Jiffy lube was great, fast & friendly, however, the location is abysmal. The traffic to get to out & back on the road is horrendous. I suggest using the extreme side exits, otherwise the traffic is nonstop

Very friendly and professional, did what they could to get me out quick and not with my wallet hurting.

Took my vehicle for a front brake and rotor Job due to shaking from wear. My wife was told that was not the problem and was mislead and told the rear brakes and rotors are what was the issue. Argued with the manager that, that was not the issue. She spent 7 hours there and After that later 400+ dollars later, the issue was not addressed. Drove the vehicle home and the problem was the same. Skip to a day ago. After a complaint to Jiffy Lube corporate. Took the vehicle back for the district manager to look at the vehicle at which he was not on sight at the time I arrived. Advised the rotors that rusted over a term of 2 months were changed initially and everything was done to the best of their ability. (Which was not up to safety standards) and if there was anything he could do to make my experience better from the previous disappointment. Long story short. My vehicle’s coolant reservoir cap was left open without my knowledge and my vehicle overheated with a 3 year old in the vehicle. And that is where I will never deal with this business again. False advertisement, and honestly they will put you more in harms way than actually fixing an issue. What a waste of my money, being overcharged, so unprofessional and zero cares for the safety of the community. If you love your vehicle and care for your safety. Reported to the BBB by the way

From the moment you pull up and are greeted to the moment after you pay and are being escorted to your vehicle the service is OUTSTANDING! They are prompt, informative, and keep an upbeat energy within the atmosphere no matter how busy they get. In the short time I’ve lived in Tulsa I’ve had problems with my vehicle and this location has definitely become my “go-to” when I need assistance. I have never had such a positive experience while having my vehicle serviced. From start to finish the employees were very pleasant and informative. I’ve had oil issues in my car lately, and the female agent who took care of me knew that before she even had to look at my car because of the model of the vehicle. Every single employee I encountered was professional and helpful. I receive free oil changes from my dealership, but I know that if I ever need a service that Jiffy Lube provides other than oil, I will be going there. This place is great. They did a fantastic job with my vehicle. I will for sure be going back here. They were very open and honest with me about what was going on with my car at all times. When they found that they couldnt replace my transmission filter they explained to me very clearly why. I have a whole new respect for this jiffy lube and jiffy lube in general. I live in Moore, but had some serious brake trouble while in Tulsa. These guys really took care of me. They were up front and honest about the issues I was having. Dropped my vehicle off Saturday morning and they even worked a little overtime to make sure they completed the job. I really appreciated their work to get the job done! Thanks guys!!!! This Jiffy Lube is the best one in town. The staff was so nice and quick. They took care of a couple of minor needed things that I was unaware of and didnt even charge me. I will be a loyal customer and will recommend them to my friends.

This isnt the first time this has happened to me at this Jiffy Lube location. Again there was oil hand prints on my car and interior. As I got into my car and feeling my shift knob and steering wheel when simply going from park to drive and turning my steering wheel, I can feel grease spots. So I grab a alcohol wipe just to wipe it and oil residue came off on the wipe from the shift knob, steering wheel, and door handle. Even on my door pillar on the outside had tons of oil hand prints all over from them closing my door. I figured that maybe the 2nd time around this wouldnt happen but it still did. My upholstery was black and dirty!!

Love this location, Mike and his crew are always professional and know what they are talking about. I use my truck every day all day so when I spend money, I need it to be fixed properly so it doesn’t slow me down. I trust this location and will keep bringing my vehicles here for maintenance.

I have been to many Jiffy Lube locations in the Tulsa area and this location is by far the best!!The Manager (Mike) and all of the staff are always courteous and professional. They are very honest and do not try to pressure you to buy things you do not necessarily need. They genuinely care for your safety and will go the extra mile in order to satisfy their customers. I know they won me over and I will bring all of my vehicles here as long as this staff is here!

