+ to AT&T this year due to these mistakes. Skip the trouble and go elsewhere.

I went there about 3 months ago. I was there to change services for two phones. They told me that theres discounts and that for the two phone itll be 90 dollars. Once everything was done they asked me if I wanted to switch my internet. I was with cox and atnt said they could price match it.Long story short all the promises and discounts they told me Id have arent there. Im paying 170 dollars for two phone and my internet that was going to be priced match just doubled. I even asked them, hey can you send me an email saying all the discounts, the price match are going to be there. They told me no. That they cant do that. I even asked the rep so I just have to trust you that everything would be there in? The rep told me basically yes. Atnt told me itll take 2 months for the discounts to be added on.I was lied to. I have to pay double now. Thanks for lying to your customer atnt.

Worst customer service ever, I have been AT&T customer for years, went in to get 87 yr old Mother a phone as we walked in told him what phone we wanted and even how much monthly it was advertised to cost per month (64gb) and the color, the kid comes out with a phone slams it on the table and proceeded to take what info he needed for transferring her old# from another service etc, didn’t help with explaining anything about the phone, we get home and it’s not working, go back to the store and find out her Apple ID was incorrect, go back home and phone still not working, and was sent back home only to find out her account number from old service wasn’t input correctly, also charged for insurance we told him we didn’t want, so we went to OUR store in Claremore to ask to remove it, that’s when we found out mom was being charged 5 per mo for the next 3 yrs more than the promo advertised amount was BECAUSE we were given a 128gb phone took phone back again driving from Claremore to Tulsa 4 times now because it was closer to mom, Manager had to take care of the return because we didn’t feel like we should have to pay the 55 restocking fee because they gave us the wrong phone, we were told Manager was out to lunch and then had phone calls come back tomorrow! I drove from Claremore to take care of this and your telling me a phone call takes the rest of the day! So after an hour we went back, you could tell the team and manager had already talked and teamed up against us, and manager said it was our fault we should have known what phone we had before leaving the store, WE are not phone experts that’s what we rely on you for, you are supposed to be the EXPERTS AND BE HONEST, not just worrying about your commission So yes we of the restocking fee and bought the phone we wanted from OUR STORE IN CLAREMORETHANKS FOR NOTHING AND ALL THE EXTRA RUNNING AROUND DEVON TAYLOR AND YOUR TEAM

The guy was absolutely friendly enough, but the prices were outrageous! He discussed in detail what he pays in service fees, taxes, his watch etc but we were looking for something that wasnt going to cost an arm and a leg. I guess when we left at&t before it didnt get any better.. so thankful we actually shopped around because we found a super good deal with another company that was well worth the money.. love my new phone and my new provider!

Best customer service weve had in awhile. My husband and I went in today to upgrade our phones and Cole helped us. He was so patient (considering we brought two very energetic toddlers with us), and made sure we left happy. I am so happy we chose to go to that location because Cole made the experience so easy, and quick! (Even went out of his way to search for a certain case I wanted, so thank you!)

I would like to thank the employees that helped us the best they could. However First off we called before we ever left our house. Was told we are qualified for the new Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra. We go to the store on 31st was told we could get our phones upgraded but she didnt have the phone color we wanted so she called the one at 21st and yale they had the phones we wanted and in the colors we wanted but now he says we cant do what everyone else was telling us we could. I dont understand why you would treat long time customers this way. We want to pay you for something then get told we can then get the run around when we are in person trying to give yall money. We spend so much money with AT&T and have been with yall for a very long time now but if this continues my family will go somewhere else.

My phone gave up on me yesterday so I knew that I would have to buy a new one. The young man who helped me checked it out to make sure that was the case. He was very kind and patient and listened to what I had to say. I was a anxious because my phone is very important in this time of sheltering in place and social distancing. I needed to make a payment, so I choose the store closest to where I live on Yale. The store was small. Only one customer service rep. was available.The people in front of me left without waiting. My wait was about 15 min. I was treated well, and the representative took care of my need with perfection. However, I did notice there was no handicap parking, or wheelchair access, or restroom. No where for small children to wait.

If you are frustrated with AT&T, go to this location for your next visit, you will change your mind! If you are not an AT&T customer currently, swing by this store and you will change your mind! The entire staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, but, most of all, their manager is amazing! She can handle anything you bring to her.

AT&T: thumbs up. This location: never again. If you ever need to pay your bill and have an at&t rep cancel your transaction by accident and put over 200 dollars on hold with your bank, then shrug their shoulders and ask you to come up with another way of paying or theyll suspend your service... This is the location for you. If you ever need to see how much a business account would cost but you want a staff so competent that they actually open it up in your name, never tell you about it, then not help you when you get a bill for phones you dont own and service you never received or agreed to.... This is the location for you. Oh and if youre not buying something and just trying to pay a bill; that means no commission for them so theyll get to you when its convenient.

My husband and I visited this store today to inquire about getting new upgrades on our phones. Gabriel Chanley was the associate that assisted us and he was amazing! He was very informative, helpful and made our entire time spent a very easy going and pleasant one. I cannot remember his managers name but she was amazing as well and assisted us in such a professional way. We live in Claremore but we will be driving to this location again in the future as well as setting recommendations to our friends and family.

I went in the store to get my bill fixed because I was promised 67 a month for tv and internet and the next bill was 150+, I even took screen shots of the entire conversation and guess what... they won’t honor it! Online chat personnel will lie to you and nobody cares! Att is trash!! I didn’t have to sign a contract but somehow my address is restricted from any other provider I contact and I have to pay $200 to cancel!!!! Cancel what???? I didn’t sign anything!!! This is a great location! Cierra helped me with my new iPhone showed me some tricks, helped me pick out accessories, and helped with apps and made sure all my contacts were switched. How can you describe getting your phone shut off, even though you have a zero balance on your wireless account....on Christmas Day!! bc your internet service that was canceled in July and you forgot to return your Leased router....Plus your hours on your door say open until 7pm yet on Google it says your open until 9pm!?? Im with T-Mobile now and I love it, plus Im saving $125 a month. So it doesnt really matter to me how you run your store. 👌✌🏼️

My Mom and I had been in to the Yale store once before. We went back today. After a VERY frustrating time with Consumer Cellular, Cherish helped us get a new phone activated, kept the same number, transferred contacts, set up ring tone and basically took care of us.I wouod give Cherish a 12 on a scale of 1-10.She is the best I have dealt with at all the stores so far. Went in to the store yesterday cause I knew I had some questions about switching my cell phone account and wanted to get it all sorted out. Decided on a plan and went in there the very next day and was told the complete opposite of the previous day!! Very frustrating - and when I tried to explain how frustrating I was met with even less help! Makes me not want to go back and I’m the kind of person that isn’t quick to leave bad reviews!!