Awesome and quick service! The guy running the shop (not sure of his name) is so on point and really makes you feel welcome. All the employees and nice, fast and on point. I came in today Nov 25th 2020 around 9AM in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Took about 10 minutes to go into the bay. Once in the bay I asked to stay in the car. The employees proceeded to do there job. He told me to turn it on after 10 min in the bay and I paying attention realized they never filled the oil. So he checked and told me to turn it off and it was not filled. He procceded to fill it up and i guess he over filled it and i heard the oil spilling and i asked what is.going on at this point. The employees redid the whole highmilage service. And fixed my turn signal light that I did not know was out. Overall I am just upset because of the mistakes done today. How am I supposed to feel comfortable about driving my vehicle after an oil change at this location .

Was told that if I got the $46.99 oil change that I would get free top offs if I needed it between oil changes along with car vacuuming and everything else topped off. They did not go over everything that was done to my car or tell me if anything else needed topped off I had to ask at least twice if they checked on an issue that I had requested till I finally got an answer then I get in my vehicle to find that they didnt even vacuum it either and then I was assured that it would be done! And when I said something to the manager about it he told me that he would hook me up next time when I came in to top off! And the way he spoke to his employees In front of me was very disrespectful to the employees!

Every employee at this Jiffy Lube facility is genuinely friendly and greets me with a smile each and every visit. This facility is spotless inside and out. They offer bottled water, freshly popped popcorn and a very nice sitting area where I can watch TV while I wait, which by the way is never very long. My car is always vacuumed out and windows cleaned. And they put anything found while vacuuming in a plastic bag and leave it on the car seat. There are no pushy salesmen telling me I need to purchase this and that. We ho over my checklist together and I decide if I want to go ahead with an additional purchase or if I will wait a bit. Im so glad I found this particular Jiffy Lube - I cant say enough nice comments about them. I recommend them to my friends and family as well. They deserve a bonus for the excellent service they provide!

First time using Jiffy Lube, the guy that was in charge was super friendly and actually talked to the customers as if he wasnt some kind of robot employee scared of saying the wrong thing. He alone will be the reason I come back because I wouldnt know the difference in quality of work if I took it somewhere else. Bottom line is real people are always the reason a business will succeed.

Service was great best I have ever had at this location. Manager was awesome very knowledgable. I did feel like he wasnt selling me anything, but advising me on what steps to take and why I should take them.

We have always used jiffy lube for our oil changes. This is the first time in 14 years that they have not vacuumed the floors or cleaned the windows . I understand weather conditions permitted on the window cleaning, but it was sunny and clear. The techs marked on the receipt that the windows were done and the floors were vacuumed. I will continue to use jiffy lube because I have always liked their professionalism. I may have to change locations

Been going here for a year and before that, my boyfriend has been getting service for years. To date, no problems. Staff is super responsive, friendly, and you can tell they take health and safety seriously. They are very polite and will ask you whether something is ok before they do it. Less than $50 for a conventional oil change and fluid top off for my 2014 Chevy Cruze. Its like $40 to do it yourself. Even if I move, ill probably continue service here.Oh yeah, for new people. Park in the service line in the back. They will come talk to you as soon as they can. Most of the time they see me and stand and wait for me.

My experience was pleasant for the most part the gentleman taking my payment and updating me on my car was very helpful! As for the MAIN MECHANIC who checked my car to see why my heat wasn’t working misdiagnosed the problem and told me it was going to cost over a 1,000 dollars to have my heat fixed and it was to big of a job for him and his team. He told me my heater core was out in my 2014 Mazda 3 which my car showed NO SIGNS of heater core being out! Anyways took me less then 15 mins to fix my heat I just had to remove my glove department and reconnect some things and it didn’t take me 13 years as working as a mechanic to figure it out.

They were busy and it was Hot, but Kyle and his crew (coworkers) squeezed me in, fixed my a/c, and maintained theyre professionalism.!

The tech kept calling me a “she” bc of my name but I am clearly not a she. I have facial hair and a deep voice so I am not sure why he kept insisting on doing it. It made the experience go down bc it was insulting after the 3rd time. The other one also lied to me and told me my brake fluid was low and that it would be $8 to refill it. I told him no, that I would just do it myself. Come to find out, it’s full. So they also tried to scam me out of money. Won’t be coming back.

I came here to get an oil change and get a few quotes on some other work and I left feeling cared for and impressed. I genuinely wasn’t expecting the facilities to be so nice and the staff to be so friendly. I’ve been to quite a few Jiffy Lube’s, but this one is different. It’s peaceful, the waiting area is clean, so is the restrooms, and they had snacks.

Everyone was very friendly and service was done quickly.

Very much like the neighborhood Jiffy lune easy in easy out! Friendly crew and they know something about my vehicle is a plus. And now that there are a full shop Im more excited about there work and inviting all of my friends and there vehicles.

The service was expedient but I left with a broken oil cap but did not arrive there with it broken. So i had to go buy a new one from AutoZone. I had driven my car from California to OK with no problems with the cap a few months ago until I drove off from jiffy lube last weekend.

Well lets see. It was my first time visit. I felt very welcomed. The guys treated me with up most respect. I didnt wait long at all. Got a oil change and my floor boards vacuumed out. You cant beat that .I needed a air filter hose replaced. I picked one up no taxes at O roles cause of the quote Jiffy Lube have to me came back they put it on for free. I really enjoyed my experience there. I also got a $10 coupon online and Facebook 10 percent off. I told all my friends and family about it. I will definitely come back.

Great experience the crew was friendly and they where bissy. My only complaint is the company needs to take better care/updates on the facilities. The bathrooms are ran down. Its obvious that the facility has not been updated in some time. When your customers come to u and wait around 15min to and hour the place should be cleaner. Come on gas stations are nicer then your facilities!

The people here are amazing! When I arrived I was immediately greeted by a lady named Shanice. Once I was in the building the manager Kris greeted me as well and he asked me about school and some other things but I was amazing that he remembered me and what I was going to school for. It made me feel special that he actually listened. I just want to say all in all the people here know their stuff when it comes to working on your car and they treat people like family here so Id definitely recommend this jiffy lube to everyone one! 😁

All I can say is WOW. Went by there at closing time and had the best service Ive had in years. My A/C in the truck wasnt working at all and I was hauling a camper back to Ks. and it was 95*. Pulled up there and the guys came right out had me pull up to the back door and hooked me up. Ten min. later they got my pressure back to normal and I was done. Had the most professional service. The manager even came out and helped me back out of the lot with my camper. It was such a good experience.

The new assistant manager was a gem. He and the tech noticed that the last time my oil was changed by another company, they only finger tightened the bolt. They also found than none of the filters had been changed. So they changed all the filters, the oil, and made sure everything was in tip top shape. I was so impressed by the care they showed myself and my vehicle. I will return!

Mike the supervisor was awasome this guy knows how to run a shop I was really in pressed with the help and time he took to explain what my vehicle needed and keep me up dated while they were getting it done. He was very professional and handled all the costumer that were there and was very busy.Really liked this jiffy lube on 31st I will return. And will recomend to family and friends. Great service great people especially Kyle he is a top Mechanic he swapped out the sway arm on my car after checking it when I explained an odd thing it was doing and good fhing he did the old one was completely shot and could of caused me a horrible wreck.

The customer service is wonderful! I got to pull my car right in. I go in sit down & 15 min later (or less) they where done & I didnt get just an oil change either! Highly recommended!

I usually take the wife’s car here just so i can have records on her car of maintenance and stuff. The staff does a decent job of handling things for the most part. I only have two issues- i wish they would get back to vaccuuming out your vehicle and cleaning your windows like they used too- i think that is what set them apart by doing a lil extra. Lastly stop calling not only me but other customers by their fast name. That is really disrespectful i think! I dont even call my mom by her first name EVER and i’m 46. Show some respect no matter what age that customer is.

This particular location has been excellent up until my last visit. I need a wiper blade changed out and not only did they not change it out they left the replacement blade just sitting on top of my windshield.
